Bad service. Overcooked burgers. Manager unreasonable. Too loud. Fries too salty. Would not come back.

The fried cheese is very different from your other standard cheeses or mozzarella sticks. The cheese is much more firm with a light fry. The cup of bacon is fatty, salty, with a tiny bit of sweetness. The ricotta gnocchi bolognese has some amazing fresh gnocchi. The bolognese sauce was okay so it's a fine dish but I probably wouldn't get it again. The duck poutine has delicious fresh fries that end up crisp topped with tons of cheese and gravy. Not a lot of duck, but a great poutine overall. Every item is always a treat and unique and makes me want to try the whole menu.

I went solo and decided to sit at the bar where they had three bartenders that would rotate with all the customers making it very efficient and great coverage. The food was very inventive; not your typical fare even for a bistro. I started with the lobster tater tots that were served with ranch. He had the perfect amount of seafood flavor and a super crispy outer; I would recommend. Next, I had the ginger pork and crispy rice dish. This had a large helping of pork that did well with the Asian flavors and that crispy rice for texture; I would recommend. My final was the miso butterscotch tart. You can't go wrong with a dessert that has butterscotch, Biscoff, marshmallow and miso. The only criticism I could make was that the tart was pretty loose, but that did not take away from the flavor. To drink this place has lots of beer taps, a good selection of wine and plenty of interesting cocktails. I chose to have a couple beers and they were both very tasty. I would like to come back with additional people so that we could try more of the menu items. Unfortunately, it is an hour away from where I live, but the next time I find myself down in the springs, I will return.

Came here this time for the Sunday brunch, which is buffet style, They had a decent selection, including eggs, omelette station, biscuits and gravy, fruits, and some sliced meats. The biscuits and gravy were delicious! The chef mentioned that they made the gravy from scratch, and you could tell. The "country potatoes" were generic like those little square ones you find in a hotel breakfast, unfortunately. Everything else was great quality. We had the unlimited mimosa/bellini/Bloody Mary offer, and the drinks were very strong, sometimes not as enjoyable as they should have been. As far as the service, it was great, our server was quick with everything and checked in on us often. Brunch is $40/person, and Unlimited mimosas - $20/person.

From the moment we walked in you could sense the tension in the staff like we weren't welcome. Not sure why they didn't just say the kitchen was closed. Instead they were short. The smoked meatloaf was forgettable and the bacon wasn't cooked. Felt like they nuked it in a microwave. While eating dinner, they were cleaning up, putting chairs on tables. The craziest was before we paid the bill they shut the lights out on us. Never have I experienced a restaurant turning off the lights. Very disappointing as we have eaten here so many times! Never again...

We ordered the spicy tuna crispy rice for an appetizer, very good, the flavors were a bit different than what I am used to but the lime like flavor with the avocado was very good. My husband got the all American burger, with fries. It was a good size, very juicy and delicious. Wow the fries are amazing super crispy, we had some left over and they were still tasty the next day! I got the Korean ribeye Bimbibap, it had a bit of a kick of spice to it, the rice and the veggies and the meat were perfectly seasoned. Super delicious. We had a window seat looking right to the mountains. Great view! They have shades that come down as the sun starts to set. Is the decor "upscale", no. It's very nice but it's a hotel restaurant that serves breakfast too. So it can't be the decor of high end restaurants around town, but it is still nice. The killer views easily make up for that. They also have west facing outdoor seating..that will be nice in the summer! I just don't eat as much as I used to so my wife and I decided to split the Caesar salad and split the chicken pot pie. I assumed they would bring the one salad and two plates for us to do the splitting.....but no! They brought out the salads already split and ready to go. They did the same for the pot pie with each serving topped with a biscuit for the pot pie part. It was also nice that they didn't add a split plate fe The salads were good we both thought the pot pie was good and of course the half price wine was nice. The wine list is not extensive but some decent choices gruner (white) wine. I can't complain about the service, our service was friendly and attentive. On arrival she received a birthday card signed by staff which was such a cute gesture. As for food , most was great, not all. French onion soup was fantastic! It was delicious. The horseradish sauce would be great if there wasn't ( what I think that was) blue cheese. I happen to dislike the blue cheese. Luckily it wasn't too overpowering. AuGratin potatoes were a miss for me . Wrong texture. They were more like mushy, baked mashed potatoes rather than potatoes sliced thinly . Flavor was ok but I disliked the texture . As for Cesar salad, unfortunately, the lettuce was not crisp and fresh . It was wilted and soggy. Desert ( complementary for birthday) was pretty tasty. Even though food wasn't exactly perfect for us, the whole experience was very pleasant and satisfying. We would return for more .
