A staff member came barreling out of the office telling me to get away from the pump because it's full service. I explained why I had hopped out to do it myself. Note that this staff member has seen me many, many times. When he had filled the tank I said as politely as I could that this was an honest mistake but that he had sounded like he was scolding me, etc. He became even more rude and defensive, telling me not to talk to him and that this was his business, etc. It's unfortunate that after more than a decade of my spending money there he chose to behave this way and to lose a loyal customer by raising his voice and being so discourteous.
