This is the worst Chick-fil-a I've every seen. Just so you know, I've been to many Chick-fil-as in my life so I know how one should look. This place was so dirty. It was ridiculous. The were chicken crumbs all over the floor and the tables. In the bathroom, the sink didn't work. Also, there was dung on the toilet seat. I've truly never seen a Chick-fil-a like this before. Their service was just okay. When I was getting a refill, there was no line and I had to wait there for a full two minutes before anyone noticed. Typically at Chick-fil-a, they notice you immediately. Obviously not this one. This place did not have a good ambiance too. It was a little interesting. Worst location ever. Never gets orders correct or serve good food regardless of what's ordered. I did a online pick up and selected that i was already at the restaurant when i was 5 minutes away just so it could be ready when i got there. I waited in my car for 2 extra minutes then went in and no one greeted me, waited 5 more minutes for my food. Now i'm late for work. Thanks Tulsa Hills... To top it off i ordered a large hash brown and didn't even get it, the chicken on my chicken biscuit was small and dry as h3ll. didn't get salsa for my spicy chicken burrito and the chicken was regular chicken??!!?? come on now. just ruined tf out of my morning. The employees are always so polite and the food is delicious! Quick as well!! Feel nice to go to fast food and feel good about! They remodeled and took out the tall awkward seating (with children that always made me nervous). I had a DoorDash order that I purchased it was $96 They did not add one of the sandwiches but they put the fries and drink. The bag was sealed so I know they packed the order wrong. I had to drive to the store to get that sandwich for my kid. I got there and told them the issue and said they couldn't do anything... I got a refund through DoorDash but I still drove out 20mins though I paid $20 in delivery. They could not give me a sandwich for the hassle. One reason I go to chick fil a because they are generally good at hiring bright-eyed pleasant people. The employees here could not care less. Its been slowly building(wrong orders, etc) but it culminated today in a nice double-whammy, the girl put my tray on the table without saying a word, then I found a hair in my fries. I love the chain, but despise any time I'm stuck coming to this location. I give this location a 1 star review only because I know what Chick-fil-A is supposed to be like. I'm friends with several operators and have visited around 50 locations with very few complaints only a quickly fixed mistake here and there. This one has by far given me the most grief and is unfortunately the nearest to my house. (Think it'll be worth a longer drive though) They're ALWAYS messing up my order. I'm taking it's a rare occasion that they get it right. And my orders aren't complicated in case you were wondering. "Number 1 deluxe with pepper jack cheese", "chicken biscuit and hash browns", etc. They've literally messed up my order so often that customer service doesn't reach out to me anymore because I probably look like a scammer trying to get free food. No, I want to eat what I pay for and pay for what order. My all time "Wait, am I in Walmart" moment was this: Waited 15 minutes to order(whatever, it was busy), ordered a chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato and cheese. Waited 20 minutes to get my food (usually they give you a coupon for that long, but they didn't say anything about the wait.) Open it up, they forgot the lettuce and tomato. I politely explained the error to a team leader and asked if she could grab me the veggies and I'd throw it on myself. She went and talked to a manager for 5 minutes only to come back and say "My manager said you have to get back line(now longer than when I arrived), show your receipt to the cashier, and she'll fix it." I literally laughed because I thought she was kidding... And was like "wait, for real? For lettuce and tomato? I've been here for 40 minutes..." She shrugged, smirked and walked off. Time to update. As our growing family continues to enjoy the Tulsa Hills expansion, this CFA is still the best around. Complete with family nights and regular discount offers through the app and the cow calendar, CFA loves their customers. The store is very well-run. Despite the regular crush of business through the drive-through line and in restaurant, especially on the weekends, they do a great job. Food and service have been consistently great at this location. Personal favorites are the spicy chicken sandwich, the grilled nuggets, the superfood side, and the spicy Southwest shaved chicken salad. read more

Was there Saturday, February 19, afternoon. I ordered a 5pc child's meal w/ grilled nuggets. I had a funny taste with the nuggets, but ate all 5 anyway as I had never experienced any problem before. Four hours later with my stomach griping, I had diarrhea, then vomiting. I called the store, asked for manager to report the problem. He was supposedly glad I let him know. We came for lunch on a Saturday and it was packed. But the service was fast and friendly. We also noticed that they hired a senior citizen who was slow but still diligent in her work refilling drinks and cleaning tables. A young man was cleaning out the kids room, wiping walls and everything down. Another young man overheard a guest needing a bigger table and helped facilitate putting tables together without being asked. Got to admit, Chick-fil-A is still one of my favorite spot across the state! Even Chick-fil-A's sandwiches are a bit pricey compare to other fast food places, but they are delicious and worth the price. I like how their chicken filet is crispy on the outside, but the meat inside isn't dry at all. I normally get the combo of a spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries. I asked them to switch the drink to a small milkshake, cookie n cream is my favorite flavor. They don't have a wide range of choice for milkshake, but the milkshake is creamery and even the small size is still a lot for me. The chick-fil-A sauce is to die for, it goes well with everything. Like how they put the calories in each food on the menu so I can keep track, not many fast food places do that. There always a line at this place, but the drive thru process is fast so you won't have to wait for a long time. Pros: It's crazy to write a review about a well known, incredibly popular fast food chain, but I just had to do it. This place is amazingly wonderful. My husband/kids really enjoys the food here and I appreciate the service. My husband usually gets the spicy chicken sandwich with BBQ sauce and the kids like the chicken nuggets w/waffle fries. Sometimes if we're running late for school, I skip making them breakfast and grab them chicken mini biscuits. So now about the service, dining inside is like dining in an actual restaurant with counter service. There is someone to bring me my food, clean my table, and provide me with sauces. Did I mention that this location is very clean? Don't be intimidated by the drive through line during peek times (lunch and after work); it moves so quickly. They have this system of taking orders before I get to the order box, paying at the order box, picking up food from the window, and sauces as you exit the drive through. Accepts credit cards. Cons: Parking is kind of scary because of all the movement/activity of other cars; however, they do have this lot to the side of the building away from the drive through lane. Downside is you have to cross the drive through lane to enter the building. They removed oatmeal from their breakfast menu, but I didn't really order if that often so it's not a problem. read more

Like most Chick-fil-a's this one is always packed! However, that does not change the great, speedy service. Word of advice: do not park in their parking lot, you will not be able to get out. I tend to park next door and walk a little ways. The food is excellent and the wait staff is always the nicest. When I do have to wait more than 5 minutes, many times they will give me a free meal voucher for my next visit. Great place for lunch or dinner. I highly recommend the Tulsa Hills Chick-Fil-A! This is one of the few places I can eat that I don't have to worry much about gluten cross-contamination. Ooooh, what a tummy ache that causes! Unfortunately, their grilled chicken is just, well, funky. It doesn't taste like chicken, just weird seasonings. I'd love to see them update that recipe and tone down the funk. That being said, the waffle fries are yummy, and the garlic ranch sauce is the best fry sauce. Occasionally we get cold food, and that's a total disappointment, but 75% of the time the food is fairly hot. I agree with all the parking lot and ease-of-access comments. It's a nightmare. This is my number one breakfast stop! I have been taking advantage of the convenience of the Tulsa Hills location a lot lately, it's right on my way to work. I typically order a chicken biscuit, which is always fresh and so good! I don't know what they put in those biscuits, but yum. I try not to drink coffee much, and their coffee definitely does not appeal to my tastebuds, so I guess I should thank them. Although, I think I've developed an addiction to their sweet tea! The flavor and texture is excellent the breading light and the final product is never heavy or greasy. My only issue is the carrot salad is occasionally watery. I know Chick-fil-A is a chain and should all be the same, but this one has exceptional service! The workers know exactly what they are doing at all times, and it runs like a well-oiled machine. The playground area inside is nice and clean, and I don't mind letting my kids go crazy in there. The drive-thru is also impeccable. I only get 30 minutes for my lunch, and this location is about 10 minutes away. Knowing how limited my time is, I'm never worried about coming to this location because no matter how long the line is, it seems I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. How they do that, I don't know! And with that quick of service, you would think that there would be more mistakes, but no.
