Once you step inside, you'll see the environment is beautiful, welcoming, and clearly designed with children in mind. One of its advantages is that children aren't confined to the same classroom all day. They have access to different spaces where they can explore, play, and learn, and they also spend time with children of different ages, which helps them develop socially. The teachers are exceptional (shout out to Miss Olga, Miss B, Mis Cha Cha, Miss Renee, Mis Naiely...). Every day they come up with thoughtful, creative activities that make learning fun and keep the children engaged. You can tell how much time, dedication, and love goes into everything they do. Our son started here without speaking a single word of English. Thanks to the patience, kindness, and encouragement of his teachers, he not only learned the language but also felt safe, happy, and at home from day one. He was genuinely excited to go to school every morning, and as parents, that's the greatest recommendation we can give. Now he is really sad to go. Thank you Miss Laura for everything you've done for our kid! Now its time to go to big kids school :)

We were admittedly…read morehesitant to send our kids to daycare altogether, but could not have been happier with the care our kids received at this school. The staff is communicative, caring, and fun. They strike a great balance between fun and learning, and our kids always came home having learned a new fact or life skill along with a story about a fun game or dance they did. We have been so surprised at how independent and outgoing our kids have become since starting at CHMS. We had to relocate from Houston, and of all the things we'll miss, CHMS tops the list. The folks there are so dependable and truly felt like family. It was truly a privilege to send our kids there, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

This is the second time I've had an issue with negligence at this daycare. The owner refuses to…read moretake responsibility and always makes excuses when something goes wrong. When my daughter was left crying in her crib for over an hour, he told me I was "overreacting." Now, after the video of my daughter being dragged by the arm has circulated, he acknowledges it was wrong but continues to minimize it like it wasn't that bad. If he had handled these situations with care, this review would not be necessary. Because of his behavior, I no longer feel my child is safe there. To him, nothing ever seems to be "that serious." Parents used to be able to review camera footage when incidents happened. But since the video surfaced, the owner conveniently claims the footage is unavailable, saying, "Sometimes we have the footage, and sometimes we don't." Yet I've heard a completely different explanation from the director. The directors have always been honest with me, but the owner constantly changes the story and downplays what actually happens. My daughter's feet literally left the ground TWICE, both feet at once, from being pulled around by her arm. The person who recorded my daughter's incident also witnessed other children being mishandled before she started filming, something every parent deserves to know. I regret allowing my daughter to stay after the first incident because I didn't want to take her away from her friends, but I can't ignore these ongoing issues any longer. I immediately went to another daycare today to enroll my daughter, and it was heartbreaking to see how the entire staff had already seen the video. They were all shocked when they realized I was the mother of the child in this video. Please be warned

This continued instability is negatively affecting the children, particularly during outdoor playtime where proper supervision, interaction, and engagement appear to be lacking. Based on these ongoing concerns, I would not recommend this daycare to any family seeking a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for their children.

They close whenever they want but yet they will charge you for a whole week as if they had been open. My kids have picked up so many bad habits ever since starting this particular daycare. My kids always come home starving as if the hadn't ate at least an afternoon snack which leads me to think these people aren't feeding the kids the way they should be. They recently raised their fees which is ridiculous. I'm so glad I found a better place for my kids where I know they're being fed as when I walk in to pick them up at 5:30pm they're having dinner. On my baby's very…read morefirst day, she was left crying for long periods without being picked up, comforted, or soothed. An infant in a new environment needs care, reassurance, and attention--not to be ignored and forced to "cry it out." That alone was disturbing. The Cuban lady and the Ms Vivi in the infant room are horrible. What's even worse is the clear neglect. My child was left in a wet and dirty diaper for over THREE HOURS, which resulted in a diaper rash. That is not just careless--it is neglect. No licensed daycare should ever allow this to happen. This kind of behavior is something that should be reported to the proper authorities. On top of the poor care, the management is dishonest. (Owner and director Arlene) I was charged $150 for a registration fee after being told it would be waived. They later promised a refund, but of course, it was never returned. We only attended for one and a half days, yet they still kept the money. Between the neglect, lack of basic infant care, and outright lying about fees, this place has shown it CANNOT be trusted. I would NEVER recommend this daycare to any parent. If you care about your child's safety, comfort, and well-being, stay far away!!
