Not noticing the hole initially, I had already taken the tag off. I brought it back to the store to return the DAMAGED item at which point the cashier told me they could not issue a refund because their policy does not allow. I confirmed with her that they don't allow you to return an item even if it's damaged? She indicated that's correct. You can find cute clothes elsewhere that may actually last you more than 5 minutes without ripping and that grant refunds when you purchase broken goods.
