I went to the drive through and there was no one in the line causing it to be such a rush. We stopped at the menu with someone right there ready to take our order, we knew we wanted nuggets so when she asked if we needed the menu we said no and as were trying to decided between getting a 30 piece or both getting our own meal, (which was literally 5 seconds) she asked us to move up, we did with the standing menu still visible, so not much further. But we told her already the 30 count nuggets, asked if it was a meal? She answered with an attitude and suggested the menu again. Before we could order 2 fries to complete our order. As we went to say two fries, she had us move up once more.. at this point we're at the window with someone barely I front of us taking off. The manager I'm assuming, then, without even knowing what's going on tell us to pull to the side to finish our order. We tried to speak and the woman helping offered the menu again and asked us to pull to the sides that's when we had to over speak two employees with one, again I'm assuming to be the manager, to let them know if they slowed down for a second we would've had our order done and ready to go, back at the menu. I don't know if I'm the only one that notices this but the portions here are way too small for the price. You could get two burgers at in n out for the same price as 3 chicken fingers at chick fil a. I just got a meal here and the drink was 98% ice, 1% cup and 1% beverage. Make sure to ask for easy ice when going through the drive through or they will try to rip you off. We come here a lot as my kids love their chicken and as a mom, the grilled chicken option seems better than a burger when it comes to fast food. I also order the grilled chicken which is so good. I also love their lemonade! Very fresh and very family oriented environment. They also have little events every once in a whine. Like they had a father daughter princess day, with the characters from frozen and they took the parents and kids fur a ride in a limo. It was so cute! They have other events to every so often. Was on vacation, heading off to the ocean, wanted to get a lure at Bass Pro Shops, saw this restaurant and decided to find out what all the hoopla is all about. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal replete with the waffle fries. I had never had either. I had never been in Chick-Fil-A, either. The lady behind the counter told me she would bring me my order. Okay, that's a twist, a fast food joint bringing out your food. I guess not the only one that does that, but far and few between. She arrived with my order but not my cup of coffee. She pointed over to a coffee pot - my bad, didn't see it, thought she was bringing everything to me. No, no, she says, I'll get it for you. She went and got the next size larger than what I ordered and brought it to me. The chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious. Wow type of delicious. The waffle fries were good, too. I kind of like my fries a bit crunchier but they were tasty and they certainly can hold the ketchup in those waves that are created in them. The restaurant area was immaculate. DO NOT EAT HERE! Generally speaking, Chik-Fil-A is a great company and typically has great customer service. However, my experience at this particular location cost me a 4,000 dollar medical bill. The bacteria I consumed in the chicken I ate here was documented and yet the owner/operator of the establishment, Brandon, refused to take responsibility for the situation. Chik-Fil-A, particularly this Chik-Fil-A, does not deserve your business if they aren't willingly proactive in dissolving a situation in which a customer can prove without a shadow of doubt that bacteria and germs reside in the food that they are serving. THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE. I Love CFA spicy chicken for breakfast and call ahead at many locations around the country to have it ready when I arrive. I've never been turned down on this call ahead request at any CFA until today. This location refuses to do a call ahead for me, and would rather make loyal CFA customers wait until they arrive to order. On 9/13/19 at 9:10 am I placed an order through the drive through for 2 spicy deluxe and 1 order of chicken minis after the drive threw making me park and wait for my order on both my spicy deluxe there were no cheese I noticed this when I got to work so I called and they told me after waiting on hold for about 10 minute for the rep to find my order in the system the rep told me to bring the order back so they can fix it. I told the rep I am at work and a 15 min drive away and the rep told me to bring the order back and they will fix it. I expect more from chick fila after placing my order driving to work then I would have had to drive 15 minutes back to chick fila 15 minutes I decided it wasnt worth it for cheese. read more

The drive thru system of having a person walk by the side of your car, forcing you to drive rather than look at the menu is moronic. It is a horrible system that wastes time figuring out what to eat while driving and making sure you don't hit the person walking. Additionally, when given the feedback to the person standing outside the window (another moronic thing) that this wastes time and was dangerous, our opinion was dismissed and we were told we were wrong. Are usually get great service at Chick-fil-A but tonight after waiting for five minutes for an order they inform me that would be another five minutes because they were just beginning to cook some. Keep in mind they had a line out and around the block in the drive-through and several people in side the restaurant so there was no reason for them to not have plenty of food on stock. Didn't offer me anything as an apology for having to wait and so I asked for my money back and they had it we don't care attitude and just refunded my money I called the manager he also didn't care. I have always had excellent experiences at the Chick Fil A locations I stop at weekly. But today was an exception and one that needs to be dealt with. When I stopped in I went to the restroom to wash my hands before placing my order. When I entered the restroom I encountered three homeless men washing themselves and changing clothes and shaving. How hard is it to place a combination controlled lock on the restroom doors to prevent this from happening? The location on Dunlap Avenue in Phoenix has done this and the code prints out on the receipt. Pretty much ruined my appetite so to the smell and disgust. I have encountered the exact same thing at the University location near Mill Avenue. You can complain but nothing ever gets taken care of. read more
