We had the best server ever! We went for dinner and our server was Nessa (sp?). She was awesome. We split a meal and it came out fresh from the kitchen. The fries were so hot We had to let them cool off before we could eat them. She brought me a refill on my soda before I got to the bottom. Don't expect chili at Chili's. After years of going to Chili's, we're down to thinking about it next time. The menu no longer includes chili, I asked, they don't have it anymore. We went on a Sunday evening, I'd been Jonesing for chili and knew I could get it there; wrong! My drink was bad, I'm a screwdriver drinker, and I've gotta say this was the third bad screwdriver this week. Although here, I can say, they used real orange juice on the second drink after I complained. The other two locations with bad screwdrivers this week was Makoto's and El Chico's, we ate out more than usual. There seems to be a new orange juice mix out there that is crap: it may come out of a bartender's gun now, who knows. The food was the usual Chili's food, our burgers were OK and our son said he's had better chicken tenders. Other that that, it was same-Ole same-Ole. And the prices were higher. read more

The restaurant was very clean, the floor looked very clean as well, even underneath the booths. They had really good music on at just the right level. I had Trinity as my server tonight. She was very friendly, it felt like I was just talking to a friend. Her service was quick; I asked for a lot of different things, and it was near closing time, but she was more than willing to help. I also apologized to Tommy the server, as I didn't realize they closed at 11pm (it was about 10:30pm); he said it was no problem at all. All the workers were very sweet. I got the triple dipper with the Nashville sauce tossed mozzarella sticks, chipotle chicken "crispers, and big mouth bites (they had bacon & cheese on them). I've been meaning to try the triple dipper for so long, it was so good! I also got the molten lava cake with icecream. Aiyana proved to be more than competent when running food/ drinks/ suggestive (upselling) menu items- all with a jovial nature and an easy smile. Any questions we asked we knew with certainty were being fielded by a knowledgeable resource. Worst experience eating out in my life. My friends bachelor party for the cruise is tomorrow and we are all having a great time. I was refused alcohol because they couldn't see the 6 in my 1996 birth date. I manage a restaurant and I see this all the time. Never had a problem. I'm 29 years old and they couldn't clearly see that I'm over 21 because it's 2025 and my ID was legible to see the 199...I'll never go to chilis again because of the server and management here. Tony, one of the managers there at Chilis in Merritt Island, came by and introduced himself to us at our table to make sure everything was going OK. He even noticed that I was dipping my fries into my enchilada soup. He said he had never seen anyone do this before. And I told him well it's because their fries are so good and so is the soup, that's why I dip. Tony went on to tell me that if I like that, next time I should try adding their side order of rice into their enchilada soup. As we finished our meal, Joey came back over and brought me a to go order of rice to go with my leftover soup. After paying the bill I noticed Joey was at the corner behind our booth. And as I was getting up he left. It takes me a long time getting up from any table and walking out because I have rheumatoid arthritis so it was a while for me to reach the front door. And there at the front door was Joey patiently waiting for me to come out. So when he had seen me getting up, that's why he left to go open the door for me. Sure my husband could have opened the door but Joey went that extra mile. So next time you go to Chili's in Merritt Island and he stops by your table you are in good hands. So believe me when me when I say he is truly a genuine, kind, caring, and compassionate manager. Shout out to Marie. She is an incredible server. We called in an order at 9:30PM. Once we finally got through the server tells us it's going to be awhile cuz its pretty busy but we could still place our order. This is for a to-go order @ 9:30 on a Wednesday night. Wife and I talk it over briefly a d decide to go through with it. After we tell him our order he says it's gonna be about 50 mins! 50 mins? That'll bring it close to closing time. Still, we place our order since we enjoy going to Chili's but we normally go to the one in Viera. Wife gets the text message saying they will notify us once it's done. So we go back to working on our project expecting a call/text. Lost track k of time and now it's 15 till 11 which is just about closing time. We hurry up and make our way there just in time before they close the doors and wouldn't you know i see a lone bag in the to-go area of an empty Chili's parking lot. $50 later we head home to find our food cold, and they messed up my wife's order. We saw the bad rating but thought hey, it's Chili's it'll be fine. Where's the management at this location? God awful. Just went to dinner 9/28 with family. Completely got my daughter's order wrong and waited 20 min for her right order. I ordered my dinner without hot peppers and got my meal with peppers. The compt half the meal but what's wrong with this place? Manager wouldn't come out - too busy. Waitress was super nice though. Yes it was busy but it wasn't crazy. Obviously the cooks are overwhelmed and the manager is not managing well. The bathrooms were disgusting. All three toilets in the ladies room were leaking and there was water all over the floor. Absolutely terrible food and the inability to get the simplest order correct. There were easily 12 people in the kitchen but apparently no one is in charge and verifying the orders are correct. I ordered 2 orders of chicken quesadillas. There were very little pieces of chicken and cheese. I ordered and paid extra for Guacamole for both, didn't get either, also one order had two ranch dressing cups instead of one ranch and one sour cream, the other only had sour cream , no ranch. Additional, the salsa was frozen. This place is extremely poorly run, and apparently lacks any kind of management. I swear this place has gone to the dogs. It seems each time we go back, it gets worse. First off, the chili. There used to be a time when the chili was thick and full of big hunks of beef, now its runny with very little meat and massive overuse of chili powder. I understand that the economy has gone to shit in the last 2 1/2 years, but damn at least have the go nads to lower the price for poorer quality. It's bad enough that the small bowl of chili you get is $6.99, but they now charge you $1.00 for a 1/2 teaspoon of the greens off scallions instead of giving you actual onions. Now for the main course. Ordered the 3 for. The ribs, which once again you get less for a $3.00 up charge and I got the jalapeño sausage double order. The sausage was ice cold. I sent it back and the tried charging me $4.00 for each order because of their screw up. I enjoyed the potato soup. Requested extra cheese and sour cream. Which I did receive. The French fries were peppered so I couldn't eat those. The loaded potato had garlic. Can't have that. But I did love the mini molten. I really wanted the steak. Unfortunately, it wasn't an option. I did call and she was very pleasant but very busy. The website needs an area to request want you want. Came here to celebrate my nieces 21st Bday with a group of 10-15 ppl on a Saturday night. I ordered the Chicky Chicky Bleu sandwich without the Avocado and it turned out to be pretty decent. The sandwich actually came out looking like the picture on the menu. I was impressed with Chili's sandwich presentation. The bun was nice and soft. Nice size chicken sandwich with the crispy effect. 2 slices of gourmet extra crispy bacon and a side of fries. Nothing too complicated. There were no complaints and the servers did a great job serving our group. I'm going to have to see who's more consistent between Chilis and Applebees. We got drinks and and chips with queso. All was going well until the sever came over and talked at length about how he was going fishing later in the evening. He left, we heard a scream from back towards the kitchen/bar. We had run out of chips by this point, but had queso and salsa left. We asked for another bowl of chips. Got our food. Heard another scream. Still no chips. Asked another server for chips and drink fills. Our server came to another table and started discussing how he was doing tequila shots in the back. (Explains the screaming?) we get chip refill but no drinks from the other server. We asked for to go boxes, got our bill. Waited about 5 minutes for the boxes that never appeared and left. I have been a regular patron of Chili's for over 30 years. Today my daughter and I went in for a special dinner and to watch the New York Giants vs Seattle Seahawks. She is a Giants fan and I'm a Seahawk fan. When we arrived and went into the bar, the audio was on this game. However, once halftime came, the bartender changed the audio to a game his friends wanted on. After halftime we asked 3 times for the audio to be changed back to the Game of the Week only to no avail. The Manager did not come out to explain why the change to an inferior game. Even when the inferior game was over, they did not put on the Game of the Week but another game between losing teams. The Management at this restaurant is terrible. I will never eat at another Chili's again. I guess the bartender rules on what to watch even though there were several people in the bar that wanted the Giants vs Seahawk game. read more

Stopped here while driving through Merritt Island at around 9:45 on a Sunday night for dinner. The place was relatively empty aside from about a dozen patrons at a few tables in the dining room. I had a seat at the bar as I wanted to catch the last part of an NBA basketball game they were showing on one of the screens. The bartender wiped off the area where I sat, gave me a menu and then returned with another menu which listed some of their newly launched offerings, including a few burritos. I had an Angry Orchard cider and settled on the smothered prime rib burrito, which came with a side of black beans. The bartender was great on this night - talkative and made conversation while I waited for my meal, talked a bit of sports and answered some questions I had about the area...Then once my meal arrived and I started eating, the guy disappeared so I could enjoy my food. Perfect! For the burrito and an Angry Orchard, the total came to $17.46 before gratuity. I think the burritos are a good addition to Chili's menu; IMO the price was fair, the burrito was really large and filling, and even though this burrito came from Chili's and not a proper Mexican restaurant, it certainly had plenty of "fire power" the next morning and throughout the following day if you get my drift! read more

If I could give them less stars I would, I used to be go there quite often until now. Our family threw a dinner party for my sisters 18th birthday. Our server (hailey) was rude the entire time. Long store short we were the last table also being rushed to leave. My sister realized after pulling off she left her birthday cards from her grandmother and I that she HAD NOT opened yet and her ballon's. When we got back to the restaurant they had popped the balloons and gave her cards back opened and the money was taken from the card.
