When I looped back, I noticed a car behind the red bar and no car in front of it--which clearly meant the driver was told to back up. When I finally reached the window, the manager told the worker to tell me to back up behind the red thing. The disorganization was next-level. Despite the wait, the fries tasted like they had been sitting for a while. They were cold, and not hot and crispy. WTH! The hamburger was better. According to Yelp, nearly every Wendy's in the metro area has terrible reviews. And I don't blame the workers. This is a top-down problem.
