Not a place I would go to again with just my wife. The portions are huge and we like to try lots of different things. When we do come back we will have to bring some friends. We started out with some eggrolls and special wonton soup. The eggrolls were okay but the soup, it was fantastic! Next we had a small order of special fried rice, it was enough for four people. But more important was how good it was. We also beef and veggies over noodles. Also an enormous amount and very good. We finished it off with a rather large plate of fried chicken in a lemon sauce. The best thing about it was the lemon sauce. The flavor was incredibly good. Leftovers! We plenty of them. Other then the service was a little bit slow in the beginning and they dont have a soda fountain, and use can sodas, we really enjoyed our meal. read more

We had a great first experience at Chifa Du Kang! Started off with delicious egg rolls, split the HUGE "smaller portion" of special fried rice and also split the Lomo Saltado (think Chinese pepper steak but with French fries). I was surprised how good the French fries were! I thought they would be soggy in the sauce but they were perfect. All the meals are meant to be shared family style so keep that in mind when ordering. Paula was our waitress and I was eating dinner with my father. I had the chicken Chifa and my father had lomo saltiado. Both dishes were delicious. Paula was very informative and friendly. She recommended my father's dish and recommended the passion fruit dessert which is her favorite dessert. I ordered the passion fruit dessert and it was great. Great restaurant with polite staff. I follow their IG page and have been wanting to try their food. I was not disappointed. My friend and I had the Pork Min Bao, the Especial Arroz Chaufa, the Pollo Chi Jau Kay, and the Carne de Res con Frejolito Chino. Everything was delicious. The portions are huge as it's family-style dining. I don't remember our writer's name, but the service was excellent. He offered us dessert at the end....but we were stuffed and couldn't eat another bite. I definitely plan to visit Chifa du Kang again. read more

Chifa is located in a plaza on the north side of Miramar Parkway, just east of the I-75 interchange. There is lots of parking. The place is smaller than I expected but definitely seats more than 70. Alas, there was no ceviche for my husband because the menu focuses on Peruvian Chinese. The server was very helpful and told us that the dishes come in two sizes. A small feeds 1-2 people and the large feeds 3-5. We ordered small dishes to feed 3 people and brought home leftovers. An acquaintance raved about their fried rice, so we had the Chaufa Especial---fried rice with chicken, pork, and shrimp. We also ordered the Tay Pay Du Kang, which is shrimp, chicken, pork, and quail egg with sauteed vegetables. Of course, we had to try the lomo saltado. White rice does not come with the stir fried entrees, so we got a bowl for $3.50. The beef in the saltado was a bit tough and the the dish was salty. It was our least favorite of the three. The stir fry with quail eggs and vegetables was just right with lots of protein and crunchy bok choy. We all three adored the fried rice and thought it was among the best we have ever had. A 15% tip is automatically added to each check. Ours was a tad more than $84 for 3 entrees, a bowl of rice, and a can of soda. We definitely will be back for more fried rice, and we have our eyes on a few other entrees we want to try. There are quite a few vegetarian options, which makes the restaurant ideal for dinner with my sister who lives nearby. read more

We had been to their Doral location and loved the food. This time we ordered delivery from Miramar and we were very happy as well. The food was fresh and hot. The packaging is color labeled so you know what goes with what sauce etc. their online menu is easy to use. They offer free delivery in a 5 mile radius. A great plus! Wow! Finally some great Chinese in the Pembroke Pines area! This is a Peruvian Chinese restaurant, and it is amazing. We recently went on Christmas Day. My mom got lemon chicken and the portion size was huge. I ordered wonton soup and not only was it high quality, I could not believe how many wontons there were in the soup. I actually had to take home most of it. My sister got a vegetable dish that was also huge and delicious. The restaurant was clean and well lit and friendly. The service was good and the server was great. I have also recently ordered delivery and the quality of the food was excellent. I got sweet and sour chicken, and it was delish as was the pork fried rice that my boyfriend ordered. He also loved his steamed dumplings. am so happy to have a good Chinese restaurant that I can order from and also feel comfortable going to! read more

I did a UberEats order from this restaurant while at work today, and though the food arrived hot and fairly quick, the flavors were not there. I ordered from the Mirmar location, and the service I used did deliver to Sunrise. Everything was nicely packed, there was no spilling, so I definitely appreciate that. I ordered from the appetizer menu 2 egg rolls along with 6 pieces fried pork wonton, and for the main I choose the combination tallarines con chaufa: which is stir fried noodles with half special fried rice, which also came with 2 fried pork wontons on top. The wontons were not worth it for me, as you can see from my images: there's a TINY center of a small piece of steamed pork, and then a giant fried batter/ wonton dough. It was crispy, and flaky, but for a wonton, there was not much to it. The egg rolls were ok, packed with lots of veggies and bits of pork throughout. The main was good, it's definitely worth sharing because they do give you a lot. The main dish was $22.00, which I feel is a bit hefty. The flavors were ok, nothing that made my mouth water for the next bite! Flavors are very mild and mediocre. If I was to ever visit the restaurant in person, I'll definitely leave an updated review, and also comment on the in person service and ambience. read more

I ordered my food for pick up so I don't have much to say about the restaurant experience other than the restaurant seemed to be really clean and had lots of tables. The food here was delicious. We ordered the half noodles/ chaufa, pollo ti pa kay, white rice, and chancho asado al ajo. The sweet and sour chicken dish was super delicious and easily my favorite item that we ordered. The chaufa and noodles were also really great. The pork was a bit dry but stir fry sauce was good. It was a really great take-out experience. The prices are a bit high as four items costed $73. ( I did visit here a different time in between writing this and posting the review. The food was not as good but I am hoping that it was just an off day) read more

Hits the spot for Chinese delivery! Definitely a little pricey, but some of the best tasting Chinese food I've had in the area, and a great menu selection. So far have enjoyed the ginger chicken, wonton soup, and char siu pork fried rice. "Chifa" is Chinese Peruvian fusion, so you'll see the menu labeled with Spanish, and some Peruvian items. But seems to have some of the more authentic Chinese items I've seen available in the area. Will be ordering again for some "treat yourself" meals. read more

This unassuming restaurant was super clean. Staff were friendly and the plates were monogrammed. Nice touch. On to the food. We ordered a special fried rice. One of the best I ever had. The small was enough for two plus we had leftovers. We also ordered a fried chicken dish with a ginger sauce. Also very good it was just a tad on the bland side. I have been waiting to try this Chifa spot for a while and decided to get it to go. We were very happy with the portions that arrived. We ordered the Siu may that everyone devoured including my toddler. They were the best Siu may I've had in a while. The one mistake I made was getting the tallarín especial and tay pa du kang since the only difference was that the tallarín had noodles. I wish I would've ordered something else so I could try another dish. Either way, it was amazing. The sopa wantan was also great and not too salty. Newly opened up location in Miramar and seems like a hit! Busy and full restaurant which is a good sign and we can see why it's always busy. Great food that's why! Impressed with everything looking and tasting awesome. Great Pervurian Chinese fusion dishes and the best of both worlds. Service was good and every dish that came out looks so tasty. Big portions for a great price. 15% gratuity is billed to the check which I'm not a fan of but food and service is great so not a big deal as they should get more anyways. Cool and simple decor and always packed at the average size restaurant so may be a little wait at peak times. But so worth the wait. We've passed this place many times and finally stopped in on a weeknight. It wasn't packed, but there were a fair number of diners. We were seated about five minutes after arriving, though no one was ahead of us, which felt a bit awkward. It took another 5-10 minutes for our server to greet us, possibly due to being short-staffed,but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. You can't miss the wall decorated by Inca sodas which is definitely a conversation piece. We ordered: 1. Soy Kao Frito - the lemon sauce made the dish 2. Combinado de chaufa con tallarín - half noodles, half rice, the best of both worlds 3. Wantán frito - crispy, warm, with a great dipping sauce And don't forget the Inca Kola! I have been waiting for this Chifa (Peruvian Chinese food) to open in Miramar and have already scheduled an on-site date with friends to enjoy it... but I couldn't wait 2 weeks and today I just ordered from their lunch menu! Overall : Good Experience, great prices and a LOT of good food!! There was a disappointment which is why I took back a star... and it was due to their unfortunate packaging style. But first the positives! I ordered the chicken fried rice with noodles and the 3 wontons. Their online ordering app worked great, it was easy and I placed my order fast. Then I drove there for pickup. Everything tasted great. The rice was nice and tender with some chicken pieces (I personally prefer the pork fried rice but no substitutions were possible for their lunch menu, which is ok). The noodles and vegetables with chicken (tallarín saltado de pollo) was very good- for me, I like it a bit more "saucy" but it was flavorful and plenty of veggies like it should be. The fried wontons were probably delicious and crunchy and this is where they loose a star: they just added them on top of the rice and noodles (see my picture) - then they drizzled a tiny amount of the red ( sweet ) sauce on them and closed the lid... so the wantans were partially soggy and definitely lacked the sweet red sauce. And: i picked up fast: I was anxious to get my delicious Chifa... and when I did, I asked if there was the red sauce in the bag, and the guy said yes!! Well... no, there was no sauce in the bag... a tiny bit was drizzled and dried on the wontons. No sauce to dip them into! That was so sad... also: I do pour some sauce onto my remaining rice- don't tell everyone: it's a ritual and tastes soooo good... well: no sauce = no happy ending. Suggestions for a better take out experience: #1: please package the wantans in a separate little bag (like all other Chinese restaurants do) so they will not be soggy by the time they reach your customer. And #2: please include a little container with the red wantan dipping sauce so we may DIP the wantan and have some left over for a "happy ending"! All Peruvians will thank you (I know it's not called "sweet and sour" please do not use those premade ones! Use the Peruvian style one!!) Overall the service at pick up was super cordial and portion size was great... and I already have an on-site date in 2 weeks... so yes: I'll be back and report as well. Enjoy!! read more
