They are premade so you can't remove or replace ingredients. I ordered the Southwest salad with grilled chicken. A lot of the ingredients come in a package which I didn't like. The chicken was good but I had to add an extra portion and add two eggs for it to be enough protein. So after adding all the extras, it was priced pretty hight for the quality of the salad. Walked-in and the inside of this chain store wasn't as bad I expected it to be relative to the surrounding area. It was actually quite comfortable and relatively clean. I ordered ahead of the time on the app, so I picked up my food for to-go. The lady handling the to-go orders was pretty nice and gave me extra ketchup and chick fil a sauce. For the food itself, it was okay and standard. Compared to the chick fil a franchises in the south, there was something lacking here, maybe the flavor and crispiness of the food? The food here is always delicious and warm. The service here is top notch, despite the ambience as it can be a little chaotic or there are some homeless, but there's security there is always top notch at half witness some stuff happening with homeless insecurities are always on top of that. The food is delicious. They always make sure that the order is correct. They do have a lot of pick up orders, but regardless they still prioritize the people to come in and sit down and eat at the restaurant. I work close by this chic fil an and I wish I could come here more often but the traffic and the parking on top of all of the homeless people that hang around here makes it so hard to go. Never thought I would have to do this on my favorite fast food chain, but this location is just a mess and ridiculous. Did a mobile order on a busy Friday night (9/2/22) and man did our order take forever. We did a mobile ordered 15 minutes prior and arrived at the location, but still ended up waiting another 15-20 minutes. I understand this place is packed, but seems like there was not much of a structure here. Employees weren't as welcoming and looked very stressed on all the orders and waves of people coming in. We got our mobile order and left the scene. Turns out they messed up our order! We lost an order of fries and our grilled chicken sandwich DIDNT HAVE ANY BREAD! It was literally just the chicken and vegetables. Not sure because of the customizations we did with the burger (Mltgrn Brio Bun, GF Bun) but it didn't include any of that. Not a sandwich and was honestly a salad. Unfortunately, we drove too far so were unable to get our order corrected. Lastly, the parking situation. Man it is hectic with parking. This spot is located on a busy street with oncoming traffic and pedestrians plus bicyclists.
