I chose the hazelnut praline for my hot chocolate and the crunchy hazelnut for a mini cone. Both were amazing. The chocolate for the cone is SO thick. You can bite through it and it's dense. It is a bit messy, so make sure to grab a bunch of napkins. The hot chocolate had whipped cream and marshmallows on top. It was exactly what I wanted on a cold night. Service was super friendly and helpful. They also let me taste different flavors before making my pick. While waiting, I enjoyed reading more about the history and commitment to farmers and sustainability on the corner wall.

The pancakes were hearty and fluffy, topped with a delicious berry chia jam and cashew cream. The plate came with 3 small-ish pancakes which was a satisfying portion that wasn't too much. We were also asked if we wanted maple syrup with the pancakes, but I ended up not needing to add any because the jam and cream were enough. Maple syrup is $2 for a small cup so I would recommend skipping it unless you really want something sweeter. The jam and cream are just modestly sweet which was perfect for me. The blueberry smoothie bowl was also delicious and came with lots of toppings - their granola had a delightful texture. It was a bit of a wait for food, so ordering the breakfast plates is probably not the best option if you're in a hurry, but they have ready-to-eat stuff available if you do want something quick, and the drinks didn't take long. I would be interested in coming back to try more of the food menu if I were in Whistler again.

It comes with coconut milk topped with coconut whipped cream. They even give you a little spoon to enjoy the coconut whipped cream with. This was so delicious!  For pastries we enjoyed the sourdough sticky bun with walnuts and berries as well as the pecan cinnamon bun. The frosting they give you is to die for too! We also enjoyed their sourdough loaves and pizza dough. We enjoyed this place so much we went back 4 times during our trip!  The staff was super helpful in figuring out what type of bread we like and asked great questions. The shop is quaint and there isn't a lot of room inside, but there is some seating outside around Creekside Village.

The sticky bun is probably great for people who love a bit of sourness in their baked goods. I just want a regular sticky bun which is softer and like a cloud. This version is not. Parking here is horrendous. As it was literally their first day of operations, the place was pretty bare bones. Basically an ice cream counter, and a few seats on the side. Staff were 100% Japanese here. Definitely helped when chatting with Japanese customers. As of the time of writing, there were 8 flavours. I tried the grapefruit and tiramisu and matcha and all were pretty solid. Looks like Cows (nearby ice cream shop) now has some competition, though it's not direct. Hope this new place does well.

I wanted a quick smoothie here so I decided to get the zappa which consisted of blueberries, greens, banana, tumeric, black pepper, ginger and water keefir. It was made pretty fast, but a bit hard to drink without a straw so I used my own. This smoothie is very rich and as delicious as it was, it can be a bit strong and overpowering with the ginger and black pepper.
