This place specializes in chicken so it better be good. Is is actually very good. Definitely the best fast food chicken sandwich you can buy. The #4 is my favorite. Today I met the happiest employee ever. Amanda she made my day. When I walked in she was smiling and full of joy. When I asked her why the big smile she replied " I love my job". The impact she had on the customers one after another was priceless. I ate my breakfast and watched as she made every customer smile. By the standards of a quick-serve restaurant, I have no problem giving this location 5 stars. I've seen on their social media page that people gave them a hard time for forgetting a sauce or giving them the wrong salad dressing. They opened in October 2015 with a brand new crew so yes, some of the kinks still had to be worked out but I think that those people should have cut them some slack on such minor issues. We purchased food for our whole family and it was perfect, except for one sandwich that was missing ... well, chicken. LOL It's a little bigger of an issue. We live about 20 miles away so we certainly weren't going to drive back for that. However, I contacted them and explained what happened. The owner called me back and was very apologetic. I won't go into all of the details because I don't want people trying to scam them for freebies. Suffice it to say that they made up for the sandwich and then some. The staff was awesome, the management was awesome and they've won a Chick-fil-A customer over who wasn't a fan previously. I particularly like their spicy chicken sandwich. I'm a condiment fanatic, but I don't ever put any on their spicy chicken deluxe because it's so flavorful and moist by itself. I highly recommend them for the service and the food. read more

Took the family there for the first time tonight. I'm from the south, and there was a Chick-fil-A on every corner. The classic chicken sandwich I ate tonight tasted exactly like every sandwich I ate growing up. They make one thing, and they make it very well! My husband got the spicy chicken sandwich, and he really enjoyed it, while the kids ate chicken nuggets and fries. I have one child who won't eat chicken, so I was able to get him a yogurt parfait. We all ate for about $26, plus the kids were able to play in the playroom when they were done eating. Service was friendly, and the line was moving quickly. We'll be back soon, especially since they make a great breakfast! read more

Excellent service, fast,friendly and I was very pleased with the meal. Sweet tea is yummy. Bathroom cleanest to me in this whole valley. None of the other bathrooms are as nice or clean. So I don't know why I'm so excited about a chick fil a opening up in palmdale since I've never had it. But I finally went in today and boy did I love it. For starters our cashier, If I remember her name correctly was Rachel (tall, brownish hair) she was super awesome and funny and was so friendly and fast but also I didn't feel rushed to order as they had a big line. She was awesome in dealing with our semi complicated order ,very attentive. She also recommended the chick fil a sauce and she was right it was so good. As for the wait time, it was not what I was expecting. So fast!!! We literally just sat down and boom our food was there. Very impressive. I didn't know they did like waiting service, but they had people clearing our tables and offering free refills. We honestly did not get out of our seats for a single thing. Amanda I believe took good care of us. As for the chicken, so moist and delicious. You can definitely taste the freshness in the chicken and the salads. (Wish i took a picture) My husband and I both got the lemonade, so good! As for my little ones they got little cow plushies to take home with them. I'm a very disappointed customer but it's not regarding the food. I love the food at this restaurant. But I've never had a rude experience until this evening. We walked in, I asked if the play area was still open & I see an employee with a mop and bucket. She answered "I was about to close it," then she says.... "never mind" and I grab my son's hand so my husband can order our food while I take my toddler to play. Then I see this employee having a conversation with 2 others and I'm assuming one of them is the manager. Next thing I hear is someone "sighing" because she was interrupted and couldn't close the play area. Keep in mind ... this establishment doesn't close until 10pm and we walked in a little after 9pm. I couldn't believe the rudeness. I left with my family to eat someplace else. A smile and an apology goes a long way. The employee could have just said sorry but we're closing it at the moment instead of getting mad and give a "sigh" even though I was a paying customer. 1 bad experience has ruined it for me. read more

I had my first and last Chick-fil-F. The food is not worth all the hype and the PRICE. The chicken sandwiches are ok. They say deluxe because the deluxe has lettuce and a thin slice of tomato. 12 pieces nuggets??? They are too small and not worth the price. Waffle fries were CHEWY and pale looking. I visited this location on Cow Appreciation Day so it was even more busy than usual. With throngs of people all around and constant mess to clean, orders to take and questions to ask, you'd think one of the employees might become a little agitated. Nope! I watched the staff as my little cousins ate. They were polite to everyone. Answered questions with a smile and everyone was taken cared of. I just came from Chick Fila restaurant. I order the new barbecue bacon chicken sandwich and it was delicious! I will order that again and again. Very fresh and moist . Yummy ! I especially loved the new lemonade with ice tea . It was especially good on this hot day. Will be back. read more

Always clean, customer service is consistently fast, efficient, and freindly. Inside fresh flowers are at each table. Condiments are always organized and stocked. Bathrooms are always clean. After your done eating, and employee asks if they can take your trash away for you. read more

Every time I've been here the customer service could not have been better. The food has always been good. The only minus I see is that the prices are quite high for fast food. The combo meal my husband got was almost $10. That seems more in line with a sit down restaurant than a fast food place. Other than that, I'm a fan and will be returning. read more
