Pricing was amazing and the final quote did not change a cent from the original (except by me as I subtracted one element from the original quote). The crew was friendly & worked diligently. They finished and left my yard beautiful! I was able to pay the invoice on PayPal and within hours of the work being completed. I appreciate the responsiveness of my request to send the invoice ASAP because I absolutely wanted to pay them ASAP. Thoroughly satisfied and highly recommend. Then he identified the employee responsible for the damage and suggested that we "physically" claim our damage on the poor employee, I don't even know what he meant by that. It definitely does not sound professional to me. Fully Licensed: There is a reason why businesses are required to operate insured. In instances like this a claim has to be filed. This business refuses to provide their insurance information, which puts me in doubt whether they are truly insured as they claim. Next thing I did is to professionally call on 04/04/2018 the business to get their mail address so I can legally and officially notify them about the damage. Jody hanged up the phone on me. Bottom of line my issue will be legally resolved regardless whether I get their insurance information or not. Save yourself and your neighbors a trouble and do not hire them for services.
