When the pool manager first came to give us an estimate, he was of course very friendly, and talked a good game. Construction was started and soon had to halt due to rain. The rain dried up, but they didn't come back. I called and was told by the supervisor that if I called again, he would put us at the bottom of the list! Construction crew could not speak a word of English. It was finally completed. Concrete pad that the mechanical equipment sets on slops TOWARDS the house (idiots). They said it would "be fine". Water puddles all the time on it...electrical threat. I don't think these people know what they're doing. Their staff is unfriendly and rude. I would never ever recommend them. read more

This company also does Landscaping and Sprinkler Service. This part of their company has very poor customer service. They don't honor their lawn and Sprinkler service on new construction homes. I have multiple times to get them to correct my lawn issues. They've shown no real interest. read more

I hired chick landscaping to resod my front and back yard. I had been ripped off by another contractor that was contracted to the job and took my money and left me a total mess in my front yard. Chick landscaping, EJ really took care of me! They showed up at 8am with a flat bed truck with 14 pallets and 12 workers! I was amazed how fast they worked and they did a really quality job! They were done in a total of 3 hours and my 2 year old slept the entire time they were working outside! I would recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right the first time. The price was well in line with other estimates. They had been referred to me by a couple of people that had used them previously. EJ was awesome! I am very, very happy! read more

Five stars for the people who built the pool. BUT!!! on what was suppose to be the final day poor planning on the part of the designer and project manager resulted in damage to our house and cost overruns. This was accompanied by did respectfully rudeness. Minus three stars. For the landscape design we were suppose to get in October but still don't have minus one more star. AND THEN when we asked why all the equipment wasn't installed per the contract we were asked for more money. Finally they agreed to install that equipment for free but that also resulted in unnecessary damage to our property. I'd minus more stars but Yelp thinks I have to give them at least one. read more

ZERO STARS---Very disappointed. First call was not retuned at all. 2 months later I called the office again and Finally got a call from Kevin and discussed my need for pool cleaning and year long maintenance. Described in detail what I needed. Was told by Kevin that he could have the pool clean in " a couple of days". He went by to look at the pool same day - while I was at work and without ringing bell for family member to be aware he was even there. Didn't call me to discuss. When I called him he said it would " be very expensive" to get the pool clean and he didn't know how long it would take or how many trips would be needed. $75 each trip plus cost of chemicals with unknown # of trips. I said I would need a more definitive amt before I could agree. And I reminded him that he had said it could be done in a couple of days. He responded that it was worse than he thought it would be. I said " I told you it was a swamp." He actually said that he thought I was exaggerating! He stated his company has never had to deal with a pool in that condition. He had previously said that he was trying to grow the company. But now he tells me he only has one technician and they would have to work in my pool between his already full schedule. But he could do it for $1000 to clean then the $75 plus chemicals thereafter!! Obviously he was being an ass and just didn't want the hassle. I would never recommend that anyone use this company. They installed a sprinkler system in our yard and after they were finished there were 2 wires left exposed above ground, trash left in the yard, and all of the sprinkler heads were well above ground making it impossible to mow without hitting them. read more

This company installed my pool, sprinkler system and landscaping 3 yrs ago and have been out numerous times. I'm having issues with my sprinkler system and called last week to be told "I'll put you on the schedule" I asked when they would be out, sometime next week was the answer. On Monday of this week I was told Friday. This morning I was told that since I'm so far away, they will have to charge a $200.00 trip charge. I cancelled the appointment because apparently since they are only servicing my sprinkler system and not putting in tens of thousands of dollars worth of stuff, I am no longer important to them. Then at noon I got a call that they will be here at 2:00. I told him to forget it, I found someone else. What a sorry excuse for customer service! read more
