Honestly, this is the worst Chick-fil-A in LA. I've gone here many times out of convenience, but after my last visit, I'm done. My order is messed up about 80% of the time. It feels like the workers don't care about preparation. I've received wrong orders, cold food, overcooked fries, soggy fries--you name it. The location is in an old building and the seats are limited. It's in a good location, but I'm not sure the design of the interior is welcoming. The staff is great! They were friendly and attentive. The food tasted okay, not great. I'm always disappointed in getting fast food because it never looks like how's it's promoted. My sandwich looks small and sorry. The fries were a little soggy. This has nothing to do with this location but all about the food. This is the location I ordered the food from. The salad choices are not the best. They are premade so you can't remove or replace ingredients. I ordered the Southwest salad with grilled chicken. A lot of the ingredients come in a package which I didn't like. The chicken was good but I had to add an extra portion and add two eggs for it to be enough protein. So after adding all the extras, it was priced pretty hight for the quality of the salad. Walked-in and the inside of this chain store wasn't as bad I expected it to be relative to the surrounding area. It was actually quite comfortable and relatively clean. I ordered ahead of the time on the app, so I picked up my food for to-go. The lady handling the to-go orders was pretty nice and gave me extra ketchup and chick fil a sauce. For the food itself, it was okay and standard. Compared to the chick fil a franchises in the south, there was something lacking here, maybe the flavor and crispiness of the food? Just had one of the best experiences at Chick-fil-A thanks to Marcelino. The line was pretty long when I got there, but he kept everything moving super fast and still managed to be really friendly with everyone. He greeted people with a smile, double-checked my order to make sure it was perfect, and even brought the food out quickly. You can tell he actually cares about the customers and his job. We have NEVER been harassed the way security was to me before. My dog comes in all the time until the other week the security was EXTREMELY rude. The food here is always delicious and warm. The service here is top notch, despite the ambience as it can be a little chaotic or there are some homeless, but there's security there is always top notch at half witness some stuff happening with homeless insecurities are always on top of that. The food is delicious. They always make sure that the order is correct. They do have a lot of pick up orders, but regardless they still prioritize the people to come in and sit down and eat at the restaurant.
