Absolutely amazing experience at Miller's Ale House! I've been to other locations in the chain before, but this one had a completely different level of quality and atmosphere. The food was incredible, kudos to the cooking staff, everything came out fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. There was a special touch to everything that honestly set this location apart from all the others. What really made the night exceptional was the outstanding service from Sam. He was attentive, friendly, professional, and genuinely made us feel taken care of from start to finish. The service was impeccable, honestly better than many upscale restaurants I've been to. I also have to give a huge thank you to the manager for being so accommodating. I came in soaking wet and freezing cold after getting caught in a storm, and they kindly adjusted the room temperature near where I was sitting to make me more comfortable. That level of care and hospitality truly stood out. Between the incredible food, thoughtful hospitality, and top-tier service, this experience almost felt Michelin level. We were also her 2nd table today fresh out of training woop woop! We ordered the.. Boom boom shrimp.. it was what you would expect honestly, no extra flavors or twist on it etc. The wings were crispy despite the sauce, which is ALWAYS a plus to me. Our service from Horacio at the bar was horrible. We sat down and he didn't even acknowledge us for a good 5-6 minutes too busy on his phone and talking to a girl before he brought over the menus. When I did order a glass of wine, he just assumed it was 9 ounces and gave it to me never even asking, I wanted a 6oz. Took another 10 minutes for Horacio to come over and take our food order. We did order a prime burger and a Philly cheesesteak. The prime burger was good. The french fries were old and cold. My Philly cheesesteak was not cooked, first photo is of the bread I cut off trying to eat it. but it took about five or six minutes for Horacio (talking to same girl) to come by again for me to let him know. He did take my Philly cheesesteak and said he'd be right back. He came back and said they were redoing it 40 minutes later, my husband was done eating, and I still had not received my Philly cheesesteak. I asked about it, and Horatio said he was going to let the manager know the manager was Maria. We watched him tell her what was going on and the only thing that she kept doing was going and hugging employees in the 40 minutes we waited for my food. We watched her hug every employee that came in talking to them, hugging them, kissing them very inappropriate, especially in front of customers, but not one time that she come over to us and asked us when we did receive the food it was burned and cold The bread was over cooked and chewy, which leads us to believe that it was just sitting there at this point I had to Flag Horacio down to please grab us the manager thinking that the manager Maria would come over. We watched him again. Go talk to her, but she did not come to us. She was again too busy, hugging her employees. The other manager finally did come over to us and apologized and told us that they were busy actually they were not busy but what he did tell us was that the QA at the 4 o'clock time frame had not been done he explained that there is a QA when they first opened and then one at four, but the one at four never happened. It was somewhat slipped their minds and that's why the oil was cold and the french fries didn't come out well and nothing was being checked now I'm sorry, but you're not supposed to tell your customers that things weren't done in the back kitchen! To say the least it was a very bad experience so much so that we have put this all over social media once again never saw Maria, very bad customer service. she was too busy when we left again she was upfront, hugging other employees. I will say thank you again to the gentleman that came in to take care of us at the end the manager wasn't his fault cannot remember his name. The only fault he had telling us how bad the kitchen was. We are regulars and we have not been back and I'm not sure if we're going to come back in the afternoons when the Staff is wonderful. The nighttime staff is horrible. read more

Looked for recommendations on where to watch an out of state football game and ended up at Miller's Ale House Champions Gate. Great choice for any and all NFL. Upon entering a board, displayed what TV our Buffalo at Jets game was on. Bat stools, high tops and bench booths adorn every square foot. We chose a high top and cheered on our Bills along with other fans watching their favorites. Mati, our server, took great care of us and everyone in her section. We don't have Miller's in California, and I wish we did! This was a stop for us, as we have a fellow family member who swears by the chicken zingers here. I tried them, and holy moly, they are great. I am not even a fan of chicken strips, and these are amazing. Something I do have to mention is that I wasn't expecting the ranch dressing here to blow my mind. This place has the BEST ranch dressing I have ever had in a restaurant, in my LIFE. And I am a ranch person (I don't ever order a different type of dressing), so that is saying something. The drinks here were great. The place was packed. Mozzarella cheese sticks app was yummy (and the marinara was pretty awesome, as well). I highly recommend this place. The only things that would make this rating higher would be if there were less of a wait, and if they could get rid of the smell between the bar area and the restrooms (almost smells like a poorly cleaned cafeteria rag, and I think they could do this better since folks have to walk through it to get to the restrooms). read more

Last night, 12/10/24, our server, Jesus, managed a table of 19 by himself and didn't make a single mistake. Stayed up with the refills, food came out perfectly and quickly and the bills were correct. Recently my wife and I went to Ale House, at Champions Gate. It is your typical sports bar, huge menu, lots of options, lots of drinks, especially beer. We went on a Tuesday and it was incredibly busy. You'd think that it was a Saturday night. We have been to Ale House numerous times and the food is always pretty good. My wife and I have never had a bad meal ever. On certain nights of the week, they offer specials such as the prime rib, coconut shrimp and crab legs. The drinks are very good, every night almost having a drink special or beer special. We usually go for beer when it's Football season. l also enjoy the wines and my wife loves the margaritas and martinis. I ended up ordered *BLACKENED SHRIMP & CHICKEN COBB SALAD(Field greens, hard-boiled egg, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses, Roma tomatoes, red onion, applewood-smoked bacon, blue cheese crumbles with balsamic vinaigrette) This is my thing to eat at Ale House. The chicken and shrimp was delicious, love every component of the salad. My wife ended up ordering the Zinger Mountain Melt(Zingers Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses, applewood-smoked bacon and scallions on a mountain of seasoned fries) The bacon was so burned she actually thought they were black beans at first. The cheese was so hard and burned as well. My wife was disappointed to say the least. The other issue we had was our seating area. They had outside seating around the bar. They allowed way too many people at the outside bar so we literally had people standing at our table smoking and talking. We were hungry and wanted to finish our meal as soon as possible. We didn't even as many pictures as we normally would do for a menu experience. I would like to mention our server, Matthew, he was fantastic and continued to check on us, he was probably the only thing that was enjoyable this night. All in all the ChampionsGate location wasn't a great experience on this night. We love Ale House and we will continue to go to this chain. read more

Terrible service. We came in later in the night and the server (Who never even introduced herself) was extremely unfriendly and rude. She didn't care for anything and had her hands in her pockets the WHOLE time. She continued to disappear and even walked off into the parking and engaged with random people in a car. The area we were seated in was directly next to a HUGEEEE cockroach. One of my friends had to get up and kill it because the employees were too busy hanging out the bar. The cilantro rice, was flavorless, the corn was disgusting, and the salmon tasted like cardboard. The only good thing was the salad that's impossible to mess up. We decided to leave after about 45 minutes and still had absolutely no idea on how long. If they allowed reservations or even call ahead seating, issues like this wouldn't be a problem.
