In town for an event and we had seven people that needed to grab a quick bite to eat. Overall, we had a great experience. Friendly staff, great server, and surprisingly good food. Plus they had a nice licking bar area and sports on a bunch of TVs. Our group had a quesadilla, explosion salad, several orders of chicken, crispers, and a chipotle, honey, chicken sandwich. Everybody was satisfied and said they would come back. read more

My experience was hands down the best! Right from the start, we had a manager holding the door open for me, and a hostess sat me down at a table right away. Then the food was to die for. Abbie was our server, and she was just so nice and attentive. She kept my drink full and kept me happy. I had a triple dipper with burger bites, mozzarella, and the chicken tenders. It was all very good. Can't wait to come in again! read more

My friend and I came here about a week ago. This is a nice location located at/near SouthPointe. We had excellent waitress service from Kynzi. She was awesome! My buddy and I both did the 3 for Me $10.99 deals. First of all, for my free appetizer I got the Chips & Salsa. Always yummy! The only main course item they had for the 3 for me was the Old Timer Burger and French fries. Burger is a great size and tasted great. For our 2nd of 3 items, I got the strawberry Lemonade. Always so refreshing! For my last item I ended up having the Caesar salad with extra Caesar dressing. For all this food for $12.50 including tax, you can't go wrong! How can I not say don't eat here? This is a must!!! Highly recommend! Stop on by and give them a try! We will definitely be back! read more

We were over charged a kids meal and so I called after getting home and reviewing our receipt. The young man said manager not in to call next day. I called and she asked for my cc number ect gave her all info. No refund, waited weeks and called 3rd time. She seemed annoyed at me, the customer. Gave all my cc info again and still no refund. She said she would need call corp and see why not going thru. Still no refund and no call back. Im not going call a 4th time and maybe thats what shes planning on and yes, a kids meal is not that much but any amount is something for hard earned money. As a business owner I would never ever treat customers like we are being treated. Zero care, zero customer service. So they have lost us as customers and hopefully this review will remind customers there to check your receipt or it will never be corrected. read more

Service was good, our waitress was super nice and friendly. The mozzarella sticks were good and the Mac and cheese that came with my meal was great. Those three things being good are the reason for 2 stars. If not for that, a 1 star would be generous. I got the chicken crispers and I think it would have been easier to chew on my cars tires than the chicken strips. My jaw is tired from just trying to chew on the strips. To top it all off my fries were cold. My wife says the salad was good though. read more

We LOVE Chili's! Service is great, the atmosphere is lively, and the deals are worth checking out.

Where to begin....we sat forever waiting for someone to come to our table to take even a drink order. We were seated under a vent that was leaking condensation all over my husband. When our order was finally taken, the waitress began bringing me the wrong order. We asked for more water and it never came. We asked for a chip refill and never got it. My husbands sandwich (grilled chicken with no mayo) was dry and over cooked along with looking ridiculous. My chicken bacon quesadilla was over cooked and the side salad I ordered had brown wilted lettuce in it. Over all....not a great experience. read more

I have never had a restaurant experience as bad as this one. Our servers name was Leticia. She punk'd us in our 10 minutes of being there. We ordered a margarita and a gin and tonic. And for food got the viral triple dipper that consisted of hot Nashville mozzarella sticks, sliders, and the chicken tenders. None which was edible. The hype is just hype. And when I said the server punk'd us I honestly mean she was unemployable. I'm sorry but the 10 minutes and the 40 dollars we spent was unbelievable. I wish I would have taken pictures. Do not I repeat DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Came down to Lincoln to visit some friends after an interview for a job. I grabbed a table at 4:45 pm today and my friends arrived at 5:15 pm. Was never offered to place a drink order or appetizer while I wait. After my ffriend came at 5:15 we waited another 15 mins and I finally went to the hostage station asked wwho my server was and said they would let her know. She apologize saying she was never told that she had a new group seated. If you see someone sitting in your section you don't need to be told that some one is there you just go and take care of your tables. We placed out drink order and food and it was good. The waitress did give us a chip and salsa on her as an apology. The manager never came over or apologized for the wait. I did have to request to have my burger price adjusted as it is advertised at 7.99 on Tuesday's. Shouldn't have to request that adjustment. Should of been offered free meal for the wait or even half off our meals for the wait. But nope not offered any additional compensation. Poor management. read more

Every single Sunday me and my friends pile into the car to drive 15 minutes to our local Chilis. We have never had a bad experience especially with two people in our party having allergies and never having issues. Everytime I hear the sizzle of my fajitas in the distance I shed a tear. It revives us from our normal dining hall food we eat every other day of the week. 5 Stars and no complaints. read more

I just ordered delivery from this restaurant and one of my items arrived partially eaten. A bite had been taken out of one of my burgers. It makes me think they are clearing tables in the restaurant, then reusing the food for other orders rather than throwing it away. read more

The food service was ok, we got the food on time. The issue was with the food quality, the drink we got wasn't made properly, the waitress offered to take it back but we declined. The nachos were way over cooked and burnt, I love chilis and it could have been an off day for the kitchen though. read more

food was delicious and the service was excellent! shout out to Bree and her staff! they are doing great!

Was seated right away. Server didn't take drink order for 20 mins. Then 10 mins later took our food order. Waited for over an hour and was told they were still behind and they still had not started on our food. However, people seated after us had no problem getting prompt service. read more

After sitting for 10 minutes during the lunch hour without any server coming over, we were about to leave when someone arrived and decided to take our order. Big Bites and a chicken salad were ordered. The server came back with the wrong drink order and corrected it without me saying anything. What didn't help this review were the seats of the booth were dirty, full of crumbs while Covid cleaning supplies (see picture) were next to us. The Big Bites came out dry but the fries were hot and crispy. The salad contained cheese when it was earlier requested not to have cheese on top. The server checked up on us once and I had to ask for a take out container since he wasn't available. This wasn't a good visit or review and I hope those who decide to eat here find better service than what we received today. read more

Wife and I had a really bad experience here just yesterday for Veteran's Day. Chili's was offering a free meal from a select menu for veterans and we don't go there very often because its on the other side of town. Wait was 15 minutes, and since the waiting area was sparser than the number of people waiting, many were waiting at tables on one side of the restaurant where no customers were being sat. Our waitress was competent enough, but there isn't much she was going to be able to do once our food came. We ordered southwest egg rolls for an app, and when they arrived my wife stuck finger in the middle of one - they're served cut diagonally unlike chinese-food egg rolls which are served whole - and it was ice cold. Not like not warm enough for our tastes - I mean like 32-40 degrees, fresh out of the fridge. The waitress apologized, had the kitchen remake it - she says, but who knows - and she brought back a second plate of egg rolls which were also ice cold in the center. By the time she came back with a third plate of egg rolls which were cooked all the way through our entrees had arrived. I'd ordered a bbq plate with ribs, "chicken crispers" and street corn. The chicken crispers were cold, fortunately they must arrive at the restaurant pre-cooked and frozen because it wasn't raw in the middle, even though biting into cold chicken fingers is a bit toothsome like eating celery, absolutely disgusting. The fries weren't cold, but that's about as much praise as I have for them. The street corn was cold and gross. I didn't even bother with the ribs. I'd have complained more but when a restaurant has this many problems in the kitchen, its best just to never go there again, and I recommend anyone reading this do the same. It is the end times for the service industry because its so hard to have a remotely good dining experience anymore. They can't hire enough people to run at capacity, the ones they do have zero experience or just run ragged. But this level of dysfunction in the kitchen is unforgivable. Corporate needs to come in and fix this, this is beyond whatever server-turned-manager that's running the place is capable of repairing. read more

The food was less than acceptable. The ribs were like bricks. Service was terrible. Restaurant was filthy. The floor was lap dirty you could see people's shop prints on the gunk. Be careful not to slip bc it is greasy. It is clear that management is poor and does not care that this place is hot garbage. You'd be better off going next door to Taco Bell. read more

Overall bad food experience. Server was kind but found something that looked moldy in the ice in our drinks. Ordered fried pickles and they were all burnt. Burger came out wrong and sliders were all burnt and looked like someone took a bite out of one of them. There was dirty sitting water on the floors as well. Been to a lot of good Chili's but don't recommend this one. read more

Absolutely horrible. Went for the lunch. Never received my drink until I had to stop another waiter. Received the app first without the drink. Then the main dish and still no drink. Food was burnt. We ordered take out from Chili's yesterday for lunch. The Ribs were great, very meaty, but the loaded mashed potatoes were gummy, and the Steamed Broccoli was brown and if it was steamed it was only for a few seconds. honestly just fire the whole staff. Whoever cooks the food cant cook. Like how can you be bad at frying food.

Normally outstanding food, however I made this error in ordering to go today. The Just Bacon burger had a slice of bacon on it. The fries were soggy. The Chicken Bacon Ranch quesadilla had no ranch, and the desert cookie was cold and hard. When taking the food back to the restaurant, the tables were still not bussed 20 minutes later, the manager explained the errors were not errors but agreed to remake the food. read more

It had been a very long time since I'd been to Chili's (other than at airports). Overall, it was a decent experience but nothing that stood out above average. We ended up going on rib night, so that is what my husband and I ordered. Wednesday is $4 off half or full racks of ribs, so a pretty good deal for a full rack for $13.99. Overall, I was pretty impressed with the dry rub and the corn was juicy, buttery and seasoned well. Loaded potatoes were a little on the bland side. My dad ordered the southwest burger and seemed pleased with it. Service was okay, kind of patchy towards the beginning in refilling our waters, but it got better towards the end. A disappointment is that they must no longer offer complimentary chips and salsa. read more

My family and I have been long time fans of chili's we have been going to the restaurant chain for well over 13 years....at the two locations in Omaha. Unfortunately, we made the assumption that all chili's were similar. That is just not true. First visit to this restaurant the food was okay nothing spectacular, we did ask to speak to the manager about whether are not they served chicken fried chicken since both locations in Omaha did. He was quite rude about it. The server was the only bright spot. I the next few times I would call in and get curbside pickup for just the food. Until this last time I called in ordered food, when I got there and called to let them know I arrived, and employee asked me what curbside pickup was and side I needed to come into get my food and pay for it. I said Okay but that was not curbside. I did go in and the manager checked me out and said please explain what curbside is to your employees. He said it is our corporate policy that curbside orders are NOT to be called in they must be done online so they can be paid for online. I said Oh I was not aware the policy had changed since I called in an order just last week I understand. I said but you have lost a customer because it should have said this online. I left and had to return because I did not get my drink. I took my receipt back in that was listed as "curbside" to get my drink. The worst part is my friend called in an order for food from our workplace the next day for curbside pickup and guess what??? No issues at all. Shame Lincoln store management make a trip to Omaha to any location and see how you should treat customers because even on their busiest days they were amazing. read more

This Chili's was bad all around. We walked in to 60% of the restaurant empty and were told it would be a 15-20 min wait; I'm assuming due to staff shortage since that is the normal response. But, we were allowed to eat at the bar, which meant we could see behind the bar and into the kitchen, big mistake. The floors were disgusting throughout the restaurant and especially behind the bar area. The bar tender/waitress took forever to wait on us and then they were out of straws because their vendor was out of them. We ordered appetizers only and chips and salsa was good, but the cheese skillet wasn't warm. Service from that point on was non existent even with empty drinks when our food was delivered. Overall, just not a pleasant experience. read more

Arrived just after 1:00 on a weekday to a mostly empty restaurant and waited 5 minutes for a hostess, who told us it would be 10-15 more minutes to be seated. Only two servers appeared to be working. Service was accordingly slow throughout. Never had our drinks refilled and also did not receive water as requested. Side salad was served in a tiny cereal bowl and the lettuce was not particularly crisp. However, the entrees, when they finally arrived, were hot and prepared well, and were quite tasty. The server assumed we knew to use the tabletop digital kiosk to pay the check. Had we not taken the day off this location would not have been a workday lunch option as we spent a full hour there. read more

I honestly wish zero stars was an option. The last time we ate here the service was terrible. Worst waitress I've ever had. She refused to do the table side guacamole, and when we asked if we could have the regular without jalapeños she told us there was absolutely no way she could do that. Oh, and another thing. With the new pay at the table option, there are also games in those little tablets. My friend and I played two games, and were charged for them without being told. Our waitress said it always tells you before you start the game, but that wasn't the case at all. The party sitting to the left of us were blindly charged as well. Food was bland and tasteless. Had to remind our waitress four times that she forget the beans that came with my shrimp tacos. 10/10 would not recommend this restaurant, unless you want terrible service and a good hour before getting your food. read more
