I see they have Chicken Livers and I am a fan going way back to my first enjoyed at The Hilltop Inn in Evansville, IN. The Fish and Chips were good, maybe a little dry but nothing some Tartar Sauce won't fix. Ooops, they forgot to put it in the bag. It would have been nice but so would some Malt Vinegar and Salt. I had neither but it worked out. Hush puppies were good and the fries were even better. I really enjoyed the fries. As for the Chicken Livers, I wasn't a huge fan. I just love what they did with the former Genghis Grill location. It is really amazing to be able to see your food being cooked for all to see. Nothing to hide here! I ordered the lamb curry, my husband ordered the butter chicken and we split the garlic naan and the vegetable biryani. Everything was served piping hot and the food was exceptional. I really could go on and on. I guess that is our job as Yelpers, right! The restaurant had a very nice ambiance. The owners take your order, cook and serve your food. It appears they have another cook who works in the kitchen along with one of the owners. There is also a bar with bar stools to enjoy adult beverages and a stage that is used for receptions and events. I took some pictures of a very beautiful wooden cabinet full of hammered brass and silver serving pieces. I was told by the owner that the hammered brass bowls are used to serve their curries. You can see the vessels in the photographs as well filled with delcious curries. Please note: naan is served with many, if not all of the entrees. I did not realize that (probably because I did not read the menu closely) and I ordered garlic naan separately and we ended up with a lot of food leftover. My husband and I could share an entree here easily. I was not hating bringing delicious leftovers back home and we will enjoy those this evening.
