So what do I like? When I use the mobile app my order is usually out and ready ASAP. There was a time that the service and food quality went down, maybe around 2021, but new management came in. It wasn't a perfect smooth transition, but eventually it started working and you noticed the improvement over time. What sucks about this location is that it is a drive thru venue only, with a few outside tables disguised as seating during horrible humid hot Houston days. There is no reason why anyone would want to sit outside in the heat, other than to wait for their food if they chose the carry out option. They have been bad about wanting people to park in that area next to walmart if food isn't out on time, but I think Chick FIl A finally got in trouble, because they told me to park at curbside, last time they asked for that. I think it's this corporation's fault for building what is really a stupidly sized building, with not enough parking, and at the corner of a walmart, preventing proper expansion. Like you can never make this a 5 star Chick Fil A. You would need to tear down the Jack in the Box next door to make it a nicer Chick Fil A. This concept would be perfect in like Hawaii or certain parts of California. But Houston/Stafford/Sugarland area? What were those Atlanta people thinking. If you need just the food and not the full experience, this is a good place to visit, though the drive thru line can get long, hence why I am very partial to the app. The app will make everything so much smoother and faster. I am thankful things have gotten better at Chick Fil A Stafford, but nothing and I mean nothing can make up for the fact it's a drive thru place. That's not the manager's fault. Don't do this to yourself... don't come here. There is literally no parking except for the curbside parking. Today, the guy taking the orders at the drive thru had a "too cool" attitude. Too cool to even address me. I informed him I was here to pick up my order & I mentioned my name. He touched his tablet and walked away. After going thru the drive thru I was told to park at the front but where...? Where is the front? I parked at an open curbside spot. When my food arrive, they gave it to the car next to me. The bag was all crumpled up and overall the presentation was poor. Although we had ordered a yogurt parfait and fruit, there was no spoons or forks in the bag. Because this is a drive thru location only, we have to eat our food in the parking of the walmart nearby. The only polite person at this location has been Gustavo. I'm very empathetic to what it takes to run a business specially when you've been closed and getting everyone trained up, I paid in the line and two employees after the fact stated to me, I needed to pay again that my card didn't go through luckily for me. I looked on my bank statement, and I was overcharged manager came over and dismissed me and stated it'll correct itself. I explained to her. you can't even find my original charge in the system. How will it correct itself? She walked off so I waited and asked for someone to bring her back. She was annoyed with me that they overcharged me and couldn't find my original transaction never apologized only way to get my money back was to return the sandwich and wait and hold up the line for my refund a simple apology or understanding of the situation could've gone along way in my book. This location is back open. The previous franchise owner was African American and it was a diverse location. The owner is now hispanic and there's no diversity! The service is still horrible after the renovation and remodeling! Chic fil A use to be a in and out experience now everybody's walking around reading bags making sure you get the right food and its still not correct! My experience at this location has not been the best. It seems that they are pretty disorganized at times. I do understand it gets really busy, but when questioned about my order cost today after using reward points, one of the employees tried to charge me for fries that were already redeemed with points. I also ordered chicken nuggets, a drink, and a Chick-fil-A sandwich all with points. After showing her my rewards and one still pending scan, she proceeded to tell me that I still owed for my meal. I just don't understand how hard it is to scan and redeem the rewards. Isn't the whole point of having the app and accumulating points Supposed to prevent from being charged? What was really frustrating is instead of working with me on the issue, I was blown off and moved along in the line. I think the situation could have been handled a lot better. This is probably the worst Chick-fil-a location I've ever been to. The layout is horrible, the wait times are ridiculous, and the food was cold! I was told to park in front, then told to move to the side of the building (which is supposed to be a no parking zone). And sat there for about 30 minutes waiting on one sandwich and a kids meal only for it to come out cold I could understand the wait if I had a large order, but two items? Really? And repeatedly got honked at or flipped off for sitting in a no parking zone with my hazards on then got boxed in by two other people waiting on food who were hell bent on not moving so I could pull out. This location is slowly going downhill. I've worked near this location for going on three years and it seems like service just gets slower each day. I usually stop in for coffee and a parfait and the wait time, even when I walk up to the window, is kind of ridiculous. This morning I was given cold coffee. At 9:30, how is that even possible? My parfait cup was also half empty. I'm usually a cup half-full kind of person, but if I pay almost $4 for yogurt and granola, I'd like to get my money's worth. I hope they get it together soon. Mmmmm.... Waffle fries!!! So, who else loves Chick Fil A.... This is def my go-to food. They offer a variety of salads, some soups, and chicken everything, which works great for me, since Im not of a beef eater. I ordered the Chicken Strips, Fries, and couldn't resist, so I got an ice cream cone. The only thing is... Some CFA's offer sprinkles and some dont. I was never really into sprinkles as a child and although they dont taste like anything. I get sad when I go to a CFA that doesnt have them. All in all, I with they would all carry commentary sprinkles. I also dont remember receiving my BBQ Sauce, but because the food is good without it... There was no need to pout! Word to the wise: dont forget to scan your app. Sometimes you are memorized by all of the choices that I have forgotten to scan more than once... But no fear! Picking up dinner on the way home from getting the kids from school, I was directed to the nearest Chick-fil-a, 59 and Airport. This location has a unique design and is mostly drive-thru. There were multiple signs for filling your order via the app and continuing in the drive-thru. I did this. Will NEVER do this again. When I got to the window the team member was confused and directed me to pull forwardto the left and wait. I asked where and she statedjust up and to the left. The next day one of the co-owners personally called me and told me that it seems that I have had 15 complaints about this location. They are doing their best. Chick-fil-A is known for its customer service but this location lacks exactly what the company stands for. I pulled up to the drive thru and waited a few minutes and nothing was said. I proceeded to say hello more than once and than a young lady started to talk back. The employee was very unprofessional. As I stated what I wanted she was responding in a sarcastic way.
