I ordered the Half Brisket & Grilled Cheese--smoked brisket, Gouda cheese spread, fried onion, arugula, and green chiles on sourdough. It came with fries and a small salad, all for just $12. I thought that was a fantastic deal, and the sandwich was delicious. We sat out on the dog-friendly patio, which made it even more enjoyable. Our service was quick, and our server was very friendly. And, of course, the star of the meal was Sophie. She absolutely loved her Barcuterie Board...although she politely left the carrots and celery behind. A fun, casual lunch with good beer, good food, and a very happy pup.

Had a few beers and some food. Beer and cold and crisp so that was amazing. No notes needed. Now normally when getting food from breweries it's always just fine. Not good, not great, just fine. But food here? Amazing. I could come back just for the food and not even drink. Service was low key and not too overbearing. Definitely worth checking out!

My husband felt a little weird about taking our 8 month old to a brewery but everyone made us feel super comfortable. We started the night with a flight so that we could taste a couple of different beers before committing. I tried two ipas that were pretty good (as someone who doesn't enjoy IPAs). My husband decided on a beer (can't remember the name) and I drank the rest of the flight. The dark tower was pretty solid. Our friends ordered ciders which they enjoyed. They mentioned one tasted just like apple juice and needed a bit more of a punch but I didn't try them. The owner stopped by to offer a tour. He was incredibly kind and gracious and made me feel welcomed. I will definitely be making this spot a regular weekend stop.

There was a good repuar and they checked in often even with an event going on. The banmi itself was just decent. I liked the smokiness of the tofu and the sharp tang of the veggies but there was not much texture on most of it. The bread and tofu could have used a bit of a grill or fry.
