I stand by my comment that you should be ashamed, not for posting the review, but for name dropping employees AND calling them racist. You do not know these people. It is one thing to leave a bad review since you obviously had a bad experience, but name dropping and calling people racist is a totally different scenario. Your review will follow these employees should they seek other opportunities. And for the record, my granddaughter is not 100% white and we have had zero problems. Just thought I'd throw that out there before you make assumptions as to the race of my granddaughter. I would like to address the previous review given by Sue M. Sue M's review infuriates me for several reasons. My granddaughter attends this daycare and we have had zero problems. It is diverse and the staff are amazing. If I were Emma or any one else you name dropped, I would personally file a law suit against you for defamation of character. Your child attended this facility for all of two months. You do not know them. At all. You should be ashamed. It is my understanding the management has access to the audio recordings for the classrooms. Have you asked them to review the footage? Have you even considered the possibility that your child is not being truthful? In this review you definitely sound like the "my child can do no wrong" parent. I worked with Hannah about 2 months prior to starting my child at this daycare and provided her application form, payment details and my child's vaccination records, but she forgot to run the application as well as she forgot to put my child on waiting list. When I called a week prior before starting my child, Jennifer (the director) answered the call and she was not able to find my child's application. Since Hannah was not available, she had me waiting until Hannah comes in. Hannah returned my call and told me that she forgot to run the application and put my child on waiting list so now I have to wait for another two months before my child can start daycare there. With all of that she was not even apologetic and the director did not even have courtsey to call me back or apologize. I was so much relying on them and now I have to look for other daycares who can take my child in just one week. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

My son had another kid bite him 2 or 3 times, the teachers and some of them are really good would not stay in the room, you'd always see one them assigned to the kitchen to cook meals or at the front office but not in the class room. I had problems with ants in the playground with my son several times, and ok I understand, it's outside but nothing was done "properly" to solve the issues with ants. It's just sad to see some passionated teachers without supPort to do a good job. We moved to another school that we love with several other kids from CCY who also had some of the same problems.

My daughter was there for three days and I had to remove her the third day because she was being neglected. She came home with a swollen hot rash all over her privates and it went up the back of her leg. They do not communicate with the parents. Here is exactly what hapoened in the three days that made me reconsider when I enrolled her her first day was 3/27/23 and they did not even have her in the system yet so I could not monitor her activity throughout the day. I had to call up to the school for them to give me access to her account. when I got access they posted a picture of her two or three hours later and she was in completely different clothes so I messaged them asking what happened to her pants at 9:59 am and I received no response. then at 11:54 am I messaged them again trying to see a picture of her and got no response. I then messaged them again saying "Hello?!" at 12:11 pm and I received no response then at 2:10 I messaged them again telling them I am on my way and once again no response. on 3/28/23 my mother, who is authorized in her file to pick her up, was supposed to check her out because she had a dentist appointment. so, at 6:27 am before I dropped her off I messaged them saying "Hello! today Mataalii's grandmother will be picking her up around one please send her with mataalii's grey bottle that had her milk in it so I can wash and refill it. Thank you! have a Good day!" once again no response. Then at 1:19 pm I messaged them again saying "please make sure the grey bottle is sent home with tali and also the bottle I left there yesterday please make sure it is sent home as well" once again no response and when my mother picked her up she REEKED of feces as if they rubbed poop in her clothes. on today 3/29/23 at 9:56 am I got an update saying she had poop leaking out of her diaper which means they are not changing her often enough and they are letting it sit on her because her diapers fit. then they said she was forming a diaper rash which does not happen because we put ointment on her all the time and I sent them there with some diaper ointment. then at 11:05 am, they sent another update saying the rash was spreading. At 10:29 am I sent a message to her teacher saying "can you please change her a little more often she never has blowouts with me so I would really appreciate it if you would change her diaper more often so that does not happen thank you." and at 11:33 am I sent a message saying there was diaper rash cream in her bag and to please put it on her. once again no response. when I picked her up today she had a huge rash going from her private area up the back of both her legs and when I was trying to clean it and apply the ointment they should have put on it in the first place. She was wincing and whinning as if it was hurting her. I will never be sending her back here and I would Never recommend them to anybody.

In December 2023, my son fell into a fence on the playground and sustained a severe injury to his forehead. This resulted in an expensive and traumatic emergency room visit, two layers of stitches (13 total), and a permanent scar. Responsibility was placed on teachers for failing to enforce "no-run zones." This is unreasonable; the playground is small, and children need to run. I do not fault the teachers in any way. Before making the difficult decision to remove our son, we attempted to work collaboratively with the owners to improve safety. We suggested modest, common-sense measures, including padding rough stone edges. Once the state investigated and determined the playground was technically compliant with regulations, it became clear the owners were unwilling to take any additional steps. We were explicitly told, "You have a choice where to send your son to school." Since that incident, I have learned of several other playground injuries, including at least one other child who, like my son, was left with a permanent scar. Hence, this prompted my review and so parents can make informed choices. I also want to note transparency issues that further eroded trust. When communicable illnesses occurred, communication was often limited to paper signs posted near classrooms; many parents missed them. The ProCare app, designed for timely communication, was not used. This was particularly frustrating during a lice outbreak. (Lice happens; I do not blame the school for that.) However, most parents learned about it through informal parent text chains rather than official communication. Thus, when deciding where to send your child to school, I would be sure to note the playground's size, stone edges, and lack of padding. I would also ask about the owners' resistance to implementing preventive measures after serious injuries occurred.
