Beef O Brady's is pretty predictable and as such this 4-star review is based mostly on comparison to other beef establishments or similar establishments. This isn't a high end place by any means but the food is decent, they have great specials and you can easily catch your favorite sports team playing though you may have to ask for a TV channel change. I've been here several times and the service has been consistent and prompt, and sometimes really stand out. I've enjoyed their boneless wings and their traditional wings were ok, not the best I've had but it's wings. Their margarita deals are really good and they're excellent. Last time I ordered the chicken tacos and WOW was I surprised. The poblano sauce added the right amount of heat and they exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised I could swap out the chips for a side of the grilled zucchini which is so yummy!! Other meals I've enjoyed here is their grilled chicken with rice and broccoli. Was waiting for an order to go sat at the table by the bar had multiple waitress go past and not one acknowledged me (and yes if you look on the camera you can see your way shooting the shit with the customer at the bar). I went to Beef O'Brady's on 466A tonight for the main purpose of getting a Reuben sandwich. Beef O'Brady's (BOB) has always been my go to place for a Reuben sandwich. However, tonight I was served the worse sandwich possible. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a 2. I had to look for the thousand island dressing; the sauerkraut was on one/half of the sandwich; the corned beef was on the other half; and, the swiss cheese was just laying on the sandwich...not even melted. Placed a pick up order last night. When we arrived to pick up our food we had a brief wait as they finished up the order. As we were waiting we watched the servers working on the patio. As someone over 60 with medical issues, I was keen to see what efforts were being done to protect the customers. Unfortunately I left knowing I won't go back for a while. Servers wearing masks around their neck and chin doesn't help anyone. And I have to wonder if servers aren't following the mask guidelines, what about the cooks, the runners etc. Did management on duty take issue with this? I didn't see any gloves being used by runners or those bussing tables. We have tried to support this restaurant throughout the shutdown by ordering once a week. Have been to this place SEVERAL times. At least 5 times since its opened and in spaced out increments of time. Service ALWAYS sucKs. Wait staff isn't friendly, and give you attitude if you complain about things such as hair in your food, or food being cold. Ya know, reasonable things to complain about. Usually have a decent experience with the food at Beefs. The service falls short most of the time. We understand where we are and our expectations have been lowered because of where we now live. This round highlighted the problem with service in the general Titusville area. Your stuck with the people that come to apply. Too often a good business model is only as good as the help available. Not sure if its a lack of training or just the areas expectations of service! While this time it was at Beefs, its not uncommon in N Brevard. Got walked thru the main dining area to a table all the way in the back area used usually for larger parties. This has happened before. We asked the hostess if we could be moved closer the the main dinning room. She moved us 2 tables closer. We accepted out fate and asked her to not let us get forgotten back here. As usual it took a bit for the servers to figure out who had our table. Things started going well at that point, had a nice server that made sure we got our food. Unfortunately, there must have been a big party call in for 20 seats. Two other servers got the job of setting up the area only we were sat in,for the party of 20. They were obnoxiously moving tables and gliding chairs across the area and complaining about working there. When I asked if they could make MORE noise? They just giggled and continued! My wife got up and asked for a manager. Someone came over and said "were sorry, were very sorry" and left. The manager must have said something to them because they came back and continued but with now glaring unhappy looks at us as they made more noise. We eat out regularly 2+ times a week and end up in this type of situation often. We now only give our business to those that deserve our hard earned money. Beefs just lost ours over this for at least 6 months. We will try them again then and see if service improves. While they expect a premium price for there food and drink. We just placed an order to be picked up with a cheese steak sub. The girl that answered the phone was very distracted and kinda rude. I could hear a cell phone going off right next to her starting and during talking to her. We asked for no onions or peppers as one of us is allergic. Before I could confirm she got the order correct she cut me off and hung up. We asked when we picked up the food just double checked with the person who gave us the food that no onions or peppers on the one sub. We got the order home and the sub had more peppers and onions than meat and cheese. If the female taking our order wasn't so short and rude, she may have gotten it right. I went with the grilled chicken dinner with rice and broccoli, and it was so good. I'm usually not a huge fan of rice from restaurants because it often lacks flavor, but I was pleasantly surprised. The rice was heavily seasoned and delicious. The chicken was really moist and yummy. For appetizers, we got fried pickles and chips and salsa. Their salsa was fresh and not too hot. Some of the pickles weren't as crispy as they could've been. The same thing happened with the pub chips. A lot of them were floppy and not fried at all. Unimpressed. I had an email coupon for a free appetizer, but did not notice that the (very) fine print said that it must be printed to be used. The waitress didn't tell me that after I showed her, but instead took my phone out of my hand and was messing with it for about a minute (I'm guessing to look for said print). She said her manager was in a bad mood, so there was no use trying. I didn't argue about the coupon; I was dining out with my mom who is visiting from out of town, and didn't want to ruin our time together. So, we order an appetizer--onion rings--for $7.99. Our waitress then disappears for about 15 minutes, as she said she was watching the SpaceX launch. Finally, our order is taken, and onion rings arrive shortly after. Onion rings were good, which was the highlight of the whole experience. Food came about 10 minutes later. We both had the 6 piece boneless wings, hers with coleslaw, mine with fries. Chicken pieces were small (mostly) and fries were lukewarm. Very meh. Several hostesses and waitresses stood at the reception area near the door chatting, but ours did not come to check on us. (Not busy, btw.) My drink was empty for about 5 minutes; my mom flagged down another waitress to refill it. The rest of the experience was uneventful...paid check, boxed up food, and that was that.
