I'm a writer, and I couldn't write at my desk, I was stuck in my bed with my laptop for three weeks. I finally went to my general practitioner for a script, and selected OnPoint because of their reviews. I've moved here from Southern California. I've worked with numerous physical therapists and chiropractors over the years and OnPoint is BY FAR, the best I've ever worked with. Why? First, they got me back in my chair faster than any other PT or Chiropractor ever has. Next, I loved how they have a patient portal that will send me the exercises we have done so that I can download them, or virtually see them again, so I can properly do them at home. Chris, my physical therapist, taught me how to get myself back into alignment if I'd only "slightly" screwed myself over, LOL. He knew REALLY GOOD exercises to provide me, and the on hands manipulation he did, did NOT aggravate my pain, instead relieved it. (Yes, I've been to PT's who had hurt me in the past...sigh.) I see a couple different therapists, both good at using a mix of exercises, body work (targeted massage) and sometimes traction, work on stiff body. Also the front desk staff are great. It's smallish but not overcrowded. They play background music but it's not obnoxious like one place I went to. The assigned exercises are challenging me but not making things worse and they are good at listening and adjusting if i need to.

Very kind, patient and clear with instructions and also modified if they saw I needed that. I will always look to them for any physical therapy needs in the future. The office environment is clean, organized and personable. Positive attitudes from all and when I rang the bell today, everyone in the office cheered which was so sweet. Oh wow, first review... Well, I highly recommend!…read more I have had four physical therapy appointments so far. I'm very pleased with the communication and instruction so far. Those are qualities I've never really experienced at PT prior. I am currently with the lead DPT, Lindsay Plikuhn and her assistant Sonja. I also have worked with a resident they currently have there, Kim. She has also been very attentive and hands on which has not previously been my experience with both a resident and a PT in general... I have chronic back pain and have been suffering for a long time. I will have a follow up review some day. I know I'll be in PT for a long time but I'm thankful I have a team that cares, is straight-forward, and is giving me useful information and tools for rehabilitation. And I also don't feel rushed with exercises and stretches. P.S. I have Medicaid and this Covington Satelitte location is in network.

I'm giving this a lower rating not because the therapists are not knowledgeable, because they seem…read moreto be from my limited experience with PT, but because there doesn't seem to be much continuity of care even during one visit. Went for my first visit, the therapist took time to evaluate, give me some exercises to do at home and we made appointments for the following couple of weeks. They have a QR code you can scan on a paper they give you which will show you the exercises you've been given which is great if you can't remember. However, I've now been several times and the new exercises haven't been added, I still just have the same four that I started with. Went the second time and had a different therapist. Ok, all the stuff is in the computer so it should be ok but then during that visit the original therapist went to help another client and never came back and so I had a different therapist to finish and she kept going back and forth between patients so it took longer than it should and then when i finished what turned out to be the last exercise I lay there for 10 minutes before she realized I was done. I understand they are probably overworked but I didn't feel that they were all that invested in me as a patient and it was simply a matter of getting as many people in and out as possible.

When I first arrived at Highline, I could barely walk through the door. The therapists I met were Cheryl and Daya. The majority of my appointments were with Cheryl, and she was absolutely amazing! In less than 3 months with two appointments a week, I was back at full force. I'm 81 years old and can now easily walk miles, work in the yard and lift weights. I was sent home with 4 sheets of exercises that were designed by Daya. And last but never least, if I miss a day of the exercises, my body hurts!

I was treated primarily by Karl and Danny, and they had all kinds of techniques for getting me back on my feet and doing normal stuff again! This is also a clinic for people coming back from work-related injuries, so they have a special room for people going back to, say, construction work. I recently had experience with their physical therapy services over the past few months due to some…read moresubstantial ankle and heel issues, both pre and post surgical. I gained more knowledge about my ankle / heel from them than I did my own doctors. The appointments, while tough, certainly did benefit me. They are also extremely helpful in also providing you exercises for home and even some that I could do while I work. Love the overall atmosphere and contrary to the fellow below, I have noticed teenagers and younger people just as much as older individuals. It's an extremely diverse community among both the clients and the staff.
