We went to the Chick-fil-A in Moline at 6:00 this evening. My husband loves the place. Even waiting in long lines. Tonight however it was a short wait and they took our order by walking up to our car. It was a nice evening out for this time of year. I am disappointed to say that between the cost of my husband's nice looking chicken sandwich and the cost of my 8 piece chicken nuggets, the price being pretty much the same, Chick-fil-A could at least take 8 pieces from The chicken that they used to make a chicken sandwich and make the nuggets, but my nuggets were so tiny. I would call it scraps of chicken. Poor kids or whoever's ordering an 8-piece chicken nugget is getting ripped off. Those nuggets should be the same quality and size of the chicken breast you serve instead of creating nuggets of leftover chicken pieces that didn't make the grade. Come on Chick-fil-A. Cut those nuggets to a nice size like those chicken breasts and give us at least enough nuggets in an eight piece to be comparable to the size of that sandwich if you're going to charge as much. Now let's talk about my side salad. I know I shouldn't complain too much because it is someplace for chicken and not salads but my side salad was terrible and warm. I have an allergy to gluten, and I have never gotten sick here. their food is always fresh, staff is always courteous and welcoming, the place is always clean, and most importantly the ambiance is always friendly and family oriented. we come here often and we have never had a bad experience. always nice to be greeted and the food comes out super fast. what's great is that if you wait more than 20 minutes for your order, they give you a card for a free sandwich. love it here!!! read more

Update September 2021: Why no curbside option, at least? Ordered on the app, only to then arrive at the restaurant and wait for 20 minutes to get through the drive through line. You could probably drive across to the Bettendorf Chick-Fil-A about as fast. Other restaurants in town are allowing inside pickup, so I don't think this is due to an Illinois Covid requirement? read more

Chick-fil-A - All those empty curbside spots! ‍ - Fast Food Near Me - Moline, Illinois

Why, why, why is this Chick-fil-A so slow? I've passed this chick-fil-A at least 10 times in the last 6 months looking for some quick food for my kids and there is always a line at least 20 cars deep, and I've avoided. Today, I happened to see only 4 cars in line at nearly 8pm and a pretty bare parking lot, so I attempted to pick up 1 (only 1) kids meal (5 piece nuggets and fries). It took 30 minutes to get through the 4-car line, pay and pick up the food. The food was warm, not piping hot as if to be fresh off the grill or the fryer. There were at least 8 people working, that I could see from the drive thru window, and I couldn't see the grills or fryers. I'm assuming there were even more people working those stations. With that many people and such a simple order, what is taking so long? This location seems to need some operational help. ASAP read more

Worst drive-thru wait times on the planet. Over 45 minutes from 5PM. They are horrible at getting these lines moving

Kind and generous! For the longest time we didn't have a Chick Fila in Moline or within close distance on the "Illinois side" of the quad cities. When this one opened my kids, family and I were beyond excited. It took a little while for them to get on their feet but now they are a well oiled machine. Not to mention, the owner is beyond kind and generous to our community. Between donations to our local schools and businesses, this Chick Fila has brought more than awesome food to Moline. read more

To start off, Chick Fil A food is always tasty and my grandkids often request it. The reason for the low mark on this review is directed completely towards management. The cashier/order takers and the food line workers try hard and do a good job. On my last visit to this restaurant I stood in a line of 12 people and waited 17 minutes before I got up to place my order. There were several people behind me in line as well. Unfortunately there was only one cashier/order taker serving all those people. There were three management types standing around talking about who should take a break when and worrying about counting the money. Perhaps one or two of them could have considered opening a register and taking some orders to alleviate the line since it was 5 o'clock in the evening. This is an ongoing problem at this location only. Hopefully, management will read this and make some adjustments. read more

Just received the worst service I have experienced in a long, long time. All the restaurant's garbage cans were over flowing and we could hardly find a table that was clean. We waited for over twenty minutes for our order when my wife inquired. I waited another 5 minutes and watched as multiple people who came in 10-15 minutes after us were being served. Not sure who is running this location but it is lacking leadership. read more

This Chick Fil A never fails to mess something up. This time I sat in line for over 30 minutes. Ordered some other food plus a large Mac and cheese. I got my food drove off to check it. I knew I should have checked it right then but I didn't. No mac and cheese in my bag. I drive around to go inside. They are OUT of mac and cheese but failed to tell me when I paid for it. My option was to wait 20 minutes for them to make more. So I wait 20 whole minutes while my other food is COLD. Then I get a small Mac and cheese when I ordered a LARGE. I have to wait an additional 5 minutes to finally get my Mac and cheese. I was there for over an hour today to bring home cold food. So beyond irritated with this place. I get no offer to remake my cold food, when they gave me the small Mac and cheese they took it out to put the large in the bag. For the trouble wouldn't you think they would just leave it? Poor customer service at this chick fil a. The other one in the area is much better. It's so disappointing. read more

Simply incredible. Customer service was outstanding... my order taker, carson klavohn, was so considerate and really cared about my day after I got my food and I walked out and saw him walking an old lady across the street. After he walked her across the street I saw him tackle a toddler out of the way from a semi truck. And after that he brought food out to a homeless man and then after that I saw him give his huge red luxurious truck to another homeless man. read more

Normally I give Chick-fil-a 4-5 stars. Foods great and customer service is top notch. Not this time. Food was good but this is the first time I have had horrible customer service at one of their restaurants (and I've eaten at their stores 100's of times). They messed up and forgot one of our sandwiches. They also didn't give us a receipt. When we went in to get our sandwich, two employees just stared at us. They then acted like we were lying when we couldn't produce a receipt. I hope they get their act together because I'd hate to see them not do well. read more

5-stars?? Hahahaha. The only reason it didn't get 1 star from me is that their shakes and waffle fries are great. Their chicken is a joke. I don't know how they are able to make chicken gristly, but they do-and the breading leaves much to be desired. The girls at the counter are wonderful, but are sadly a waste, as this is a restaurant that makes it by serving mediocre food by way of great marketing to easy to manipulate people. Their whole Sunday off thing due to religious belief is a made-up thing, they just wanted to not be open on Sundays and stumbled on the religious angle to hook even more easily manipulated people into worshipping them. Then they turn around and use the money they make from their own patrons to blatantly lobby against their basic constitutional rights. Bunch of hypocrites trying to play God. Sorry, but that's one thing that disgusts me-your job is to provide food, not force your political beliefs down my throats with the money I spent at your establishment. You know what?
