I arived at Chili's E.B. at aprox. 730pm with one other person. Despite 5-8 open tables, it took 20min for us to be seated. Then it took an additional 10min for us to be approached by a server who then asked if anyone had come over to us. I responded no, and that we had already been waiting 10min and were prepared to order. She then apologized and said that she didnt know who was going to take care of us, left and returned a minute later and told us that she and another server would handle us. She then took our order, fire grilled guacamole, honey chipotle chicken crispers, a half rack of bbq ribs and 2 waters. 10min later when the waters arived the other waitress suggested that we order chips or an appetizer. I then told her that we had already ordered guacamole, she apologized and walked away. 5min later our food arrived without the appetizer, we asked for it to be returned until our app arrived and we were finished with it. 5min later our app arrived with mostly crushed chips. We reluctantly ate it anyway until 20min later our food arrived. We asked for the food to-go and the check. 10min later we found the server gave her $22 and left.
