While Chick-fil-A food is remarkably consistent wherever you get it, I find the drive-through service is not. And being there this is my local store. I am here at least three times a week. As always, the staff is cordial, but the drive-through is one of the worst Chick-fil-A drive-through I've ever suffered through. The lines, even though they have two are often very slow. I know they are often dealing with young people who aren't as experienced dealing with different situations, but it makes me wonder what the management is up to. read more

Only the managers are friendly. I had dropped my tray on the floor and there were napkins and forks, and fries on the floor, this worker, who's name I believe was Abigail, looked at me and walked past me instead of helping out, that was not very cordial at all. A manager later did help me out when I dropped something again, so you guys get a star back for that. Service is probably the worst of any chick fil a I've visited in the United States. Drive thru folks have no clue how to put in an order. Maybe 1 out of 10 transactions go smoothly, even relating a dozen times. I've been left stranded in line because an employee walked off because they didn't know what they were doing on a simple 3-item order. That made a nice chain reaction behind me. The chicken is also less than half the size of the chicken at other restaurants. Not sure if they cut in half to save money or what. It's strange. The restaurant is in the worst site for traffic and congestion possible. I'm pretty much done with this restaurant for a while. So this, along with their myriad of 1 and 2 star reviews everywhere for this location should speak volumes. How they have not been investigated by Corporate yet and corrected is beyond me. (Someone must know someone higher up.) As I stated in all caps to catch your attention on line one, this location rarely accommodates food allergies. So if you do have food allergies and want CFA, this location is not your friend. Even if ya didn't have allergies, I'd still recommend any other location. It really is that bad. And you might just think that applies to the drive-thru. I thought the same thing, but no, they will refuse special requests even inside for dine in or carry out orders. Maybe if you catch them on a good day, they might, Roll the dice and try if you like to gamble. They are outdated, behind times compared to other locations with more efficient means of serving customers effectively. (No mobile order line as example etc) Poor customer service attitudes. While they may wear a fake smile and ''my pleasure'' - it's not hard to read their attitude and demeanor to know they genuinely don't care. Not saying all, just a brief overall feel. I imagine it stems from poor leadership and trickles down. They rarely get orders right the first time. So if you're daring enough to venture to this location, I'd recommend checking your order before driving off. Make sure you have whatever sauce and straws needed. That's a rare commodity to be given out. (and their food is often cold or not prepared right) And to the skeptics or to the management at this location, I already know what you might say. ''they don't accommodate special requests to make the experience quick and efficient for everyone''. And I might have believed it -had I seen the change. There's been zero change since this policy went into place. So if you try to tell me that's improved the experience for everyone, that's a complete and utter fabrication. Your traffic nightmares around this location speak otherwise. The only thing that speaks to is management at this location cares way more about their bottom line than about providing customer service. And that's a real shame, because I would venture to guess other nearby locations bring in close to the same while also providing customer service by accommodating food allergies. Did drive thru last evening. Wife orders Cobb Salad with grilled chicken and ranch dressing. Pretty simple, right? Well no grilled chicken and they FoRGOT the ranch dressing. Girl taking my order w thought she was McDs and had no "my pleasures to offer. Then the girl handing me my food was trained at the same place and had no "pleasures" with. Then for the food. I started going to this Monroe location more often because the traffic flow at the Loganville location is awfulll. I frequent Chick-fil-A often and I feel like the customer service has gone down hill in general. What happened to a smile, "my pleasure", and have a nice day? Horrible service. I've always had issues with this specific location. Tonight I went and the lady left off my meal and just charged me for a drink(how does that even happen??). When I tell another worker she fixes it but I am overcharged. When I get up to the window and mention I am overcharged, the worker then tells me I am not overcharged and I am forced to pull out a calculator and show him. FYI I was right and I was overcharged.
