Grilled Chicken and steak bowl

Very friendly staff, great tasting food, huge portions and very affordable price point. 10/10 would eat here again and recommend! Garlic sauce is on point!

Such good food, and it's consistent every time. The portions, flavors, and freshness are top tier I can't wait to recommend it to more friends

I thanked this place. It is pretty basic place, inside there is the quick service counter and probably 10 mostly 4 person tables. Restaurant was clean. The people were friendly and small line moved quickly. I liked the food - was fresh, allowed you to choose what you wanted from quite variety of toppings (and don't recall any 'up charges' like other quick service places though there could've been...). Will definitely go back if I'm the area. Good for both meat eaters and vegetarians.

Chicken kabob bowl with garlic sauce, very little flavor except rice strong garlic sauce

Went there after almost two years of my last visit. I remembered it as a delicious, affordable place with incredibly garlicky garlic sauce. Like the strongest garlic flavor toy can imagine. Now, during these 2 years I had a chance to try many other build-your-own places with Lebanese, middle eastern food and maybe this is the reason why I got so disappointed. The good things: the prices are still very low, and the garlic sauce i crazy strong. The meh things: the bowl was very small, the majority of it were the grains. Very little chicken with very little flavor, the red pepper hummus was very bland and watery. Not so many veggies too. The end result was a very dry bowl with mostly wheat, lack of flavor overpowered by garlic sauce. On the second bowl we had a beef kafta, and that was the best part of the entire meal, very flavorful and made to order (we had to wait about 10 minutes). Overall, I won't be back, there are so many other places with much better food, and I prefer to pay a little more but at least have a good meal.

Great spot for lunch in the area. You can mix it up every time and veer on the side of healthy in a bowl or load up that garlic, rice and dressing turn in into a wrap and make it more comforting :) First and foremost I love the ordering online option, especially while at work. Everything on the portal is listed online so you don't miss an ingredient and every time I've picked it up nothing has been missed. This is just like your 2941 or Naf Naf. It is "subway" or "chipotle" style of food where you can customize it just how you'd like. I'm the avid build your own bowl orderer and have loved all of my different combos I've created. Definitely worth checking it out!

Al Rafidyn Restaurant - Beef Shawarma with Hummos and Jalepenos!

Al Rafidyn Restaurant

Absolutely tremendous food! I had gotten takeout once before and enjoyed my chicken tikka sandwich,…read morebut it didn't make much of an impression. I stopped in on a Saturday morning with my whole family, and it made a tremendous impression! My middle child raved "Best food ever!" I have eaten a lot of middle eastern food - it's my favorite cuisine - and this is some of the best I have ever had. This is Iraqi Chaldean food - could it be better than Lebanese? We got a medium mixed appetizer - you get to choose 5 items from a pretty substantial list. They have the Lebanese staples I'm used to: hummus, tabbouli, baba ghanouj, fattoush. They also have jajeek salad (cucumber and yogurt - like a good tzatziki), Iraqi salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, onions - and beets, which made it great), Beiruty cabbage salad (will try it next time), and pasta salad (will probably need to try this as well). The hummus was less garlic and more tahini, and really great. Then we got a Combo Tray for 2, which might be the single best menu item I have ever ordered. Setting the meat aside for a second, the grilled jalapeno and grilled tomato were excellent, the yellow rice was good, and the brown rice (which they call biryani) was fantastic. But the meat was what set this meal apart. The chicken shawarma was, hands down, the best I have ever had. The beef shawarm was excellent. And the chicken tikka (like tawook) was so moist and perfect - it's what chicken should be. And the chicken cream chop was as perfect as fried chicken should be. This was plenty enough meat for a family of 5 - we didn't finish it; and if we had finished the appetizers, this might be double the meat we needed! The combo tray came with stew, which we also didn't finish, although we really enjoyed it. The stew choices are okra, potato, eggplant, and a fourth one I forget. We tried okra and potato and they were both tasty tomato-based stews. One final note: the pita bread was thrown on the grill quickly before being brought out - the warmth was a nice touch.

Stopped in for dinner here with a friend during the week. It's a huge restaurant and when we walked…read morein, we were the only ones around 7pm. But it didn't stay that way, with dine-in and carryout happening. We both intended to get shawarmas and keep it simple, but the shawarma fries just looked too good to resist. They come with a choice of meat and sauces that make you think "chili cheese fries" but it was so much better. And we got a small hummus as well. It did not help that our eyes were bigger than our stomachs, but it was insanely good. We both couldn't get enough of the fries, ending up each only eating half our sandwiches and then after making a major dent in the fries, each took plenty home to boot. Also keep in mind, that the fries alone was more food than our two sandwiches combined. I've been here multiple times in the past and the hummus and baba ghanouj is unbelievably flavorful and damn near addicting. The hummus in particular is some of the smoothest I've ever had. Highly recommend stopping in and giving the shawarma fries a try.

We have order at least twice a month since we were referred to kebab hunt by a friend about six…read moremonths ago. We originally had wonderful experiences until our last three orders. The first time they forgot the entire side of Rice, but shame on me for not checking your bag. The second time they quoted me 20 minutes on the phone and after we got to the restaurant and waited 35 minutes, she told me whoops, we lost your ticket. We wait 15 more minutes and even though I ordered kebab skewers, I was given weird thin grilled chicken breast with no vegetables. The other entrée was ice cold. We placed another order today, I even asked her to make sure it was correct because we've had two bad experiences back to back. Quoted 20 minutes, we get the food after 30 minutes and the entire sandwiches is wrong. So they remake the sandwich and give us french fries that are ice cold with the new sandwich. The lack of attention to detail for the cost of the items is just not worth it. Just disappointed overall... not sure what's happened there recently.

The chicken shawarma on the combo plates are drier than they used to be, and we order our meats medium. Our food hasn't been ready on time the past three times we've ordered from there. The worst was today, they told us 35 minutes and my husband is literally there still waiting, an hour after I called in our order. Please do better with your timing, we absolutely love your hummus and our friends and family always enjoy the food when we order from there.
