I brought my own drink and Crossaint. They have croissants but last time I asked for one they said they don't toast them, and they are smaller than mine. Everything was so tasty. Great chicken salad, super fresh! The croissant was really good and the mac was very cheesy. The restaurant was clean and they were friendly too. First time coming 'cause my sister wanted to try it. Disappointment! No pics for ya 'cause we were starving when we got home from our pool day with the girls. We got our food delivered and let me just say EVERYTHING tasted as if it was bought at the grocery store! I believe my sister might have gotten the Fancy Nancy and she said ya nothing was great, all tasted basic and the pasta salad had no flavor. I got the Turkey Club and ya ALSO basic. Simple, easy, and delicious! Chicken Salad Chick is my favorite spot for a quick, straightforward lunch at an affordable price. I love the Classic Carol and the Fruity Fran; both are delightful and tasty. I'm a little obsessed with their mac n cheese--it's cheesy, gooey, and made with love. Plus, each meal comes with a cookie, making it the perfect sweet treat to finish your meal. I also think the prices are really reasonable for the amount of food you get. Wellllll, it's time to break up chicken salad chick. After regularly visiting nearly every week off and on for several years, I can no longer stop by. I stopped today and learned chicky salad has done away completely with their salads. No side salad. No seasonal salad. I was pretty mad about that. I don't eat much bread, as I have some mild food intolerances. Bread is one of those. I did order a sandwich and lo and behold left with a pretty bad stomach ache. It appears there aren't options for those with food sensitivity unless you just want a scoop of chicken salad plain with nothing. I guess I could bring my own salad, but I shouldn't have to. If this is your idea of changing up the menu, this ain't it! After the same flavors, including seasonal flavors, year after year getting rid of salads is a poor move. I would like to see the salads brought back, additional or new flavors to try, and different healthy salad dressing options as well. Until that happens I won't be back. At least until salads are bright back. Bye CSC, it's been a good run. But you've lost an entire family of regulars. read more

This is the first time we've been to this chain, and we were really impressed! The decor is super cozy, like eating in someone's dining room. And the place was spotless! No TVs to distract us, which was a nice change. The menu is pretty simple, but they have some great options for chicken or pimento cheese salads, and they have a bunch of sides too. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially since we were first-timers. Our food came out really quickly and looked great. The loaded potato soup was delicious, and I also really liked the spicy pimento cheese sandwich. I love spicy food, and I can handle a lot of heat, but I think people who don't like spicy food should be careful with the spicy option here. Decided to give this place a try and I was disappointed. I had the jalapeño Holly and pimento cheese on wheat bread. I thought the jalapeño Holly was very blend and the pimento cheese was just okay but not worth the price. Back again like I never left. Lol. Found myself at CSC but this time was able to go inside and order. What a cute place! The tables had cute tablecloths with chic lamps. Very girly. Loved the balloons too! I had no idea there was a quick chick area where they have all to-go chicken salads already packaged. Very convenient and it has a life span of about 4-5 days in the fridge which is good to know. I wasn't sure which flavor to get this time so I was advised you could sample as many as you want. Jackpot! After tasting the couple I was intrigued by, I ordered the trio which is a scoop of each flavor with a side of baked potato soup. First visit, definitely won't be my last! CSC has a friendly staff, phenomenal food served quickly, and a nice, cozy atmosphere. Hubs and I love Chicken Salad Chick and used to get it everytime we were by their Lutz location. We were beyond excited for them to come to our area, 5 minutes from my house. I waited for the grand opening craziness to die down and just got the best lunch! I got the Dixie Chick on croissant, with baked potato soup. May be the best BP soup I ever had with huge chunks of bacon. The sandwich was delicious and plentiful for another lunch tomorrow. It even came with a cute little cookie. I just left this place. After them serving me 7 different times I order a sandwich asked them to replace the lettuce with spinach because lettuce does not digest I always pay the extra fee for it. Today I got told I can' no longer get it on my sandwich because of their district manager telling them not to sell it to me anymore. I guess I will never visit this location again. read more

I was so excited for this restaurant to open, but my first time eating there was very disappointing. I ordered a chicken sandwich on a croissant and it was so dry. The chicken salad itself tasted good but I couldn't even eat the croissant. Then it came with a side so I ordered the potato soup. I specifically asked the cashier if the soup contained bacon bc I do not eat anything that contains pork, to which he said NO. Of course, when I got the soup it was full of bacon. I took it back to the register and told him I specifically asked if it had bacon and you said no. He started to argue with me that he told the kitchen no bacon on the top. I reminded him I asked if it contained bacon at all and his answer was no. They did replace my soup with a different one, but for me the damage was already done. read more
