I still come here on the regular. I love the place is always clean and flavor Alway consistent . Plus, I love the open kitchen concept. The ramen is my go too because is so flavorful, but they need to add more protein or more topping. The mushroom taco and the Grill shrimp here are a hit and come with your own selection of sauce. The asada steak is also good depending on the day sometimes it over cook but the seasoning still on point. It like a Mexican food meets Asian fusion cuisine. The service is always good and the staff so friendly read more

Not the best birria but it is good! And for being introduced to birria ramen that is super cool and a tasty ramen idea! I enjoyed it! I wish they had specials or taco Tuesday discounts but I suppose they're struggling to keep business as both times I've been there's only been 4 people inside. Service was good. Ambiance is nice and clean. Go, enjoy! read more

Yummy! These guys do a great job with their tacos and ramen. We typically go with the 3 tacos with the adobo and asada flavors. You can mix and match with the different types of meat, but adobo chicken and carne asada seems to be our favorites. We occasionally throw in the chorizo, but as with all chorizo dishes, it can be a little bit oily. Take out or dine-in, the dishes are really good. There are a variety of tables and high tops, which can support a large group. read more

Just not my jam. My SO loves it here for the birria -- I just have not found anything I like thus far. Giving 3/5 stars because LOVES the barria and I'm still exploring the menu. read more

The Seoul fries are my absolute favorite!!!!!! I go at least once a week to enjoy because the portion is great for the price

Food came out within 10 min so that was great. Food was yummy in my tummy which was also great. I've never had ramen birria so that was a GREAT first impression. The place seemed very clean and cutesie and im actually very surprised that it wasn't busy during lunch hours. Xoxo I miss you already read more

The food was delicious and deserves its own great review, but honestly the service I received here was exceptional. It's rare that I'll ask an employee for their name, but Ngoc truly impressed me with her quick actions and hospitality - I haven't received service that quick and kind from a restaurant employee in years. She is truly an asset here and I hope she receives recognition for her work. read more

First timer here, I ordered a lunch burrito and 1 taco to go. Both were carne asada. When I placed the ordered at the kiosk, I asked the staff if they could hold onto the order for me because I was going to walk to another store meanwhile they cook it. They were kind enough to offer to cook it a few minutes later so it's warm. It wasn't necessary but I appreciated that gesture. AS FAR AS THE FOOD GOES, it was fantastic. Appropriately flavorful! It was the perfect lunch read more

Huge space and they have self serve kiosks for ordering which is convenient. They brought our food to the table for us which was a nice touch. The TKO bowl was flavorful and tasted fresh and I throughly enjoyed it. Would come back to try other items! read more

Perfect taco! Clean restaurant with an elevated atmosphere. I definitely will be back. Friendly staff and reasonable prices!

I spotted this adorable little spot leaving the gym--the name and sign totally caught my eye . As a Korean, I have high standards for flavor, and these tacos absolutely did not disappoint. Generous portions, super reasonable prices (especially these days!), and the churros... I devoured them all before I even thought to snap a pic . The service is sweet, the space is open and clean, and you can see everyone working so carefully. Can't wait to come back. I also went to the Manassas location only finding out of pure luck bc there's a Golds near too! read more

Get the birria ramen. It's delicious. Get the birria tacos. They are delicious too. Kiosk to order by yourself or a single register to order at. Order and they bring your food out to you. read more

I came here for the first time a few months ago after moving to the area, it was near opening and the service was not great - gave benefit of the doubt since it was first thing. This could've been forgiven and then the food came out rough... The tortillas on the birria tacos were stale and the meat was so fatty I couldn't eat all of it. I gave them another chance now. Ordered the nachos. Holy smokes, it's like oil in the fryer hasn't been changed in months. Abhorrent taste. The toppings weren't bad but JFC the chips tasted like poison. Last time I'll give this place any money. Sorry. I'm not really a negative reviewer but it sucks so bad when you fork over $25+ for food and drink and it's not good. ETA: also ordered the guacamole with was top notch. Really good. Had to eat it with chips from home tho read more

Big fan of this place even if it's not truly "authentic". Tacos have always been great, and I normally get the elotes as well. Service is good and the vibe matches the food read more

Helpful staff, the place is neat and clean. Great tasting food. The staff makes you feel comfortable and welcomed.

Chili on top is unassuming at first bc there are so many taco places in the area, but this place really stands out from the rest. You get to choose your meat with any of the taco types that they have preset. I personally usually go for the bowl if we're doing takeout. The food is so fresh and the portion size is so big (with the bowl specifically). We've been to two of the local locations and they both serve the same high quality stuff!! My only complaint is that I can never remember which sauce that I like because they have so many and they don't have descriptions! read more

This is s good fusion place. They have Pluto of vegetarian options. The bf had the burrito niche enjoyed. Get the corn its delicious!

I was in the mood for something different the other day so I went to Chili on Top. I'm glad I did. It was cute inside. I like that you can order your food on a kiosk and there was more than one. The decor is cute and open. They have alcoholic and non alcoholic drink options. A good amount of options to choose from if you're hungry and it's cooked to order. Food is tender and cooked well. I enjoyed it read more

Newly opened and visited on a Friday when I was looking for a non-meat option. Chose the fiesta rice bowl with shrimp and it was delicious! Good food, good music choice, great customer service. Lots of space and seating inside, closest thing around to authentic tacos. If you're craving Mexican food, these beats out all the restaurants around read more

Overall very good food. We had the Asada taco, egg rolls and nachos with shrimp. All were received hot (DD) and all were tasty. Will definitely order and try other offerings again. read more

Let's just go in, I did not like the guacamole, which had way too much lime/lemon and not enough avacado. Also, the pico de gallo had cucumber... not a fan of that. That's a fusion I can live without. The beef birria was good but tasted better with the Verde than the consme. The service was excellent and deserves a five-star for me. The prices are exactly as they should be. But I'm not a fan of the food. read more

Good spot for tacos! I had their birria tacos and they were solid. Also, I did the specialty tacos - I didn't really care for the kimchi lime taco but I looooved the wild Mexican and pico de gallo that they served. Decent sized portions, I left full! Also, we ate in and the place was clean with a nice ambience (not too loud but not quiet either). The service was quick too! read more

I believe this is the Jerry's sub and pizza spot that this place has taken over. Located next to the pizza hut, there's plenty of parking and very clean and simple inside. They have 3 iPads set up for your ordering, very simple to use. You order and they call your name when it's ready. Bottle opener is/are located on the pillar/column. We ordered the birrira trios, 3 tacos, and chips with guacamole. Birrira was hands down delicious, dipping sauce was flavorful, the only complaint would be there was barely any onions and cilantro in the birrira tacos. Sis said her three tacos were good, I believe she got the chorizo, fried fish, and shrimp. Green salsa could have use a little heat, I definitely will come back for more birria but not sure if it'll carry well. read more

Food is real good, online ordering is a little frustrating but it's a new business so probably just working out the kinks.

I order from Chili on Top pretty often for delivery, but decided to eat in today. I had the Nacho Borracho with Shrimp, minus the chili mayo and lime crema. It was delicious. That chili Seoul sauce they put on it is very tasty. The restaurant was clean, staff bought me my order and ordering your food is easy. Check them out. I'll have to try the Ramen next time. I order the Birrias tacos and Tex mex egg rolls all the time. read more

Moving to Virginia, I've really missed flavor. This place understood the assignment. The special tacos were amazing, the bowl fantastic. Everything was fresh, the sauces super yummy and it looked good. I'd have liked a bit more line of chili on the corn but all in all,.. so happy. Will definitely be back read more

Decided to try somewhere new and was not disappointed. We ordered the elotes, traditional taco trio, birria trio, and volcano quesadilla. Loved the elotes and the birria tacos. I expected the volcano quesadilla to have some heat to it, it did not. Just a quesadilla with red peppers. Nothing special. Tried the salsa verde, sweet chili, and sweet & mild sauces. My favorite was the sweet & mild sauce on my asada steak taco. We chose to use the tablets on the side to place our order since there were pictures and we could see pictures of what we were ordering. so didn't have much staff interaction. The restaurant was clean. Not a lot of seating, but we got our order to go so we didn't get to stay and experience the music and food being brought to our table. read more

I've been to this place a couple of times and I've definitely become a regular. The food is always amazing! The birria ramen and tacos are divine and so savory! The staff is always so friendly, helpful and polite. The service is fast and the food is always hot! Everything is prepared to order which I love. The restaurant is simple and sleek perfect for a quick bit at the high tops or for a more personable experience at the other tables. If you're in the area definitely check this place out and you will not be disappointed. read more

Found this gem looking for birria tacos within the area. Let's just say the birria tacos are everything & more. Freshly cooked & paired with a consume that has a hint of spice it is satisfying to eat. The elote was good. I squeezed a lime on top of it to give it extra flavor. The guacamole was a little underwhelming which was quite disappointing. The customer service is superior. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant has self serve ordering kiosk which makes the ordering process effortless. Overall it was a good experience read more

The birriA tacos were good, broth had good flavor. The elotes was fire! Corn was sweet, fresh and overall just good!! Tried the egg roll and potstickers.. they were okay, nothing amazing. Also tried some chips and guac. The guac could have been a little better, it was good but I've definitely had better. I would return for the birria tacos and elotes for sure. I would like to try some of the other tacos as well. read more

I would rate them a 3 1/2-4 because the flavor of the grilled shrimp was really good. It was made a little sloppy as you can tell by the pictures, but the flavors were there. Just wish they had a little more spicy to them and the corn tortilla could have been a tad bit more roasts. Now on to the birria tacos which I really wanted to like. They looked so good and crispy with all fixings...but when I tasted them they had an off taste. I don't eat pork and I was under the impression that this was all beef but the taste and smell just didn't taste like pot roast. I'm not sure what was up but maybe it was old beef because it was around 8pm and they closed at 9? I'm hoping there want a mix up because pork doesn't sit well with me. But I will give them another try and a few other items that's on the menu. It's a very nice restaurant inside again I took serval pictures and having an open kitchen so you can see who is preparing your food and speak to them as well. I didn't like that the "fruit teas" was basically what I would say country time lemonade type drinks because if they didn't have the labels on the machines you would know they were supposed to be "fruit teas". I'm thinking they would have at least some fruit floating in there. And another weird thing is they had a container of pure cane syrup for the teas which is so weird...I guess they making sure that you on your own to sweetened how you like it. But I will be back just hopefully the "pork" taste and smell isn't the norm for their birria tacos... read more

Overall I would rate a 3.5 stars but will round up since nothing was bad. I ordered a shrimp taco with ban mi and kbbq, a fish taco with salsa verde and volcano topping, and a chorizo taco with pico and salsa roja. Also got an elote and a chips and guacamole. Let's start with the good, the chorizo taco was my absolute favorite! Flavorful and not greasy like many can be. The shrimp taco was fresh tasting and the ban mi topping was good but not super strong in flavor. The chips were fresh and salty. The not so great, the fish taco was greasy and soggy and tasted like fish sticks. I wasn't a fan of the fish but the toppings were good, the elote tasted like Parmesan cheese not cojita and just had an overall weird flavor, the guacamole had decent flavor but was warm and brown when it arrived. Overall I would order again and try some more. read more
