The food was amazing, the service was excellent, the server Shelly is absolutely incredible, he came back multiple times and made sure we didn't need anything each time. This restaurant had great ambiance, the lights weren't toe bright but good enough to see everything. The total atmosphere of this restaurant is amazing! read more

Fast and friendly service. We were a party of 7 and we were seated right away by the friendly hostess and our server was attentive and nice. I ordered the triple dipper and the food was good. Everything tasted fresh and was served hot. I ordered the tenders, mozzarella sticks, and the sliders. The inside was clean and they had a few sports playing on the TV's. read more

Chili's in Camden was a very pleasant experience largely driven by the outstanding service by Courtney who seemed to go above and beyond at every step. She was prompt, offered suggestions and went beyond the 99% she was expected to do with the 1% that truly delighted the 4 of us as guests. She was also convincing in having us order dessert we had not planned on given her glowing descriptions that made our mouths water. She stood out enough that we would ask for her on our next visit. The entire staff was smiling and the culture vibe was felt by the many locals in the restaurant. The food was hot, tasty and exactly as ordered. read more

My Dad and I went in yesterday and first was asked if we wanted to sit outside and we said no because it's cold and host said well we have warmers. Again, no so sat us down in a booth and then NO came over once to wait on us for 15 minutes and there were at least three servers, plus the manager on that side. We ended leaving and even the hostess laughed! read more

6 friends riding motorcycles went to Chili's today the food came out all together and the hot food was hot and the salads and soup were delicious according to everyone. I had a burger, salad and fries and it was excellent. The waitress we had was outstanding. The restaurant service was top notch. I was impressed that all the food came out together with a group of 6. The staff was very accommodating. I will come here again when passing through Camden. Our group of riders are from the metro Charlotte area just out riding on a nice day and happy we picked Chili's for lunch. read more

Our family recently dined at this restaurant and was absolutely delighted by the experience! The customer service truly stands out. The staff is attentive, friendly, and goes the extra mile to ensure that guests have everything they need. Each visit is a joy, and I'm always eager to return for both the fantastic food and the exceptional service. Camden Chilli's is one of our go-to places to eat now. read more

Had dinner here tonight. Waiter (young man) came and got our drink orders and came back shortly after with the drinks. I then ordered chips and queso and a few mins later he brought that to the table. We then sat for more than 10 minutes waiting on him to come take our order. We had the menus closed and stacked on the table the whole time. I was trying to show that we were done looking at them and ready to order but i guess he didn't pick up on that. I eventually asked him as he was walking by if he could take our order. We ordered and the food came out pretty quickly. Our food was good, no complaints there. Then, i paid the bill on the tablet at the table. After finishing with the tablet, i set it down and my daughter picked it up. He came by and asked to see the tablet. He proceeded to fill out the review on the tablet for me (I'm sure he gave himself a rave review). I wasn't planning on filling out the review on the tablet but i don't think it's right for the employee to fill out a review in an attempt to pad their numbers. Because of that, 2 stars. read more

I ate Lunch at the Bar , I think the guy's name waiting on me was TC ? I was very impressed , he is very attentive and concerned about the food quality and his service to the customers, you can tell he loves what he does , I hope they can find more of his type to work there. read more

Steak with shrimp was pretty good and the sliders are perfect of you want a burger but don't want to eat alot. The Merry Margarita is sweet and refreshingly light and worth the $6. Finally that cookie skillet with ice cream and hot fudge definitely satisfied your inner fat kid! Great service as well. Everyone that has ever waited on us has been super friendly and on the spot! One of the best Chili's I have ever been to and that says a lot as I used to go out if my way to avoid the chain due to past experiences at a few others. They have definitely got my business back. read more

I didn't eat here for 10 years. I went for the smash burger 3 piece meal. It had a giant burger, fries, and a salad. It came with a drink for 10.99. This fed me and my girl friend. The burger was great, the fries were hot, the salad was very good. The service was excellent. I'll be back. It's Gary C from SC. read more

Wonderful service, delicious perfect blackberry margaritas, and delicious food! Would recommend this location to anyone.

Food is good. Depends on the cook since food doesn't always come out as it should. Greeters/table seaters DO NOT clean or wipe off the chars or booths! Just swipe tables and brush food onto the seats or floor. This place needs to do much better on cleanliness. Too much time on their phones or drinking soda and chatting with each other read more

Don't order take out unless you want cold food. Service was good, but I got there before my order was even ready so there should be no reason my food is cold. also forgot my side ranch for my tenders. all and all not worth the money. read more

I would rate this a Five Star for the service. Me and my husband just went to eat for Valentine's day, which was super busy and we had fast and friendly service, David was our server and he did great he attended to everyone around us, while making sure we had everything we needed. The food came out fast as well and was delicious. Will be back ! read more

Moved to Camden recently and I'm very disappointed in the food establishments in the town I've only been to one place with great service and food and chili's is NOT it....every-time we go to this location something goes wrong and tonight topped it all...we placed a Togo order 1.5 hours before we needed it when we arrived for our pickup time food wasn't ready they came out and told us they were behind mine you it wasn't even the dinner rush yet so no reason we needed to wait as long as we did....we'll 35mins later and we had to walk inside and find out where our food was....low and behold it was just sitting there and no one brought it out to us! To make it worse we get back home with our meals and everything was cold and disgusting! I ordered a steak medium and got a steak raw, my sons chicken old and hard....didn't even eat the steak and we had to warm up our food to even eat it....We won't be back after this experience... read more

Chili's - a steak in a plastic container - Tex-Mex Near Me - Camden, South Carolina

Our burger was burnt, steak was raw and cold, fries were nubs and hard, I got maybe 5 tablespoons of rice and it was bland and cold the black beans tasted great. Come on chilis get it together you guys are better than this!! read more

I would give less if I could. We got there at 9:20pm and the waitress admitted she forgot about us until 10:00 pm (when they were closing) during this time we kept trying to flag down servers and use the kiosk on the table to call for a server. She proceeded to rush us and continued to catch an attitude when asked about drink options and food options. 3/4 plates came out and she said the kitchen forgot about the 4th one. Drinks we're uncarbinated and had a bad after taste, the food was poor quality. And when we finally got the 4th plate it was the wrong order but too late to get it fixed. I was more than displeased with this and will not be back. read more

Chili's - I ordered the 6 oz. Classic Sirloin* medium and this is what I got! - Tex-Mex Near Me - Camden, South Carolina

Very unprofessional. Food was cold. My husband's order came half prepared. Items were missing from the order. They bought out my warm fajita wrap w/ the sides before they bought out the the fajita meat. Never asked if we wanted water, salsa, appetizers. It took 10 min for 2 beers and more than 45 min. for our food and that isn't an exaggeration. The floors were dirty with food. We will NEVER GO BACK to Chili in Camden, SC read more

Worst meal in a long long time. Ordered 2 grilled chicked salads. Wait time 35 mins. Chicken was cold and salad had wilted lettuce and cheese. Will admit the server was excellent! read more

Considering I was a whiteness of an employee being verbally assaulted by another employee, I'd conclude it a toxic environment entirely. Not to mention, the "steamed broccoli" was completely RAW, as well as the sirloin steak which was requested at medium-well. Do not recommend if one desires a quality meal or environment. read more

If 0 stars was an option. Take out food was burnt, inedible, over-salted, old, missing ingredients, just horrible. No quality control whatsoever and Christian (the manager) was apathetic to complaint. Save your money. read more

I have been going here for a few months since I purchased a house in the area and the service was mediocre at best. I recently went into the bar area and was having a private conversation when another guest reached over my date shoulder to address what our conversation was about. He advised that he did not like what we were talking about call the manager over and the manager asked us to leave. It was extremely unprofessional and I will never return to this restaurant read more

Just ate there for the first time in a while! It's was amazing as usual! The staff is always spot on, and the food is always cooked perfectly. If there is a problem, which is super rare, they always fix it and go above and beyond. Love this Chili's, and it's so much better than Two Notch! 10/10 would recommend!! read more

I would love to say that this is a first time but it is not. Ordered food around 610pm, and shortly after got the appetizer. But as 7pm approaches and we are having to leave, still no food. Numerous other tables were served within a respectable time frame that arrived after we did. Only then when we said to cancel the order we had to leave, did they check on the food. Came back and said it was not going to be charged but it was there and ready. Asked if we would like to stay and eat. We said sure. The manager comes out saying that they not only screwed up the first time with the long time on the order, they actually threw it away as a "dead" order. This is not the only time this has happened and really it is a shame. Completely gone downhill. If you go, don't sit on the bar side high tops because that side they don't feed you on. read more

Chili's in Lugoff...we almost always sit at the bar and have Always received great service. This one is convienently located in front of Walmart and let me tell you, sometimes you need a margarita before shopping at Walmart! The "House" margarita is the "$3.50 All day, Every day" and it is a bit on the sour side but I like it. The food has been good and consistent each visit with lots of choices. A good chain restaurant! read more
