When we first contacted the company, we had an estimate and appointment within HOURS (maybe 3). The price was almost twice what we paid another company in 2020, but I guess that's a sign of the times. Had to pay half at the time of making an appointment. Well, ok. HOWEVER, we did NOT expect to have to provide water hoses so the gutters could be cleaned properly. Wonder what would have happened if we didn't have any, or enough for a 2 story house?. MOST IMPORTANTLY, we got NO receipt!! Hubby had to sign a paper stating it was OK to charge for "rest" of service once the guy returned to the office, and yep, no copy of that paper either. There was no mention of emailing a receipt. Nothing. In this day of phone-in charges, Square and the like, this seems to be a poor business practice. Will we call them again? Maybe. The lack of written cost of services and payments made makes us a little uncomfortable

The most important is the gutter that needs to be removed and reattached after the trim board is removed (no previous gutter there). It rains behind it right over the new facia board. It's like 8' long and not a huge job at all. We have set up 3 appointments and no shows every single time. And in setting these up I had to make like MULTIPLE calls and texts to get one reply. They are dishonest and have poor customer service. Read the Google and Facebook reviews. These are a bunch of kids doing gutters that have no business skills. The best BUSINESS is your customers so follow through on what you promised. Matt. Dailey. Jacob- please stop ripping people off. My neighbors are stunned at the gutter that was installed over the trim piece, so the drip edge doesn't work. The one neighbor - 'there is no way they were real gutter guys because even I know that'. And the pieces of gutters left attached... real wild stuff. Lazy. Poor. On google they respond to 'please reach out to them' after a bad review. Many I might add. The issue is THEY won't respond and ghost people. Pretty offensive and just plain stupid to reply like that. YOU follow up with YOUR customers and maybe they would remove these reviews. My pictures will be on Google. And I'm inviting everyone over to view this job and encourage them too, to make a review. They see it.. they can be honest with their thoughts. Lastly, I'm submitting a BBB report as well. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS
