We recently visited this newer Chili's Grill & Bar location (about a year old), and had a great experience from start to finish. We were immediately welcomed at the door with a smile and seated right away by the hostess. Our server, Maria, greeted us shortly after and did a great job explaining the drink options. Our drinks came out quickly, and the whole operation felt like a well-oiled machine--orders were taken efficiently, and both food and drinks arrived promptly. Even though Maria was busy, the team worked together seamlessly, with other staff helping deliver items to the table. For appetizers, we ordered the Southwest Egg Rolls and Cheese Sticks, and for our entrees, the Double Smash Burger, Old Timer Burger, and Steak Fajitas. Everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious. While Maria didn't consistently refill our drinks, she was still very attentive and responsive, especially considering how busy she was. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable dining experience--we'll definitely be back. Next time we are definitely getting something for dessert! read more

We had southwest egg rolls for apps and I had the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. Newer Chili's located in Haines City, Fl. First time dining at this location. Just a caveat for those that enjoy the all day happy hour at Chili's. This location does not offer all day happy hour! If you're used to dining at Chili's for a two for one beer and lunch fajitas you will be disappointed. No fajitas on the lunch menu. Lunch menu consists of burgers, chicken strips and a chicken bowl. I ordered the burger, good and fries were hot. Partner ordered the chicken bowl. He said it was ok but wouldn't order again. Weird tasting dressing that was overpowering. Server was attentive, food was ok. Arrived at lunchtime (around 1:00 pm) and it was very busy. A couple large groups were finishing up. This created a lot of noise which made it difficult to hear my dining partner. On the fence as to whether we will return to this location. read more

It was packed here. We waited about 40 minutes for a table of 2 on a Friday night so be forewarned about the popularity of this location for the time being. When we were seated, our waiter was attentive, bringing refills before asking and assistant managers were checking on our table and others and everyone who came to drop a drink or appetizer to our table did their best to make sure we were happy. I had a 3 for Me meal, splitting Chips and Salsa with my wife which held us over well until our meals arrived. I upgraded my drink to a frozen margarita, which was tasty, except for the glass having a salt rim after asking for sugar. My Cajun Shrimp Pasta was delicious and extremely filling, I had plenty of leftovers. We split a mini chocolate lava cake which was delicious, but we did get overcharged for it on the final bill which was a bit upsetting to not realize until after we paid. Overall, a great experience, especially considering how busy everything was. This location was lively and the staff was attentive. This Chili's is new to the area, and with the service we received tonight from Jesús, I'm a new fan! I haven't been to a Chili's in several years, so when my husband and I decided to explore the newly opened one just 15 minutes from our house, we were surprised to see the popularity. It seemed like half of Davenport had decided to come tonight! I was so nervous about what the experience would be like considering we'd just had a terrible time at another new chain restaurant nearby, but our server Jesús immediately greeted us and brought our drinks over. He was so welcoming and right off the bat asked us how our night was going instead of just jumping right to the chase, so it felt like a natural transition. This Chili's is smaller than most locations, and about 50% of the space is really just the bar/high top seating, but we were seated in a half booth/half table that was perfectly clean and comfortable. I ordered the Fajita Trio (Chicken, Shrimp, and Steak), and was asked if I'd like guacamole on the side - yes please! I was super happy with the portion size, and all of the protein was very well seasoned and sizzling hot! It was a little onion heavy (not in taste, but just on the hot plate) and I would have liked to see more bell peppers on there, but it had a great balance, especially with the plate of toppings. I'm not sure if this is an option since I forgot to ask, but would have loved to add mushrooms too! In all, our service was incredible, attentive, and we never had to ask for anything. I haven't had Chili's in about a decade because I felt at some point their quality of food changed. However, they recently opened one up nearby and I heard really good things about their triple dipper, especially their Nashville hot mozzarella sticks. So, we decided to go. The wait time for a party of two wasn't too bad, especially for a Friday night and we waited at the bar. Their Tito's punch was really good and well made, however their Henny marg was a tad sweet and their Long Island iced tea was only a quarter filled (in a small glass). The service was okay, nothing outside of the ordinary however I feel as if perhaps they've been 'robbed' a few times because from the time we closed our tab at the bar (done automatically on a mini tablet) to the time we were seated (60 seconds or less), I kid you not 3 different workers asked us if we had paid for our drinks at the bar. The servers were so distrusting which I understand if this is a current problem they're having but also I don't want to be questioned so heavily in 60 seconds about whether I paid my drink or not. Honestly, if this is a current problem then I don't know, maybe give everyone a physical receipt or some sort of ticket that proves you paid... Anyway, the Nashville hot mozz sticks were great and did not disappoint. We also ordered chicken eggrolls and honey chipotle tenders as part of our triple dipper. The egg rolls were basically made up of black beans and were not crispy at all but the tenders were good. For entrees we ordered shrimp and steak fajitas which came with black beans, Mexican rice and a side of sour cream, pico de gallo and cheese. This entree was just okay, the tortillas were taco sized tortillas, not fajita sized tortillas btw. We did not order dessert. To be honest, for the price we paid dinner could've been a lot better. The price doesn't match the quality of food in my opinion. I would only return solely for the Tito's punch and Nashville hot mozz sticks but even for that, I might not even. Excellent service from servers Especially main server Kye she was amazing such a wonderful person as well as server at 20 years old she told me and she was so fast , efficient and confident about the menu . Worst chilis food we have ever ordered Dried, burned, looked like something left on a counter overnight. An online lunch order said to wait in car for text when ready. Text never came. By the way it came at 9 that night. Went inside. Apparently sitting on counter for quite a while. Opened at home and it was inedible. Triple dipper. Slider so burned and dried out that literally could not bite through it dog refused it as well. Mozzarella dry, burned and curled at the ends. Chicken stopped completely dried and looked old. Called restaurant which was not busy when we left with order. Waited in hold twice for fifteen minutes. Manager said she would credit us. I told her at least the peanut butter pie was tasty. A week later no credit. Called and instead of crediting the meal in its entirety she she only refunded the triple dipper and did nut even include tax. Still paid tip. How petty not to credit back the tax and also the dessert to Make up for a truly bad experience. That chilis forever off our list. Terrible food, terrible treatment of a local Customer. read more

And the chips & salsa are the perfect start to the meal. We've been waiting for a very long time to get some good casual dining restaurants and this one certainly delivers! I went to Chillis last week with my family, right when I walked in, we noticed how clean the restaurant was. When we got seated our server named Joey came over and took our drink order, he let us know about the specials on the alcoholic beverages. We ordered two President Margaritas, they were wonderful. He was very attentive to our table, always refilling our drinks and making sure the food we ordered was done correctly. At the end of our meal, he suggested we get some dessert, so we did! It was a very wonderful service we received from him; we will definitely be coming back because of this experience!! read more

Stopped at the newer Chili's on 27 in Haines City and wish I had chosen somewhere else. It was obvious that the prices went up but my daughter had less Chicken strips than she use to get and also received no corn that she use to have. Just a few strips and a few fries. My side salad was brought out after the dinner. Besides that rip off, the server would just not stop coming to the table every 45 seconds. She was stalking us so bad that we were not able to talk to each other the entire dinner. We had to constantly try to answer her with food in our mouths, almost every bite. She brought sodas when our sodas were still completely full, not even a sip yet. Do you need more napkins, how about another soda, would you like to see desserts, would you like more sauce, would you like another soda again, would you like to take home cup of soda, would you like to see how to use the kiosk, how is everything 15 times, she came at least 30 times while we ate or at least tried to eat. We felt like she was rushing us along to push us out the door for the next tip. We were there to spend time together, not with the server. read more
