Very disappointed with the food when you spend over $30 you would think it would be good. The chicken was not good. The batter was thin. The mashed potatoes were thick and hard and they didn't put any gravy and either one of my tender boxes definitely will not be going back to chicken Xpress. When I pulled up, the drive though person name Alexius, didn't greet me and just starred at me and I just starred back for a good 10 sec until they finally asked me what I wanted. Had an attitude the whole time while taking my order, got to the window and the guy took my money and then afterwards tells me there's no coleslaw so when I asked what other side they had his response was "we got the other sides" am I supposed to know the menu by memory? Don't expect for them to have anything on hand. This is the second time going through the drive-through at lunch or a little before and them not having it. A drive-through and then I have to wait 10 to 20 minutes for my food to be done parked in front. I'll give them one star because they're always polite and at least the first time they advised me that it was gonna be a wait. This time they didn't advise me of anything until I already paid. Don't bother going through this drive-through unless you got lots of time to spare. I called and spoke to the manager and he said it takes 12 minutes to cook it to me or fish fillet but apparently it takes the same amount of time to cook the chicken because it took is much time last time I was here read more

We have tried this restaurant twice and have had bad experiences both times. We tried the second time thinking out first visit was bad timing, but no, it's just bad! Both times our orders were completely wrong! On the second visit, the worker took our order and my credit card, it took him 15mins to get our food to us, gave me back my card without a receipt and walked off. Visited this location for the first time and was very disappointed. I went thru the drive thru twice because I was missing rolls and fries. Yes FRIES. My kids pack came with just chicken... in a box. None of my meals came with rolls and stated on the drive thru menu. Went back thru the drive thru and got a brown bag of fries with a single roll. When I made it home I found d that my mashed potatoes were all gravy. I ordered a #6 with fries and a lemonade and a snack pack with tenders with Mac and cheese. The young lady quoted my total it sounded off but I would go to the window and correct it. ‍ well the young lady came out of the building and proceeded to ask for my order again.
