I can't say enough good about this company. When we decided to have an underground irrigation…read moresystem installed, we called three different companies for estimates. RL Solutions was the only one to return our call, came out the same day to survey the property, and had a reasonable estimate ready the very next day. We have a fairly large property and Robert worked tirelessly all week and through the weekend to finish the project. I have had homes with other sprinkler systems and this one is the best of them all, great coverage and a well thought out design. I highly recommend Robert with RL solutions, very honest and dependable.

I had a house built in Lubbock and the builder used this landscaper. He left no manual for the…read moresprinkler controller and a pipe bust shortly after we moved in. They schedule to come out and fix it, then cancelled with no reschedule date. After getting them to fix the pipe, I showed the owner where parts of the sod didn't take. After not hearing from them, I decided to take them to small claims court. When the owner heard that, he immediately responded and a week later replaced most of the bad sod. I cleaned up after them. While here laying sod, he said I threatened a lawsuit. I told him it was not a threat since I hadn't heard back from him on replacing the sod. He said he was busy (with new business). I paid Over $12,000 for a side and front yard with sprinklers. He said several times that his work was NOT guaranteed. He said he was replacing the sod out of kindness. In our discussion, I said I would talk to the builder and he replied with "he is not my daddy." He also said he has plenty of work.

We hired David Perez to do a concrete job for $8,500, and unfortunately our experience after the…read morework was completed has been extremely disappointing. During the project, his crew busted one of our sprinkler lines and also cut our internet line. We immediately brought the sprinkler damage to his attention, and we were assured that someone would come out that same day to repair it. No one ever showed up. Since then, we've reached out three more times, and each time we've either been ignored or received no response at all. At this point, he's completely stopped communicating with us and has made no effort to fix the damage his crew caused. Mistakes can happen on any job, but what matters is how it's handled. Instead of taking responsibility, we were given empty promises and then completely ghosted. The lack of communication, false assurances, and refusal to make things right have been incredibly unprofessional. After spending $8,500, we expected quality work and accountability. Instead, we were left with damaged property, unanswered messages, and a contractor who refused to stand behind his work. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.

Awful experience. We were charged for two hours of "labor" to fix a simple leaky faucet, and…read morenothing was actually fixed. The technician claimed it needed new stems and said they'd order the parts. Then they made us wait over a week while they supposedly "looked" for the part--only to finally admit they never ordered it in the first place. Meanwhile, another plumber came out and fixed the leak in minutes without needing any new stems, proving their diagnosis was completely wrong. They keep pointing to their GPS to justify the time, but most of that time the tech was sitting in his truck doing nothing, milking the clock while we were being charged. We were overcharged, misled, and left without a repair. Save yourself the frustration--use someone else.

At first they appeared to know what they were doing. when they had the bulk of the floor down, they said they would finish when additional material came in. When we went upstairs, we discovered both a dresser drawer broken, and wooden pieces of what had been the dresser leg. Flooring was bubbled up due to debris underneath, Flooring was coming loose and falling off of the stairs. We were not happy! I contacted an independent contractor who stated it was the worst he had seen. I don't want any of the Griggs employees back. If you break something you should tell the owner.
