Starting with the mimosa flight... delicious and a great value I made a small modification to my order and was genuinely surprised when the chef came out to talk with me personally, just to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. That alone made my heart happy. Our server was a 10 out of 10. It's rare to see someone so attentive, she even cleared the table while we were still sitting there, before dropping the check, and asked if we'd like dessert. That level of care doesn't go unnoticed. All around, the experience was fantastic. Great food, great service, and thoughtful touches that truly set Reds apart.

He flat-out told me that if I wanted a refill on my iced tea, he would have to brew a whole other pot. That was just too much for him to do because, apparently, it was really hard and time-consuming. I wanted to laugh and cry at the same time. This is the type of service you will receive at RED. I was also told there were no onion rings with my dinner. No apology, no explanation, just, "You want fries instead?" And then came the mediocre food--not hot, not fresh off the grill, just McDonald's grade burgers at a sit down restaurant price. I should have known this would be a bad experience when we walked in and the place was almost empty. I will never eat at this place again. What a JOKE!

We drove all the way to Colorado Springs specifically to experience the Stranger Things pop-up…read moredinner at the Wobbly Ollie, and I can honestly say--it did not disappoint. From the moment you walk in, the immersion is incredible. The outside is set up as Castle Byers, and then you walk through a short hallway designed to look like the middle school dance floor from Season 2. Right away, you know they put real thought into the details. Once you enter the main seating area, it gets even better. They had Chrissy on the ceiling from Season 4 (yes, that scene), the couch from the Byers' house, and the iconic alphabet wall with the Christmas lights. Our table even had a Pac-Man game built in that we could play while we waited--such a cool touch. The themed menu was great, with a whole lineup of Stranger Things-inspired drinks. I ordered the waffle sliders, which are tiny waffles with a burger inside, served with fries. They were absolutely delicious--perfectly sweet and savory at the same time. My son ordered the large TV-tray-style plate inspired by the show, complete with turkey and gravy, stuffing, green bean casserole, and more. Everything on his plate was genuinely delicious and comforting. Even though the Stranger Things pop-up is no longer available (they rotate themes--SpongeBob is currently up), I'm so glad we made the drive. The experience was fun, immersive, the food was solid, and we got a ton of great pictures. I would absolutely do it all over again and can't wait to see what theme they roll out next. If you enjoy themed dining experiences, the Wobbly Ollie is 100% worth the trip.

He was incredibly friendly and reassuring... and honestly, they didn't seat us on time anyway, so it all worked out! The whole setup was super cute, and everyone in the speakeasy looked like they were straight out of an Eras tour concert. The themed cocktails were cleverly named after Taylor's songs. Yes, they were a bit pricey, but you're really paying for the ambience and the whole experience. And the food? Shockingly good! For a kitschy, themed event, we didn't expect high-quality dishes, but we were pleasantly surprised. The décor was adorable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and we even met some fun ladies while we were there. My daughter is already excited for whatever theme they do next!

Went in for an after-dinner drink and got pulled into a full Star Wars takeover, complete with Han Solo frozen in carbonite on the door, a Mos Eisley Cantina bar setup, and Star Wars shows playing in the background. The theme changes every 3-4 months, so what you see now won't be there forever. Reservations are usually required and we got lucky thanks to a local host who knew someone. Worth planning ahead. Drinks come from the in-house "Cantina" and lean into the theme without feeling gimmicky. Food runs off the menu from the Wobbly Olive, the main bar hidden behind a door in the same spot, and it held up. The Outer Rim Provisions menu had solid options. The biggest surprise was the noise level. You'd expect a themed cocktail bar to be loud, but you could actually hold a conversation. Our server was on point, brought drinks fast, and even remembered the names of the people we were with. Go for a date night or anytime you want a low-key cocktail experience with serious attention to detail. Make a reservation. Peek into the Wobbly Olive on your way out.

The creativity that goes into each one of their themes that rotates quarterly-ish, is so impressive! They even had an old book for guests to sign that looked like it could've belonged in the Lord of the Ring movies. The drink I got was a spinoff of an old-fashioned, which I love, but it was really just an old-fashioned. I couldn't taste the difference, but it was a great old-fashioned! :-)
