Good burger. Fries tasted old. Crispers are chicken although the menu doesn't say so. Juicy meat and good batter but cooked in old oil so nasty after taste. Low light in restroom apparently to mask dirty floors and ceilings. Sticky floors throughout. I'd eat elsewhere. read more

Greeted by person who made sure to let us know that he wanted to go home and complained to very other table that came in after us that he wanted to be home with his kids, that he had been there since 10:30 am. It is unfair to shame customers who are bringing you business. Food was fine, though the people who came in After us were encouraged to get salads as the "kitchen was running out of items." As we heard them talking about this strategy before they seated the people, not sure it was true. Hours of operation are set by owners, not employees. They should be honored. We went to Chili's after a long day at work. I order a ice tea to start, which they were out of for some reason, so I went for ice water and a chocolate milk shake! The milk shake was awesome!! Then I ordered a Santa Fe Chicken Salad!! It was excellent!!! Lots of chicken cooked perfectly, a little spicy burn to it and creamy smooth ranch lightly put on top. Came for lunch, daughter and I got lunch combos. Husband or appetizer trio as meal. Lunch burgers came out, no soup. Still 10 minutes after they came out m husband does not have his food and soups still missing! Unreal!! Update: waitress says no clue what happened. And husbands meal compensated. Okay place for Tex Mex but not good or outstanding. Had fajitas which were decent quality and flavor. But we ordered chips and salsa - unlike most places, they aren't free - and the salsa was like tomato soup - no, thinner than tomato soup. No chunks of anything in it. Do not order to-go or Curbside from this Chilis on Chambers Road in Horseheads. Arrived, clicked on Arrived in App, waited half an hour after food delivery timeframe, went inside and half a dozen or more people were waiting on Curbside orders, some up to an hour and a half. I left after an hour and seeing employees place other orders on the counter for half an hour without being delivered (food presumably spoiled), placed orders on floor and prepare food without masks or gloves. They charged me for a meal they did not deliver. Called restaurant for refund but they hung up twice so will call credit card company to dispute charge. Given the practices of the team preparing food, this was probably better for my health. read more

We were so glad to have an indoor meal after such a long lockdown since March 2020. (It is Aug 22 2020) Food was great and alcohol/beverage price was reasonable. Service was excellent. I liked our waitress who was so attentive and accommodating which made our dinner even more enjoyable. read more

This place is doing it right even in the midst of the pandemic, staff continuously cleaning and maintaining a high standard of service.

As with any chain restaurant the food is always the same. We eat here often because if the great service. Servers are quick to bring what ever you may need. Never need to ask for drink refills. Recommend sitting in the bar area if you want to watch TV's. read more

Placed an order through doordash. The order was delivered in an hour but was incomplete. It was missing a half a rack of ribs and sauces. Called the restaurant and spoke with a manager who stated they would make the ribs and call doordash to have it delivered and he would call back. I received a call from doordash who stated I would have to place and pay for another order. I never got a call back from from the Chili's manager. Service was good. Food... meh. I had spicy shrimp tacos. The shrimp had no seasoning on them. They were just really boring. Didn't end up eating them. My brown beans were not hot and the silverware seemed old and dirty. The taco dish had old brown lettuce under my taco. The fried pickles were good and crunchy. The ladies bathroom was pretty clean. Ok, I know this is a chain restaurant however their food and service is fantastic. You need to check out the lunch specials...such a deal!! I ordered the 1/2 bacon avocado chicken sandwich and it comes with fries and soup OR salad. The chicken was flavored so well it will become your new cravable.Believe me that 1/2 is more than enough as its about 5 inches ( I'm sure guys will tell you its 8 inches) you will not leave hungry. Happy Hour is all day everyday in the bar. The staff is fun and friendly.If you love the place as much as I do get the Chili's app and receive free chips and salsa everytime you go. read more

Stopped in for dinner after shopping. Menu has expanded and done up as summer 2017. Many choices to choose from. Food was very good! Compliments to our server Joey! Chilis...the restaurant was once on my Elmira "blacklist" of places that Mr. P and I avoid like the plague due to past experiences of "stomach irritation sessions." We decided to give Chilis another try after about 2 years of avoidance and we weren't disappointed! I don't know if this Chilis did a major revamp of their menu and staff or if this is a chain improvement all over but all I can say is YUM! I had some kind of mexican chicken quesadilla salad which was amazing and Mr. P had some kind of pizza with chicken and avocados. Both plates were wonderful and sparked our tastebuds. The service was amazing. Our waiter was so friendly and fast. Overall a good experience. We erased Chilis off of our blacklist and will be returning there soon. read more

Went there last night for Valentine's day and the food was really bad. My girlfriend ordered a chicken casadia and I had chicken fajitas. The frajitas meat was tasteless and was floating in a bunch of sloppy oil with half crunchy peppers and onions....There was a side of some kind of black beans in a sauce. How gross they tasted like cold pork and beans from a can. My plate had a little pile grated cheese that would fit on a Ritz cracker with avocado and a squirt of sour cream. Looking at that I should of known better and not eat it. My girlfriends chicken casadias looked good but that was not true. We got home and about midnight we both got really sick.
