Chili's in Camden was a very pleasant experience largely driven by the outstanding service by Courtney who seemed to go above and beyond at every step. She was prompt, offered suggestions and went beyond the 99% she was expected to do with the 1% that truly delighted the 4 of us as guests. She was also convincing in having us order dessert we had not planned on given her glowing descriptions that made our mouths water. She stood out enough that we would ask for her on our next visit. My Dad and I went in yesterday and first was asked if we wanted to sit outside and we said no because it's cold and host said well we have warmers. Again, no so sat us down in a booth and then NO came over once to wait on us for 15 minutes and there were at least three servers, plus the manager on that side. 6 friends riding motorcycles went to Chili's today the food came out all together and the hot food was hot and the salads and soup were delicious according to everyone. I had a burger, salad and fries and it was excellent. The waitress we had was outstanding. The restaurant service was top notch. I was impressed that all the food came out together with a group of 6. The staff was very accommodating. I will come here again when passing through Camden. Had dinner here tonight. Waiter (young man) came and got our drink orders and came back shortly after with the drinks. I then ordered chips and queso and a few mins later he brought that to the table. We then sat for more than 10 minutes waiting on him to come take our order. We had the menus closed and stacked on the table the whole time. I was trying to show that we were done looking at them and ready to order but i guess he didn't pick up on that. I eventually asked him as he was walking by if he could take our order. We ordered and the food came out pretty quickly. Our food was good, no complaints there. Then, i paid the bill on the tablet at the table. After finishing with the tablet, i set it down and my daughter picked it up. He came by and asked to see the tablet. He proceeded to fill out the review on the tablet for me (I'm sure he gave himself a rave review). I didn't eat here for 10 years. I went for the smash burger 3 piece meal. It had a giant burger, fries, and a salad. It came with a drink for 10.99. This fed me and my girl friend. Moved to Camden recently and I'm very disappointed in the food establishments in the town I've only been to one place with great service and food and chili's is NOT it....every-time we go to this location something goes wrong and tonight topped it all...we placed a Togo order 1.5 hours before we needed it when we arrived for our pickup time food wasn't ready they came out and told us they were behind mine you it wasn't even the dinner rush yet so no reason we needed to wait as long as we did....we'll 35mins later and we had to walk inside and find out where our food was....low and behold it was just sitting there and no one brought it out to us! To make it worse we get back home with our meals and everything was cold and disgusting! I ordered a steak medium and got a steak raw, my sons chicken old and hard....didn't even eat the steak and we had to warm up our food to even eat it....We won't be back after this experience... read more

I would love to say that this is a first time but it is not. Ordered food around 610pm, and shortly after got the appetizer. But as 7pm approaches and we are having to leave, still no food. Numerous other tables were served within a respectable time frame that arrived after we did. Only then when we said to cancel the order we had to leave, did they check on the food. Came back and said it was not going to be charged but it was there and ready. Asked if we would like to stay and eat. We said sure. The manager comes out saying that they not only screwed up the first time with the long time on the order, they actually threw it away as a "dead" order. This one is convienently located in front of Walmart and let me tell you, sometimes you need a margarita before shopping at Walmart! Chloe too excellent care of our party last night. There was three of us, me, my ex and my dad. We arrived around 630 and happy hour was until 7 so I had two margaritas. Monday's at Chili's they offered 4 dollars off fajitas so you know we had to order them. My only complaint was the chipotle butter drowned the steak slices. It was almost soupy so I didn't enjoy mine all that much. I like a dryer grilled with seasoning steak this was the opposite of that. Dad had a half rack of baby back ribs which he devoured. Chili's is a franchise but I've eaten in so many of them this was the first time they were drowned in that chipotle butter. My ex jeff had the combo fajitas and he ate every drop of his. It's a typical chili's just like every other one in the United States. Clean, goid deals and prices and a hot meal. I liked it. No real complaints except that soupy chipotle butter I could have done without..kinda ruined my meal. read more
