I pointed it out right away, and the employee responded, "I told them, but they didn't listen to me," and just walked off. No effort to fix it or take ownership. I ended up taking the potato back to the counter myself and asked for it to be remade. When it was brought back out, the gentleman who delivered it didn't say a word--no apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. What made it more frustrating is that the restaurant wasn't busy at all--we were one of only two tables there.
