Food is above average for comparable restaurants. I really like their table side guacamole service, along with their chips and salsa. Its better than most of the run of the mill mexican joints. Hamburgers are very good. Baby backs are not over cooked and come in different varieties. Note that I have gotten a rack that was obviously heated up from the refrigerator and sauced haphazardly once.. Service is slow when they are busy..but always friendly. Stopped here for lunch as we were traveling during the holidays. Two of us had the chili & salad. The chili was watered down and the cucumbers in the salad were old. Our server, however, was very attentive. The quality of the food was very disappointing. Oh, the rather large young man as the hostess needs better training. I never expect exceptional service from a huge chain, but our experience was just ridiculous. Our server was not only not attentive at all, but outright rude. This was not our first experience like this with this particular server. The management was not helpful in any way when we asked to speak with someone. Hopefully they will make more of an effort in the future to ensure that the people keeping their business running are content. read more

When we arrived the place was half empty, but we still had to wait 20 minutes to get seated. During the time we waited for the drink order, the meal order, and actually getting our cold food we were there over a hour and half. My family is a regular at Chili's and we were just driving through. I feel fortunate that this Chili's is not in my area. read more

I ordered a lunch combo to be picked up and set it for pick up at 1:05 pm. I got there around 1:10 and made it back to where I work to discover that my food was not fresh. I also specifically asked at the counter to make sure there wasn't any mustard on my burger and I was told no, it had only meat and cheese. I went to eat it and discovered that there WAS mustard on it and therefore I couldn't eat the bottom bun and had to do my best to wipe it off the patty. I will eventually they dining in here but I'm really disappointed with my first time doing a mobile oder with Chili's. read more

I'm always happy every time I come here. The kid who works the bar with the Legend of Zelda bottle opener is such a sweetheart. I love talking to him. And my waitress tonight was Miranda. She was adorable and so nice and just a great waitress all around. The food is always up to par here. Will definitely keep coming back!! read more

The worst service, waited 10 minutes for a waiter, 10 more minutes for drinks, worst raw food and absense of food. Not a refill in sight. Got chips, no queso. Got queso, never got more chips. Had a real good experience at what has been in the past horrible. Gotta give props to the wait staff. All very courteous not trying yo rush me in and out. Food was really good. Have to say ive been in these franchise restaurants many times and always dissapointed by the food and the whole experience. The wait staff including our primary waiter. Took my brother and sister here for a just a basic dinner, boy was I disappointed. To start waitress gave us a dirty table, and then proceeded to ask us our drink order before we even got to pull the chair out to sit. We decided what to order and when my brother went to order the "shredded" chicken tocos the waitress then tells us "you don't want to order that the chicken its GROSS" I was shocked. When we finally got our food the two burgers we ordered we off of the bun and just sitting on the plate we basically assembled our own food. The waitress then proceeded to never check on us. The mashed potatoes tasted like dish soap and the French fries were luke warm. Needless to say I will never go back. No wonder they are always hiring new waitresses I would be embarrassed to work there too. read more

I've been to numerous chili's and this is by far the worst one I've ever been to. The rice is hard and dry every single time I come. The chicken is always dry as well. The broccoli seems like it's straight from the stem and not cooked at all. DO NOT GO THERE!!!! read more

The wait was not long..the food was great...Margaritas not so great...would not recommend. Our server was very attentive and accommodating

First off it took them 10 min to seat us and they had at least 15 open tables. It took our waiter 10 min to come then another 10 for our drinks. It took 20 min for our chips. Then after asking for our food another 20 min later it came out cold. Our waiter was do busy splitting checks for another table. We asked to speak to the manager he came out and said they have been trying to get him help. Well that would be true if our food wasn't freezing cold. Once we did get our food , my aunt drink was missing & some of the food was undone. My steak was rare even though I asked for well done! The manager Cristian is really rude and Nonchalant! Probably should have listened to the reviews...The "tableside guacamole" is not made tableside anymore they do it in the kitchen. And it had some giant, hard chunks of unripe avocado. I ordered the 3 taco combo with shrimp, fish, and carnitas. There was no avocado on any of them. My daughter had the kids cheese pizza. She said the sauce tasted bad-like old sauce left in the refrigerator. They did take that off the check. The waitress was nice and did a good job, but they were very slow for lunch. I suppose they charge for the "table entertainment ziosk" because I just got my bill and it has a $1.99 charge...I will not come back to this chili's. EVER. read more

I have eaten at Chili's maybe 4 times in the past 5 years. Every time I swear it'll be the last. It used to be OK and it gradually gets worse and worse. Not to mention they're constantly on the "what not to eat" lists. Seriously? Quesadilla Explosion Salad? Hello gutbuster! So on a recent trip home a group of people that I used to work with and mutual friends decided to come here for dinner. Who am I to argue? I was on a budget and I figured I could just get a salad right? Well, after perusing the menu for what felt like (and probably was) an hour I decided to go with the Cobb salad. It had protein and tons of veggies right? The dressing was an Avocado Ranch. That sounds yummy right? Well, It was iceburg lettuce (no nutritional value), freshly cooked bacon (still greasy) and the dressing was beyond bland. $10 with tip for this mediocre salad. I could've saved a buck fifty and got a burger and fries that actually sounded/looked delicious but my diet was crap due to being back in the home of fried everything and lack of vegetables. Either way it was a lose/lose. It's not really that shocking to see that MS is always in the top five of fattest states when all of their eateries are chains utilizing processed foods and calorie bomb choices and eateries that focus primarily of fried foods. read more

Oookay so worst restaurant experience of My life!!!! So first our id's get checked multiple times and were questioned on them, no biggy right? We get our drinks and order a flatbread to start. The wrong flatbread came out, we didn't notice. The server apologized, then brought us the wrong one again. Again no big deal, it was still good. She orders soup and salad, salad first, naturally both of our main courses come out with no salad. Her spoon is already in her soup, takes a bite and looks mortified as she pulls it out. There were two spoons stuck together by what we think was chili. The manager, for the third time now comes and talks to us, looking like a dog who pooped in the house. They're now out of the soup she ordered so she just requests her salad, which she had to order again. By the end of it all the manager looked terrified, our bill was slightly discounted and we went on our way. I haven't been in the states in quite some time, not a good return experience, do NOT go here. read more

I placed two Togo orders today and the food was terrible!! Not sure what was going on but the kids pizza tasted very funny and the sauce for my burrito was old or something. It was very strong and sour. I always get the same thing so I know it wasn't supposed to taste that way! The bartender handling Togo orders was super sweet though! read more

Three of us in my family stopped by here while traveling as it is just off I-10. It was more or less a typical Chili's for us. 2 of us had ribs which were very good, and 1 ordered a salad. Everyone liked their meal. The service was good. Our waiter stopped by just enough. We got what we expected from Chili's. It was also pretty quick, which is nice when you are on the road. read more

Worst customer experience to date. I arrived at the stated chilis togo pickup time but it took a full seven minutes to be acknowledged by a staff member. His first words were, "did someone call you?" Someone else was sent out to inform me the restaurant was out of the item i ordered and tried to sell me on another item. I declined and went to the restaurant across the street. After similar customer service failures at other Chili's , the chain will never again be on my list of places to eat. read more
