Went to chick fil A and did a mobile order to cut down on time . There were a lot of people in line . I checked in but got to the window...... no order had to wait for order to be made .... Something didn't look right ... wilted lettuce . This can cause your stomach to hurt and carry ecoli and salmonella. No more sandwiches will I order here.

It's CFA. Legendary for it being their pleasure to serve us, complementary mouthwash, fresh flower buds, clean restrooms, and home decor elements. These all add to the high customer service that makes CFA the nation's preferred fast food restaurant among diners (from eatthis.com). Of course, those elements also create extra costs, which--naturally--are passed on to consumers. However, CFA proves that customers don't mind paying extra to be treated with respect and for feeling accepted and important.

Bad service. Not only was the wait long but they also forgot to put my chick fil a sauce. I asked for it and they gave me ranch instead ?? It doesn't taste the same without the chick fil a sauce. Feels like Im eating something eles that isn't chick fil a. What a waste of money

There's plenty of sauces to choose from, one comes with the combo & I got the Rooster Sauce - which is maybe in the middle on spice level. Each sauce is labeled on the menu with the heat levels at the location (doesn't show online). I really liked the fries. More of a thin cut, nicely seasoned. The Texas Toast was slightly buttered & has a subtle sweetness to it. Speaking of sweetness, the Rooster Sauce is a sweet & spicy chili pepper sauce & paired well with the tenders. There were a few sauces that caught my eye, like the Alabama White Sauce, Comeback Sauce, even the Habanero Oil. The customer service here was really good. I was greeted & my wait was not long one bit, my food was ready in not even 5 mins. The place was surrounded by TVs. I went around lunchtime & it got pretty busy.

Both tenders each sit on a slice of bread with a stack of pickle slices in the corner of my to-go container. The tenders were really good & the combo left me full. Both tenders were well seasoned, very well seasoned, the way I like it. They were big pieces & I dipped 'em in the Dave's sauce here & there. Chicken spots usually have their own sauce that favor each other, Dave's sauce is different & compliments the chicken well. The fries got the job done. While we were in the Tulsa Hills area, it looked like people were standing outside like there was a line. Come to find out, there was a pickup + online orders window to where you don't have to go in (which is what we ended up doing). With that said, the order didn't take long at all (placed the order online). Even inside it didn't looked as packed, we possibly just missed their lunch rush (it was around 2pm).

Went in at roughly1130pm (not realizing they close at midnight, thought it was later for a friday). my friend ordered a meal before i did, i got a #3 and a top loaded fries. cashier was great and no issues. my friends buzzer buzzed maybe 5 mins later, so i was thinking mine was soon after. waited... waited.. 10 mins pass, i go up with my receipt and buzzer. asked the employee as i'm looking at a tray of food and a black container on the counter. she asked for my receipt, looks at it and hands it back and says "it'll buzz when your food is ready" i apologize and say thank you. waited another 10+ mins and now its been over 20 mins since my friend has gotten her food plus MULTIPLE PEOPLE that ordered after me got their food.so i go back up, same process with same employee, she then slides over the SAME TRAY AND CONTAINER that i saw from earlier but looking at me like they been waiting for me. so they just let the food sit there knowing that that food can only belong to me and yet never buzzed or even made effort to find me considering by then it was just me, my friend and a couple who ordered 15 mins after me in the shop.(which they also got their food before me along with few other to go orders) it's now at 1155pm and i feel the need to rush to finish so they can close at 12. no apology, no explanation. now my food is cold. cool. gave them $10~ tip, even CLEANED the table (not a piece of trash or sauce left on table) and considerate (INHALED MY FOOD) enough to leave at 1205 for what? that's why i'm extra upset at myself.

When I found out they'd be opening this location, just blocks from where I lived, I was ecstatic and terrified at the same time. I'll have to practice my self discipline and constraint big time. The place itself is huge, bigger than other locations I've been to. There's a lot of seating available inside with a long high top table, booths, and three disco balls on the ceiling. The high energy music makes it feel like a party. It also has a very nice patio seating area. It'll be great once Oklahoma weather cooperates. I came in when they weren't busy and literally the entire staff said, "Welcome to Cane's" as I came in. Everyone was attentive and helpful and overall, they seem to have a great team dynamic between themselves, which is always a plus for the vibe of a place. My go-to order is their 3 finger Combo: three chicken fingers with crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, 1 Cane's sauce and a 22oz drink. There's something addictive about their sauce. I usually order an extra one to make sure I have enough. It's so good combined with the chicken and I even like it on the toast. Their fries are pretty epic as well. I like to mix the unsweetened tea with some of the sweet tea to get the right level of sweetness I like. The drive thru has two lanes, which will hopefully help when it's really busy. The setup seems to work. Overall, super excited to welcome Cane's to my neighborhood!

Super good, the blend of seasonings were sweet & salty and you get more than plenty of fries (you might be able to share with someone IF you ever wanted to). Just like there were plenty of fries, getting an order bigger than 8 nuggets would've had me stuffed. Looking at the nuggets, I had to count because it seemed like more than 8. They were a nice size & to my surprise, I had sauce left (I even dipped my fries) after I finished. Light & crispy, taste good without sauce (dill pickle brined for 24 hours). I really really liked the Sticky Icky, it's Asian inspired & has a slight sweet and sour taste to it. Encroaching on a seemingly crowded market can be tough but somehow Howdy feels like an already-established diner. While many newer burger places attempt to overwhelm the consumer, Howdy Burger's approach seems to be keeping things simple and delivering what the people want while staying true to the "burger joint" identity. I've had Howdy Burger 2 or 3 times through the years. My first visit was likely in/at Mother Road Market but a more recent visit was on October 29th (2025). In the midst of an economic stall (the federal government was shut down for 4 weeks at that point), eating out seemed like a luxury. I visited around 2pm for lunch. The weather was chilly and the staff was readily available. I was greeted and I browsed the menu for about 2mins before ordering. I ended up getting a single burger & rodeo fries. Afterwards, me & the lady cashier had a brief conversation about the state of the world as business was slower than usual. The restaurant isn't huge but it was well maintained. I sat near the West windows and the food came out shortly after. The highlight of the food was easily the burger itself. It was a decent size, the bread was soft, and the patty was just thick enough. Each bite was equally satisfying as they didn't hold back on the toppings. I will say that the fries are pretty standard, even with the extra toppings. I don't think the Rodeo Fries are worth wild but it didn't hurt to try. Lastly, I LOVE the variety of sauces they offer and the staff are happy to add them directly onto the sandwich or place them on the side. I've since returned to have the Fried Chicken Sandwich and it was just as good, if not better, than most famed chicken sandwich spots. I wasn't familiar with Howdy for a while and, as mentioned, there are many other places to get a cheeseburger, sandwich and/or fries. But what I like about Howdy is that they don't try too hard, they know what sells and they offer great service. Considering the price, consistency in their products and good people behind the counter, Howdy Burger is good enough to replace your favorite burger chain and/or fast food spot.
