We both got the pick 3 starting at $10.99 to $16.99 (appetizer, drink, entree). I got chips & salsa, the old timer burger and dragonfruit iced tea. It was all delicious, although the tea was a bit to sweet for my liking so I swapped for unsweet tea w lemon. He got chicken enchilada soup, the big smasher burger, and diet coke. That soup was awsome!! We mixed a Lil of my salsa n it and wow. We dipped tortillas and fries in it lol. The only drawback I have is the floor of the restaurant was filthy. Good food.. was very slow when I got here put was packed by time I left. All menus are online that you scan with your camera on your phone. The app was glitchy so I couldn't pay via the app but the waitress was able to take my payment. Waitress explained that something weird happened with my check and I was charged for chicken strips instead of the salad but she said the strips were 30 cents cheaper so I guess I got a discount. So needless to say the cheese dip got thick and cold by the the time the chips arrived. Our waitress was to worried with standing around and talking to other employees that she didn't wait on us. My husband ordered fajitas and the guy sitting next to us ordered the exact same thing and his plate was over flowing with fajitas where my husband's looked like it was for a kid serving. I love me some Chilli's!!! Me and my family always get it to go. The sirloin steak, loaded mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus. Which is always delicious and the order is always correct. Sorry, Chili's, mediocre service gets a mediocre amount of stars on my review. When I walk in with a small group and am left standing for 15 minutes while your staff walks by me avoiding making eye contact, you know you've got a problem. After having to stand for 15 minutes and wait, we are then brought to a table that is near the kitchen. Huge mistake, as the busboys and staff were loud as hell. We waited for another 10 minutes and just as I was about to get up and complain, our waitress shows up. No apology, just an attitude. We ordered our drinks and the tableside guacamole. 10 minutes later and with me having to remind her, she shows up with the ingredients to make the guacamole. Now, the only real plus about this experience was the food. I ordered the "mix and match combo" with half a rack of ribs, a 6 oz steak cooked medium rare, and a sweet corn on the cob. My steak was cooked perfectly and the ribs were fall off of the bone good. My corn was seasoned well and was probably my favorite part of the meal. My husband and friend each had the quesadilla salad. They enjoyed it so much that they got one "to-go" for lunch the next day. So my three stars is for the food, alone. The on-table tablet thing was also a plus. Pay the .99$ and do the trivia while you wait. It was a blast and there are a bunch of fun categories. Chili's in North Little Rock used to be an nice restaurant experience. We would get dressed up and go for a enjoyable time. Tonight was our first time going back since covid hit. We were really looking forward to going. I must say at this point that we both paid for our college from working at very nice restaurants....so I feel we are well able to discern what we witnessed. First, we were barely in the door and there stood the Hostess desk. She was so overwhelmed, as she was doing her duties, seating and clearing tables. The wait staff looked like they were part of a very dark grunge punk video. The customers appeared to be just dressed any old way to go out for a meal. Perhaps because the knew that the waitstaff wasn't held to a better dress standard...so why should they, the customer, care to. It was like watching a bad movie. The place looked dirty and dingy. The wait was for 40 minutes and half of the restaurant was empty. I know...employees are difficult to find....pay incentives, dress them like waitstaff and train everyone. The manager even tried to interfere with where the hostess had seated a 6 top and nearly offended the customers! He spoke directly to the customer, not to the hostess! I'm very disappointed in my evening at Chili's and I don't think we will return until we hear for the better. So sad, for your company's decline. Step up immediately or close the doors. read more
