Middle Eastern chipotle style. Either get a wrap or bowl style. Fresh veggies, very good chicken shawarma (it's all I ever get). I suggest the cracked wheat instead of the rice, the cilantro humus is something I could eat everyday and the garlic sauce is on point. The mint ice tea is perfectly refreshing. read more

This place is outright amazing, it's an arab-chipotle. They have a variety to choose from: chicken shawarma, beef shawarma, chicken cream chop, falafel, kafta kabob. Their humus cilantro mix is amazing. They also have cilantro jalapeños mix and they also have roasted red pepper hummus mix. I personally ordered the chicken cream chop and it was great, they made the cream chop right away. The food is fresh and cheap prices. THIS PLACE IS TASTY! Format is similar to Qudobas or Chipotle's- you got your rice or cracked wheat, pick your meat and vegetables, sauces etc, you know the drill. One big difference- THIS PLACE IS WAY MORE TASTIER! No reason on earth for you to end up with bland or boring food. Pita is under $5 and the bowl is around $6 or so. This is a great new Mediterranean restaurant with a new twist. You can order a bowl or a sandwich and they create it in front of you while you pick the toppings you want! Everything they have is so fresh and full of flavor. I love how whatever you want in your sandwich or bowl is right in front of you and you get to pick it. Also the rice pudding is beyond mouth watering. It's a great dessert after your meal. They have affordable prices and the food is so filling. Chickpea Kitchen is the best shawarma place I know of, and I have ate at allot of the middle eastern restaurants in the area. If you want to watch the staff make your shawarma while you specify which ingredients and the amounts. "Custom Built Shawarma" you design. It's fast, clean, fresh, affordable and delicious. Self service so you don't need to tip. The dinning area and restrooms are extremely clean and everthing is brand new and very nice. The perfect place for a Fast, Healthy and Affordable lunch. I wish this place was closer to my house I travel 12 miles and pass up a half-dozen other middle eastern places to eat hear. read more

We have eaten a few times at Chickpea Kitchen and absolutely loved the food. It's fresh, well seasoned and so reasonably priced. When we were deciding on what food to have catered for our son's graduation party, I called and spoke with Faris. He spent tons of time on the phone with me and answered all of my questions about pricing. We went in and sampled additional options to help add extra meat for a reasonable price. (The chicken kafta is fabulous!) Our guests RAVED about the food at the party and I can't even tell you how much food we had! The portions were huge and there was truly something for everyone. It was basically build your own middle eastern bowl, just like at the restaurant. It was great for gluten free guests or pretty much any restricted diet. It was packaged in all recyclable containers and and presented so well. It was so nice to have something a little different than the usual grad party fare. I can't recommend CPK enough for catering. Faris has an exceptional personal touch and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. Would use them again in a heartbeat! read more

We heard about this restaurant from a friend and decided to try it. The food was amazing and very affordable! Everything was made to order so you can have exactly what you want. The owner let us sample almost everything on the menu and it was all excellent. He obviously has a passion for the food and it shows in the quality and taste. I've never heard of chickpea soup but it was wonderful. The lentil soup was so good I ended up getting a carryout for lunch the next day. I'm going back this weekend to get garlic dip, cilantro hummus, red pepper hummus and tabbouleh for a family reunion. There is ample seating and the restaurant was CLEAN.
