You can't ask for anything more from an architect. Maggie drew up the plans for a finished basement and redesign of my entire first floor. The renovation was fairly complicated, especially creation of a finished basement which involved lowering the existing basement floor, underpinning of the foundation walls, and complicated re-routing of existing plumbing and electrical. Maggie drew up all the blue-prints, took care of all the necessary filing and permits with the Village, and oversaw all of the work performed by contractors and subcontractors. Maggie is also as pleasant as can be and was super responsive to all of my phone calls and emails. She even has contacts for engineering services at a reasonable price; you will find that engineering calculations are almost always required for any major renovation, and that a good engineer at a reasonable price is impossible to find.
