That fry side needs to get their "ish" together, man. People are paying $ for this food. We aren't dumb, we know what burnt is. We know what oil tastes like. Amazing customer service! The food was all great , and I had the best cheese pull I've ever gotten from the mozzarella sticks. The molten lava cake was the best out of all the Chili's I've been to! We ordered dinner from Chili's TO GO on Saturday, June 8, 2023 from the Ada, Ok location. One of our orders was a Margarita Grilled Chicken meal with rice and steamed broccoli. We LITERALLY received 3, that's THREE broccoli florets for this dinner and to boot, the portions of chicken were akin to a children's size. We also ordered chips and salsa, and received NO salsa. Asked for honey mustard and didn't get it. I wouldn't have think checking a receipt against what the order actually was wouldn't be that hard, especially judging the low capacity of the restaurant for a Saturday evening. Considering all of these workers want tips for doing ANYTHING for customers, it would be nice to be able to go to one of these establishments and actually GET what you've ordered. Totally ridiculous to keep going back to these places and expecting a different outcome. It's the same crap over and over and these places don't care, their managers don't want to make these employees accountable for their jobs, yet we the customers are supposed to be overly thankful and tip 20+ percent just for them being at their job. read more

Chili's servers, amirite? The bartenders here tho are a different experience. Normally, I won't sit if my favorite on isn't here. Today tho, HC Crisp sounded bomb so I went for it. Upon entering, they were without a host so I sat myself at the bar top (nothing out of the ordinary). My favorite bar tender was not here and that's okay. The one who maned the station did a pretty good job. Friendly and doing the most he can smoothly. The server who approached did not seem like she enjoyed her job. Selective hearing, she must have had. Appreciative, I was, that she was not the tender. I'm afraid my food would have tasted the way her face made this place seem. Haha. I'm kidding. I do pay attention to those things tho and wonder what makes them not like it so much. Was it something in the kitchen?? Do the cooks hate it here, making FOH also hate it here? I'm guessing she was just having a bad day because everything seemed fine and my food came out promptly. Lunch time here seems chill for today. I don't come often during these hours, usually after work. I don't mind it and will probably sit here for my break again. Chilis will be chilis and the flow will continue to be as it is. If you are in a hurry, don't be afraid to let them know, otherwise, you will be sitting for a little longer than you intended. It's okay, speak up. Honey Chipotle crispers are always good. Now that I am thinking about it, I do believe the bartender took my order wrong. Misheard, is all. As for my food, it's self, not bad at all. Well, I would like to compliment the manager and service team because our service was excellent! Chili's is a staple that you can count on from city to city to give you a good variety of tasty food. My family has eaten at Chili's restaurants for over 30 years. Most of the time the food is always delicious and reason priced. since moving to Ada, OK, we have continued to patronize Chili's. When we go inside to eat, most of the time the service is good and the food is good. We have also gotten curbside. I order online and my husband will go pick it up. We do this at several restaurants in Ada. The past three times he has gone to pick up curbside, he has had to go into the restaurant to get his food. This wouldn't be a problem if that was the service they offer; when you get here, come inside to pick up your order. But that is not what is advertised. Plus, they leave no number visible where you can call to let them know you are here. Have someone at least look out the door when an order for curbside comes up. When he got home (30 min later; we live 10 min away) my fries were not good, overcooked. We will never be ordering curbside pick up at the Ada Chili's again. read more

I love this Chili's because the servers are very kind. Well, last week I ordered and had doordash deliver. The order was wrong so I contacted doordash and they gave me $3 and something credit. I go today and I got the wrong order again. I gave that order to my elderly neighbor downstairs and call chilis and the nice server stated that she had my ribs still and that I can come pick them up. So I did go pick them up and she gave me two gift cards thank you very much. Food good as usual and I appreciate the excellent service that are received. That's why I always go to Chili's. I've been to Chili's many times and just had one of the worst meals. I was alone so I sat at the bar. There was one other person there and 2 people sitting at a nearby table. I ordered my drink and appetizer. About 5 minutes later I got my drink. Another 10 and I received my appetizer, chips and queso. I had ordered my dinner when I got my drink. About 15 minutes after I finished my chips, the bartender finally realized that my entree still hadn't arrived. She went to the kitchen and there had been an 'issue' with my food. Finally, after another 5-7 minutes I received my luke warm meal. The bartender didn't check back until I was half-finished and asked for the check and a to go box. She returned and I paid. There was no adjustment for my inconvenience and I left a ten cent tip. I had to ask to speak to the manager. All I received was an apology and they said that they would talk to her. She wasn't going to discount my check and offered no incentive to return. I said goodbye and walked out. I will never return to this location! read more

We ordered to go online and I had the steak, it was supposed to be well done.... I was burnt on the outside and pink on the inside, I couldn't cut it with a steak knife so I had to get scissors! Like, it was like chewing on a tire, it was horrible!! So I suggest don't order steak online to go! The pasta was good and everything else was good. read more

Went there to catch a bite after work, there was just some issues. My friend ordered a beer and it came with a bug in it and naturally asked for a different one, after that the bartender or waiter Jake started being rude only towards my friend all throughout the meal after certain requests like extra ranch for example. When we were paying we split the bills but some items ended up on others tickets. My friend notified him of the issues on the tickets and the response from the bartender was very rude, he threw down the little tablet on the bar counter and stormed to the back in a huff, after coming back with their receipts he aggressively snatched the card outta my friends hands then slapped the receipt back on the table after running the card. Immature responses to simple requests. Not to mention the chicken in middle of the pasta I ordered was ice cold. Not such a pleasant experience after a long days work. read more

I like Chili's for one thing - their Chicken Caribbean Salad. This is what I go for. The salad contains grilled chicken, mandarin oranges, pineapple, cilantro, diced red peppers,dried cranberries, tortilla chips, and green onions on a bed of lettuce. The honey-lime dressing is awesome. Most of the other food at Chili's is not much to my liking. It's a bit heavy on the grease and salt. The rolls are way too big (for me) and too many calories for what you get! But if you are looking for a good salad, try the Chicken Caribbean. I also recommend the Santa Fe Chicken salad. read more

I went to Chili's several times, waitresses were very friendly and helpful. Once I had a bit late lunch, it was happy time or something I had discount 50% of bill. It was surprised me, it kinda small gift for my day. But once I went to order to go, I didn't know where I should have picked up stuff, so we waited in front of bar so long and didn't know our order was ready. But everything else is perfect. In two years, every time dining out, by the end of the visit we were either in AWE of the poor quality of food, service, or attentiveness of every where we have been. With that being said, two nights ago we went to Chili's in Ada. THE HOSTESS WAS ATTENTIVE and Welcoming and friendly! Our servers' response time AMAZING! Our food was AMAZING, the time in the which the food arrived; another 5 out of 5, The other staff was all very friendly, worked great as a team, the evening manager came by and chatted and made sure we were pleased with everything! Went to Chili's this evening for dinner. Ordered from the 2/$22.00 menu. 1. Half order fries 2. Bacon quessadilia 3. Chicken crispers Got our food and there was 3 gnats in my bacon quessadilia. One in my sauce, one in the pic(which was hot from being left out). And the third was crawling around my plate. I made my waitress aware and she offered to prepare me a new order. However no apologies were said and one of the piece I made an X in with my knife to make sure they didn't replace it and stick it on another plate. Guess what?? There set the one with the X. I will never go back, I will never refer, and I will make it known how nasty, how the service was crap, and how they addressed the problem. My question is how would they like that?? It's ridiculous. We have dined at the Chili's in Shawnee and expected this to be the same, but we're sadly mistaken. The hostess seated us st a booth with badly torn seats and we had to request being moved to one of the many other intron booths. We ordered hoy tea and decaf coffee and were told they didn't have either. We decided they really didn't want our business and left. Never to return. Not a great Chilis. I've eaten at several, and this one was not up to their usual standards. My daughter had the Mac and cheese, which had to be sent back because it was cold. The rest of our meal - 3 orders of half rack ribs - was cold as well. I was told by someone who has tried this restaurant before that their food had come to them cold as well. This particular Chili's tends to have a problem with ordering enough food to serve. They are usually out of important things. The service is a hit and a miss. Sometimes you get a fantastic waiter that makes the visit worth it. But then you could get someone who obviously hates their job. Twice I've seen the manager yelling at staff in front of the restaurant. There were only a few tables sat, but I still didn't want to feel awkward while he yelled at the servers. The food has usually been good. There's a disconnect between what you tell the waiter and what is cooked, so be careful if you have food allergies. It's an average Chili's. Great because it's open late, but it can be a gamble. read more
