I was facing a serious speeding violation that could have cost me 6 points on my license, but Elissa was able to get it reduced to zero points and converted into a simple parking ticket--truly the best possible outcome I could've hoped for. Of course, every case is different, but in mine, she absolutely delivered. Elissa and her staff were professional, courteous, and thorough. They took the time to explain everything clearly and always responded promptly to my questions. On top of all that, their pricing was very reasonable for the level of service and results I received. Maggie Marrone of Marrone Architects provided architectural services for the renovation of my house…read morein Westchester and did an outstanding job at a reasonable price! You can't ask for anything more from an architect. Maggie drew up the plans for a finished basement and redesign of my entire first floor. The renovation was fairly complicated, especially creation of a finished basement which involved lowering the existing basement floor, underpinning of the foundation walls, and complicated re-routing of existing plumbing and electrical. Maggie drew up all the blue-prints, took care of all the necessary filing and permits with the Village, and oversaw all of the work performed by contractors and subcontractors. Maggie is also as pleasant as can be and was super responsive to all of my phone calls and emails. She even has contacts for engineering services at a reasonable price; you will find that engineering calculations are almost always required for any major renovation, and that a good engineer at a reasonable price is impossible to find. Needless to say, the renovation turned out beautifully, and without exaggeration, I could not have done it without Maggie's services!!! If you are considering any kind of major renovation or re-design of a home Westchester County or surrounding area, you should check out Marrone Architects (work: 914-779-5538 email: mgmaia5@aol.com).

Outstanding Mobile Notary Service - Professional, Reliable, and Fast!…read more I had an urgent need for a mobile notary on a Sunday to finalize a commercial lease signing in Jackson Heights, and NOTARY & FAST POA absolutely delivered. From the first point of contact, Vagan Sadoian was incredibly responsive, clear, and professional--he made sure every detail was covered and that we felt confident the signing would go smoothly. But the real hero of the day was Dante, Vagan's colleague, who showed up right on time and handled everything with calm precision and a great attitude. Given the short notice and weekend timing, I was fully expecting delays or hiccups--but Dante came through in the clutch, prepared and focused. His professionalism helped move everything along quickly and made a potentially stressful situation feel effortless. I've worked with notaries before, but this was on another level--fast, friendly, and fully reliable. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend NOTARY & FAST POA to anyone in need of mobile notary services, especially for real estate or time-sensitive matters. Thanks again to Vagan and Dante for being
