Showed up at 12:08am, sat in the drive thru fro over ten minutes before even placing the order and didn't get to the window until 12:28am. The vehicle in front of me had ordered and paid and five minutes in just drove away with out food if that tells you anything. When I got to the window expecting to pay they hadn't even started my order, I believe the owner came to the window and didn't even know how to punch in my order on his own computer system. There were two employees I could see thru the window whom were sneaking around in the back because they didn't want to be seen. Both were also coughing and cleaning their hands/nails with no gloves on and then handling food - pretty damn pathetic, I didn't plan on eating the food anymore at that point but for the sake of this review I figured I would stick around and see how long it took to get my order. I'm honestly beyond words about my experience, thankfully my meal was only ten bucks and a valuable lesson for my time. I got home contemplated whether to open my order before throwing it out and rest assured the food quality and preparation is beyond words/lacking - how do you let something go out like that, as an owner you should be ashamed of your yourself and your employees business practices pride of ownership is everything. I went with the sweet escape traditional wings listed in their top 10, which included honey garlic, caesar, and parmesan. The food came out rather quick, however the wings were...lukewarm at best. I definitely expected it to be piping hot at least. My friends ordered the poutine and actually liked it. In fact, one of my friends wanted chili poutine but they ran out of chili...so he got a regular poutine for free. I'll give them full points for service at least.
