We were charged incorrectly and told it would be corrected within 5 business days. We're 34 days out and it still hasn't been corrected. I've called the restaurant several times, after four minutes of pressing 1 or 3 an automated message stating "we're experiencing difficulties, please call back". Same message, on different days. It's like trying to get God himself on the phone. Ridiculous. I ended up having to contact headquarters... and they said five. more. business. days. Which tells me the correction was never completed to begin with. I'm not upset with the initial error, we're human. I'm irritated that it wasn't corrected and we'll be six weeks out before a reconciliation. read more

Upon arrival we were greeted and seated quickly. Our server was knowledgeable and very sweet. We were seated by a window and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. We ordered some drinks and then food. Everything was delicious and the right amount. I was a little disappointed at the fact that they didn't have the wine I ordered in stock plus my second choice was not available as they didn't have a corkscrew in the restaurant. People forget that at one time they were looking for a job too and it's nerve wrecking. So today I as a mother took time off to bring my daughter to an interview. And in shock the hosted did not GREET she said , "what do you want?" My daughter explained she was here for her set time interview. She was then informed that the Hiring Manager wasn't even there. The service was terrible. I had to physically grab every hot plate that was coming to my table. Waiters and servers talked to you like it was a problem that came to eat there. There was a hair in my plate and instead of saying," Oh my god! Let me get you something else." We had to imply we'd like a new ranch. On top of the terrible service and hair found in the food. It was a beer and apps kind of night with my boyfriend at the Chili's by South Park Mall. The bartender was holding it down for a Saturday night! We got great sodas and he even got a beer! I would be able to give a higher star score to this place if it was good for a quick lunch. It took 45 minutes to receive our food after ordering. I am Happy to say they are using paper towels instead of cloth to wipe down tables with. So one time use, no cross contamination on tables!! Good job Chili's management! Closest location to us. Normally not to bad of a wait for party of 2. Definitely recommend using Yelp check in on app to avoid waiting for a long time at the restaurant. Where do I start?... The wait wasn't long. That's good. The server hovered over us like a helicopter mom. The food was bad. Just bad. Came to chili's at South Park mall, food was good nothing to complain about only problem was we left some expensive glasses on the table. Yes I know it was partly our fault but whoever cleared the table had to have found them. Common courtesy would be to turn them in but instead when we returned they claimed they were not there, we were told they would get the manager and when he finally came out they all just looked at each other and didn't have any response to the situation. I chose to order two orders of sliders and one order of the eggrolls. This is the best option if you're on a budget and the sliders are usually tasty. They had on sports in the bar area for folks to watch but being mid afternoon not many patrons. This Chili's is at the north entrance of South Park Mall. Ohh wait I think that's north side anyway.... for a chain establishment it was a good choice for today. Also had a glass of red wine, Merlot, 14 Hands, that was what I wanted so not cheap and not expensive either.. They could use some dusting and spring cleaning on the decor. I would return again as I like to shop at this mall. Before I left I tried their Presidential Margarita and spoke with bartech who shard how it's made with quality ingredients!! This a a typical Chili's but, I am giving it 4 stars because I was impressed the service. It's located in the mall, but accessible from the outside. We sat in the bar and service was good. The server even let me use my birthday coupon for a free dessert that was expired. The Brownie Sundae was amazing - I recommend leaving room for dessert here! read more

Close to where I work, good service, fair prices and a nice selection of items on the menu. For this visit I had the BLT. The bread was very good and so was the bacon. Nice big slice of tomato and iceberg lettuce. I enjoyed the sandwich very much and it satisfied my appetite very nicely.
