Once you step inside, you'll see the environment is beautiful, welcoming, and clearly designed with children in mind. One of its advantages is that children aren't confined to the same classroom all day. They have access to different spaces where they can explore, play, and learn, and they also spend time with children of different ages, which helps them develop socially. The teachers are exceptional (shout out to Miss Olga, Miss B, Mis Cha Cha, Miss Renee, Mis Naiely...). Every day they come up with thoughtful, creative activities that make learning fun and keep the children engaged. You can tell how much time, dedication, and love goes into everything they do. Our son started here without speaking a single word of English. Thanks to the patience, kindness, and encouragement of his teachers, he not only learned the language but also felt safe, happy, and at home from day one. He was genuinely excited to go to school every morning, and as parents, that's the greatest recommendation we can give. Now he is really sad to go. Thank you Miss Laura for everything you've done for our kid! Now its time to go to big kids school :)

When my daughter was left crying in her crib for over an hour, he told me I was "overreacting." Now, after the video of my daughter being dragged by the arm has circulated, he acknowledges it was wrong but continues to minimize it like it wasn't that bad. If he had handled these situations with care, this review would not be necessary. Because of his behavior, I no longer feel my child is safe there. To him, nothing ever seems to be "that serious." Parents used to be able to review camera footage when incidents happened. But since the video surfaced, the owner conveniently claims the footage is unavailable, saying, "Sometimes we have the footage, and sometimes we don't." Yet I've heard a completely different explanation from the director. The directors have always been honest with me, but the owner constantly changes the story and downplays what actually happens. My daughter's feet literally left the ground TWICE, both feet at once, from being pulled around by her arm. The person who recorded my daughter's incident also witnessed other children being mishandled before she started filming, something every parent deserves to know. I regret allowing my daughter to stay after the first incident because I didn't want to take her away from her friends, but I can't ignore these ongoing issues any longer. I immediately went to another daycare today to enroll my daughter, and it was heartbreaking to see how the entire staff had already seen the video. They were all shocked when they realized I was the mother of the child in this video. Please be warned

This kind of behavior is something that should be reported to the proper authorities. On top of the poor care, the management is dishonest. (Owner and director Arlene) I was charged $150 for a registration fee after being told it would be waived. They later promised a refund, but of course, it was never returned. We only attended for one and a half days, yet they still kept the money. Between the neglect, lack of basic infant care, and outright lying about fees, this place has shown it CANNOT be trusted. The curriculum is play based and they hire teachers that truely love the kids and do an amazing job. My daughter is now going to this school 8 years later and it hasn't changed a bit. She is in readiness and the teachers are amazing. She comes home every day telling me something new she has learned or singing a song or nursery rhyme. She loves attending music together class and going to chapel. My two children that have gone to this school have such different and unique personalities and I have been so impressed that this school has been a perfect fit for both of them.
