Great food and great prices. Had the best Margarita chicken with mashed and broccoli. That white queso- yum, and chips with salsa. Wonderful. Wish I could go everyday! read more

Hot and new more like lame and slow Initially was told 5 min wait to be seated, took 25 min. Then our waitress was a mess as well, she was not attentive at all, it was like she was always in a hurry and she wouldn't even let you speak. This Chili's was a good idea but it turned out to be one of its worst. read more

I ordered a curbside pickup. Order was taking too long so I tried to contact the carry out person and she was really rude and disrespectful, saying the order was late and nothing can be done about that, just wait in your car!! That was her answer. More than 40 min waiting outside with no option since they didn't let me cancel the order. I know COVID times are making everything different but customer service HAS to remain excellent all the time! I won't be back to this location read more

I recently finally got to check out the new location that just opened up near my house. The reason I am giving 4 stars is mainly because of waiting for the food was a bit long and food was a tad bit cold for a fajita. We had Julian taking care of us at the bar and he was exceptional. Absolutely extraordinary. Will definitely come back for his service! read more

To go from this place is horrible! We waited 30 minutes to receive our food and of course once we received it, food was missing. The girl who does curbsides order with long black hair is rude and slow. I understand restaurants get busy but this is unacceptable. The manager was nice and apologized to us but other than that, I wish I could give this place a negative 1 rate. read more

For some reason this restaurant is not honoring the wait list. I have done it the last 2 times I have been here and have to wait additional time because they say they don't control the wait time. read more

The customer service was non existent. Understandably we waited to be seated however after being seated we were ignored for over I5 minutes which needless to say I had to get up from my table to ask for assistance. No one had the courtesy of approaching our table and at least say "we will be with you shortly". The server was changed after my inquiry and finally we ordered however the service continued to be unacceptable. We ordered and guacamole and tortillas chips for an appetizer and we were brought guacamole without tortillas chips so we sat waiting on that another 10 mins. At that time reluctantly we ordered the entree and a warm dish was served cold and the server did not bring silverware or straws. I literally raised my hands to get an employee attention to help provide those aforementioned items and was totally ignored it seemed the other employees did not want to be bothered. It was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had at a local restaurant. read more

Every single time I order a well done burger at this location, it comes back very pink in the middle. Today, I ordered a well done burger, bit into it and the middle literally looked like it was fresh out of the package (which is particularly problematic because I'm currently breastfeeding). I had to put it in my toaster oven and bake the patty for another 20 minutes to finish cooking it. As much as I love Chili's burgers, I won't be visiting this location again. read more

If I could give a negative stars I would worst experience ever at a chilis started the order with a two for one beer for me and my wife took forever was about to get up to go to the bar and ask for it myself was seen trying to go get it by server who always disappeared for long periods of time finally did get the two beers and ice was almost completely melted for how long it must of been waiting at the bar mind you the restaurant was almost empty and full of servers my section was completely empty from lack of patrons and still slow and almost non existent service my wife had an asthma attack so had to run to get pump saw my server hiding by the pick up order station on phone made eye contact on way in and they put there head down because I caught them hiding asked for fajitas mix to split with wife and food tasted off ordered margarita and water didn't ened up getting it till another server passed by and he had to go get it for me instead of my server wife ended up with food poisoning and all this wonderful date which we can rarely have costed $60 WILL NEVER RETURN...beware of bad food and service read more

I've never really had a "good" experience at this location, but it's not usually worth my time to write a review on the food or service. Tonight, however, my family placed an order for take out (the takeout is NEVER what you ordered, but it's the close seat restaurant near us on a lazy Sunday when we don't feel like cooking). Our order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 7:33-7:38 pm. After checking in through the link sent when you place your order, and going inside to save the employees the hassle of having to walk to the car, our order was still not ready about 20 minutes after the estimated pickup time. I went in to check on the food about 3 more times because at this point I had already been waiting an hour to pickup my food. Each time I asked for an update on what was going on, the employees (who very obviously did not want to be there or cared about customer service) would say they were going to check on it and never come back. After more than AN HOUR AND A HALF, the manager came to say that he didn't know what happened with our order and the cook was going to make it. I I ended up leaving with my estimated pickup 7:30pm order at around 9:15pm! I could tell that the manager was stressed out and frustrated so there was no reason for me to make his life more difficult, but this was a really disappointing experience! The customer service, and system of timing things in this place really needs some improvement. The employees always seem annoyed when assisting you. I work in customer service as well and am very understanding of certain situations, but this was ridiculous!! read more

Worst service ever. DO NOT COME HERE. As we sat down our appetizers arrived before we even got water and utensils which we asked for three times. By the time we got the utensils, our appetizers were cold. Let me not leave out that there were only 6 tables being used at the moment so it wasn't a busy issue just terrible service. Also the waiter told us, that utensils weren't clean so I would have to cut my steak with a plastic knife. Our friends plates arrived and an hour later ours never came. We never got our food. No one at this Chili's had any customer service skills, not even the manager. No one apologized just said ok and left us with two coupons for kids meals... like ARE YOU KIDDING ME? we left without eating and you hand us two coupons for kids meal. I am never coming back here. Do not wait your time coming here. Customer service sucks and manager sucks as well. Garbage place, garbage food, and workers. read more

I want to start this by saying that it takes a lot for me to write a bad review. i've only been here a few times and the service has been horrendous. it's a Friday night so I understand that it is a little busier than normal days. I too used to work in the restaurant industry so I know how things are supposed to be ran. let me just start by saying that the server who shall not be named did not know what I was referring to when I said Tito's. I asked if there were any specials with Tito's. To which the server responded with "like Tito's the alcohol?" I responded with "yes" they responded with "no" so I said "can I please have a Tito's lemon drop martini?" The server responds with "a Tito's margarita?" to which I responded "no a Tito's lemon drop martini if it's not in the system just special request it The bartender should know what it means" The server got me the Tito's lemon drop martini once it arrived at the table and I tasted it it was absolutely terrible. i've ordered my fair share of lemon drops with Tito's at every restaurant and bar anywhere I go to and they don't fuck it up. it literally taste like they straight up poured the ingredients inside of the glass. The martini was the warmest drink I have ever been served. and this is just the beginning when they are asking us for our drinks. The food came out fine however there were a few things that didn't come out right The desert came out probably 30 minutes after we ordered it, but for me the food was not the issue it was the service. The server did not pre-bus the table meaning, they didnt pick up the empty plates or cups. my cousin was waiting for the server to ask for a refill but never came around to her. it just was an all-around bad experience and I will no longer be coming to this establishment. I understand this is a chain restaurant however the service should not be this bad for me to write a negative review. like I said I am not want to write a bad review and it takes a lot for me to write a bad review so for me to write this it's because I am very upset. not only was i upset but the three other people that work/ worked in restaurant were just as upset if not more. read more

My wife had ribs a few weeks ago here and they weren't that great. Parts were a bit dry. Today we came and had the sirloin. We ordered it medium, but it was a bit over cooked and not tender at all. Then we paid the bill which belonged to another table. We caught it late and the waitress tried to make a complicated switch instead of refunding the original payment and then re charging us. We'll see if the refund goes through the way they said it would., supposedly within three days. Overall, I think the restaurant is not ready for the business it is receiving. Personally I could have made a better meal at home for much less, less time (to include the 45 minute wait to be seated) and less aggravation. read more

My wife wanted to try this chilly's since is 5 minutes away from our house and we always go to the one in Kendall dr and 124 but worst decision ever never again wasted my time we order the spinach cheese dip and we got chips n salsa I ask the bartender if she got the order right she said yes, the dip got to us 30 minutes later the cheese not even melted ok fine my wife was already upset but I said let's give them a change we order the chicken fajita at 7:50pm we left at 8:50pm with no chicken fajita the bartender was so worry about a guy that I guess goes there all the time for a soup n a drink then anyone else he got there like 30 minutes after us n got everything before us. The spinach dip horrible, service horrible little does she knows that we are good ass tippers anyways never again worst place I ever been. Let me just make sure so they can look it up cause I don't remember the girls name 02/18/2020 I was at the bar at 7:15pm maybe they can see who was working today. They suck read more

This chili's just opened and it is now my go to place. I am here on a busy night and the restaurant was full however after a few minutes waiting we were lucky enough to find a seat at the the bar. Yani greeted us right away she is so sweet and personable a total star... Julian followed up with us just as quickly and was just as great and funny. This team works really well together and I am so happy they are just around the corner from us. Great food great service! read more

If I could give -10 stars I would. I placed an order for pickup on JANUARY 15th at 8pm. They said my order would be ready by 8-20-8:45 the latest. It was 9:30 and I was still waiting. When I was finally able to get the girl at the doors attention, because she was acting like she couldn't see anyone waiting, she acted shocked and appalled that I wanted a refund. She then proceeded to yell at the top of her lungs for Candace, who im assuming is the manager, that I wanted a refund because "the girl says she's waited too long". Candace took my phone number and name and claimed she would refund me and I should have it by the following week. It's now February 1st. STILL NO REFUND. Everytime I call it's- "give it 2 full weeks", "let me look into it and I'll call you back" (except they never do), or my favorite "give it 4 weeks". I've never, in my entire life, heard of a refund taking 4 weeks. Everyone who works here is beyond clueless. read more

I usually go to the Chili's in Kendall but since the Coral Reef opened just a few weeks ago I decided togo with my wife for a drink and some appetizers. Very disappointed. We sat at the bar and the bartender took our drink and food order. 4 minutes later a couple sat right next to us and bartender took their order. Their food came first and ours came 15 minutes later. we waited almost 40minutes for an appetizer. When we finished our appetizer, dirty plates stood there until we left; 3 bartenders behind the bar and no one did the effort to take the dirty plates from the bar. Very disappointed. I been going to the one in Kendall for many years and I think I will keep on going there even if it takes me an extra 15 minutes to drive. They need management to know that SERVICE is everything in a restaurant business. read more
