If I could give this restaurant -0 I would! The WORST restaurant ever!! The manager a Hispanic guy was so rude treated me so badly....I made a online order today and once I got to the restaurant at the time they said my food would be ready I had to wait 25 more mins. I get home and there was NO BUNS ON OUR BURGERS! So I go back to my order just to make sure I didn't make a mistake, nope it was the restaurant mistake. I call the manager he started arguing with me treated me as if I was lying about not having buns on my burgers I ordered. He hung up on me. I came to bring the food back and he's arguing with me in front of customers told me he likes arguing. I couldn't believe this is someone they have managing the company. You guys should be ashamed. Chili's needs to train their staff better. I was there today & the service was terrible! I ordered a beer the waitress came back 10 mins later with my beer then she came back 20 mins later telling me the food was going to be another 10 mins. I got my food almost 40 mins later cold. I had ordered the mix & match fajitas. Cold y'all! The waitress never came around to ask if everything was good or if needed anything. I guess I had everything go wrong!! I was seated in a timely manner I'm good there the table was dirty looked like someone wiped it with a dirty rag I was hungry and wiped my table with my napkin. ordered the food and it took 40 minutes to get it, in my books that's too long for an Enchiladas plate. I was not so happy but I kept my mouth shut and didn't mind it much told the waiter to get me a togo box and my bill, what blew my top was it took her another five minutes just to get the bill and when I got the food packed up all I had was a soup spoon. I am very disappointed at my neighborhood Chilli's. I waited so long for them to reopen, and service was bad. Lots of empty tables, and yet 2 parties waiting to be sitted. Why could not they use a clean table and sit us there? We ordered our food, the sliders and 1/2 order of ribs. My husband and I were going to share the meal. An order of sliders and 1/2 order of baby back ribs, and half teas. Music was horrible! Some music out of zombies, never heard it, the restaurant was very cold, despite my request to raise the a/c temperature, my request was ignored. My husband was hungry, we had a long day at work, we wanted to eat some "comfort food". When I took a big sip of my tea, I almost spit it. It tasted like poison! I asked the waiter to change it and he kept looking at my eyes with his face covered by a mask. Couldn't tell if he was talking or what? When the food finally came in, my 1/2 order of ribs( expected to be at least 5-6 bones) came with 3 small bones. So we could not share it. I looked online the menu picture and sure enough it was 6 bones for half rack. I felt cheated on my face! When finally my waiter comes back and hears my complaint, he looked at me again, and left. A few seconds after several waitresses from the kitchen entrance were pointing at me and laughing. Not sure what was so funny! i looked around could not see a manager face. Long after the Manager shows up to tell me that 1/2 a rack comes with 4/5 bones not to 5/6 like all the other restaurants that serve baby back ribs. Anyway I had to listen to his explanation and then he left, promising my baby back ribs. I waited another 20 minutes and the ribs finally came in. They were no longer baby, they grew to adult ribs. The taste was different, they were tough, to chew.... anyway....We left a tip to the waiter... but honestly, our town is small, these restaurants survive from the business of us, the surrounding neighbors. Why should I go and eat in a restaurant that bullies its customers, cheats on their drink and their food? I really would prefer they remain closed! If you cannot train your personnel to smile, be courteous, attentive and your kitchen to prepare meals they would eat themselves...if a Manager leaves his role to a young hostess who wants to stay home and not be there... why stay open! Chilli's your quality has gone down terribly. Your restaurant does not look clean. After all those months closed, they should spot cleaned the place, brighten it up... but it looks like an old dirty restaurant. Sorry guys! I won't come back! You will not last too long like this! This site is always so depressing. Tonight they only had 2 servers, resulting in a wait. There were open tables everywhere. I asked if we could sit at a table to get the 2 kids situated and wait for a server. They told me no. They are normally out of product and it just doesn't look clean. Don't ask me why I just ate in a place with an 88 sanitation rating. OK, ask.... Because we'd already walked in, I hadn't checked the rating in advance, and hubby hates going from place to place. Visited this Chili's a couple weeks back with a couple of friends and couldn't have had a better experience! Our waiter, Zach, was super friendly and answered all of our questions thoroughly throughout the whole night! Our food and drink orders were on point and Zach didn't mind at all engaging in conversation with us every now and then. This chili's is ran by a very friendly guy and he was more then happy to come by and make sure we were all taken care of also as the night came to an end. Def 10/10 recommend! The food, well it's Chili's so nothing spectacular in my opinion. I will admit I have not tried the new Tex-Mex items. I do like the Cajun chicken pasta a lot! If you happen to go around 4PM prepare to be ignored by the staff. They're more concerned about their shift change than the customers. The greeters stand will be empty and the servers/management will pretend that they don't see you when you come in so they don't have to deal with you. If you're willing to wait to be seated, prepare to wait about 15-20 min before someone is willing to acknowledge that you've been standing and waiting even though there isn't a wait. This service isn't worth paying for and you would be better spending your money elsewhere. read more

This place has good food and good variety, but what they lack is great service. Their greeting staff makes themselves scarce and when there aren't that many people in the restaurant, it still takes a while to be seated. The servers themselves are usually good, but a bit absent minded. I have been a fan of the food for years, but they've recently changed ingredients or preparation of the items that I usually order and the changes have not been for the better. I've been a server going on 4 years now. I've worked at a chilis for over a year. The service I've had at this place is ridiculous, not only once but this is the 4th time I've came and had to wait over 10 minutes to get greeted and hardly get asked how we are doing. But today was the cherry on top, I have no idea what his name was but he had red hair. My boyfriend and I came to eat and when we sat down he went by us 3 times till the manager asked if we got our drink order and we didn't, so I ordered something from the bar and my boyfriend a sweet tea. They brought him his sweet tea and I watched as our 'server' laughed with people in the back and never looking at us. So I went up to him and asked about my drink and after another 7 minutes I got it. Then we got salads and it took forever to get to us, for the rest of the time our 'server' didn't bring one thing to us. Then all of a sudden I see our 'server' and this other girl look at us and laugh. I called him over and said "I don't mean to be rude, but I'm a server as well & the service you've given today isn't what I excepted" and he said "I've been really busy" and I said "yes I know I've been watching you laugh with people in the back and then come to bring someone to look at me and laugh" and he said "oh no you got that all wrong, y'all ain't that important" end of story I'm not gonna blame the restaurant I'm gonna blame the 'server' read more

Worst Service ever!! Every time my family and I come eat here we have a terrible experience! The manager also was horrible his lack of care was so disgusting and disappointing there was plastic in my sons food and our food was cold and when we told the manager he just said okay and ? Our waiter was a younger person who seemed lost and we later found out it was his first day. Finally our Chips and Queso come out and we asked for some napkins , oops , the only napkins they had were the little 4x4 drink coasters . I asked our server if they had any regular napkins and she just brought me more drink coasters and said that these were the only napkins they had . Really ? I was about done at this point . Service is terrible. Most of our drink orders were wrong and when they finally got them right, they took a really long time to bring refills, or just wouldn't bring any refills when asked. Took over 30 minutes for them to take our orders, then another 30 minutes to bring out the appetizers. We didn't receive our food until we had been there for over an hour and a half and we immediately had to get to-go boxes because we didn't expect to spend so much time at Chili's. I visit Chili's probably about once a month or so but this was our 1st visit to this Chili's. Not only was it my worst experience at Chili's, but my worst restaurant experience anywhere. One person in our group ordered soup and salad and a side of sliced avocado. There were out of avocados however they still charged us the extra $1 charge and the server seemed to have no clue as to how to remove it. Another person order the steak and avocado. He was on the other end of the table and didn't hear that they were out of avocado and the server didn't bother to let him know. The soup and salad arrived at least 5-10 minutes before anything else ( there were six of us). The next four came out. But apparently the steak was taken by another server so it would be a few more minutes. It finally showed up 30 minutes later so he asked to have it boxed to go. In the box was the steak with a dollop of guacamole on top and some leafy salad like greens. We then asked for them to just take it back and remove it from the bill, which she didn't know how to do so unless we paid for it all together rather then split the bill. Never going back. read more

Food is always good at Chili's but this time our waiter sucked horribly. I had to wait about 10 minutes to get refills on my sweet tea. It was to the point where I almost got up and served myself. I came here at 1:30 on a Tuesday. For a light lunch. I do not know my waitress's name, she never said. If she come back I'll ask. I was seated in a corner of one section, 4 feet from another couple and near a table of 5. The dining room cleared out by 1:40 and the other people near me had their food. My drink came at 1:46, although I'm not sure why it took so long. No sign of the waitress as I type this. My food came out at 1:56, almost 30 minutes after I ordered. My salmon was hot, the shrimp and potatoes were hot, and the broccoli was more raw than steamed but I'm good with that, usually. I'm very pleased the food was good. I was frustrated that the waitress was not more attentive. That's too bad. I'm afraid this review is more along the lines of the others I have read. The food was good, the service was not. We went to Chili's, first visit for lunch today. We were greeted promptly and shown to our table. Our server came to take our drink order and deliver a hard menu. I used the scanned menu. Hubs used the hard menu. Server was very courteous. Unfortunately I didn't get her name, we were seated in the bar area. She had a long dark ponytail, slim and I forgot your name, I'm sorry. Your pleasing personality was the best part of our lunch. She was happy to wait on us! I ordered the $8 lunch with soup or salad selection and sandwich selection. Ordered the loaded potato soup that she recommended. Great choice! And the small burger with fries. Hubs ordered the OldTimer burger and fries. Food arrived nice and hot. Our server asked if we would like other dipping sauces such as honey mustard or ranch. We took her up on her suggestion and asked for ranch which we received immediately. The food was good. The bathrooms were recently cleaned and in good order. Plenty of soap and toweling. Upon leaving our server asked if she could fix to go drinks for us! She was so kind and happy! Overall I love chills the food is great every time I go there. Except for the past few times I've gone with my family the hosts seem to be the issue. They are extremely rude not on the same page so we got skipped numerous times and when we made them aware of this she tried to give us attitude claiming that those people came in before we did. My wife and I have come to this chili's for years. Every time we leave I tell her it was my last time. She keeps convincing me to go back and try again. I am a regular here because I love their chocolate cake. I have always ordered to go and tonight was my first time dining here. We were seated right away but when our server came to our table he did not even introduce himself. He was very rude, did not greet or smile and pretty much there the menu on the table and walked away.
