The order process for the drive through is a complete failure and waste of time. Currently 4 out of four for not getting the order correct. Missing items every time. Too much playtime in there with the kids. This restaurant performs horrible compared to others. After my complaint, they even admitted it. Visit during the week around 3pm. I was very disappointed that after sitting in the drive-through line, I was told by the employee taking my order that they could not customize the chicken wrap by heating up the chicken. He stated that it was a health code violation, and that they could not do it during their busy hours. Which is it? Doesn't violate a health code or when they are busy they cannot take the time to prepare the food up to the customer's standards? I love Chick-fil-A but I am extremely upset that, per their employee, they cannot accommodate changes to their menu during "busy" hours. read more

My wife went to a Chic-fil-A restaurant in Oldsmar, Fl. on Tampa Rd. We have been there 100s of times, as it is the only fast food we will eat. She ordered a salad and was eating it at home when she tasted something strange, almost sweet and sour. She looked down and what she saw made her literally puke. She found a chewed, half-eaten jolly rancher in her salad. She called me at work crying as she was pretty grossed out. I told her to put it in the freezer and call them immediately. She called the store and they told her to bring the salad back and they would give her a new one, strike one. Then corporate emailed her back and said they were sorry and told her that the store is a franchise and the owner would be contacting her soon, strike two. Noone even tried to contact her since. No manager or owner, or even a clerk to say they were sorry. This was one of the worst things I have ever seen at a restaurant, and I have worked in many dirty restaurants. So disgusting and unprofessional, I will definitely never go to that location again. Always fast and efficient. No matter how big the line is they get you in and out. Good food helps also.

Fast service, great food and wonderful staff! They are so helpful when I come with my kids to carry the food to our table, help me with high chairs etc. The indoor play place is a nice way to burn some energy after they eat too! read more

Chick-fil-A is one of my all time favorite fast foods. My only complaint is I usually CRAVE them the most on Sunday's when they are closed.

I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A. This one was no exception. Excellent and speedy service. They must all get awesome training at this fast food chain. Went through drive through and I ordered my usual of Asian salad with honey sesame dressing. Was delicious as usual! From out of town and this Chick Fil A location by far has the best customer service. Much better than a restaurant. The new trainee that moved from Brooklyn, Michigan was phenomenal. Exceeding the expected typical fast food experience. Very friendly, polite and smiled all the time. Very glad we stopped by and experienced the wonderful customer service. read more

This is a place that really needs no review. It is hands down the best chicken sandwich. And their shakes are pretty good to. We have used this one to cater a few parties including my three year old's birthday party. They are friendly and helpful and I will continue to be a repeat customer. read more

This location and the Owner/Operator is a joke. they never get your order correct. the Food is always cold, old tasting, never prepared correctly. Fries are grease soaked and limp. Don't expect to get chicken noodle soup when your order. its a bowl of cold broth, starchy noodles, and no chicken at all in it. the management staff could give less if you are satisfied or happy. Okay so all Chikfila is obviously bomb.com food wise but this particular location has always gone above and beyond with customer service. My last trip there particularly stood out and really left me beside myself with appreciation. I forgot my wallet so I pulled up to ask them to set my order aside and I would come back. Instead of being the slightest bit annoyed the woman at the window said no, you need to eat take this. She handed me my food an insisted that it was okay and that me eating was the most important thing. That mentality and customer service is so above and beyond. Extremely disappointed with this location.. My staff and I work very close to this location and we make several stops here during the week weather it's breakfast or lunch for everyone. We ordered 3 of the breakfast bagels (meals) large that included Chicken,egg and cheese on the bagels. Return to work and dispersed everyone's order we all realize there is no chicken on any of our bagels so I try calling 3 times before I showed up to address the issue before hand with the manager no answer so I drove the 10 minutes up the road and asked to speak to the manager and both managers came over to me one lady in pink and a male, the lady was nice and offered to remake the meals as I explained I had no chicken on any of the sandwiches, we were missing a fry and drinks. She replaced my order, as the male manager who tried overpowering her telling me that the meals were ordered that way. Which they weren't I think I should know what I ordered and what I didn't.. I heard the lady tell the cook Alberto 3 times that they were the chicken egg and cheese bagels not biscuits clearly they lack communication with the workers and customers. Was never received drinks for those orders wasn't worth arguing with these people.
