I'm so pissed off I drove 6 mile to this cf to get a bowl of soup as well as other items for the family, and some MORON put the soup in the bag side ways , by the time I got home it had all leaked out and nothing was left in the bag as well as ruined other meals and went through the paper bag leaked onto my seat, if I went back to complain, I would probably go to JAIL that's how pissed OFF I AM !! As far as fast food goes this place is 5 stars all the way! I'm not sure if the interior was recently renovated but it has a fresh modern feel. The restaurant was mostly clean, with the exception of some tables, despite the fact that it was lunch time on a weekend. I really enjoyed the extra touches they added for comfort of their guests like the stool in the bathroom for my 5 year old daughter to wash her hands and even a mouthwash dispenser! In addition, they had wipes out to clean the tables yourself which came in handy. I also loved to see what they had a box to return your unused condiments as I feel that people often waste these. Great location too since it's in the thick of a bunch of shopping so great for a quick lunch time bite! read more

A group of us come here after rock climbing some Fridays. Tonight my 12 year old was opening a ketchup packet and it exploded, most of it somehow splattering on the ceiling tiles. He went to tell someone and offer to clean it. I cannot tell you how awesome the staff is here. They were so kind about it, even smiling and laughing. They cleaned it which was definitely not easily done. The manager even said "Thanks for making our shift more fun" and he was not being sarcastic. I'm so grateful for how they handled my son's mistake with grace and humor, and zero condemnation. My son will remember that. We all will. Thank you. read more

I ordered a side salad with apples, blueberries and apples online so so picked it up at the drive thru and it was quick. When I pulled away and saw the salad it didn't have anything but the lettuce. I understand they are busy so i didn't mind I went back to get it fixed. I gave them the benefit of doubt that it would have gotten fixed and joke was on me it had a few of everything. This Chick Fil A off of Barrett Parkway is right across the street from the Bahama Breeze and a Chuck E. Cheese's is nearby. It's a pretty busy place almost all the time. The only time they seem to slow down is about 2pm-4pm and maybe after 8pm. Otherwise this store is pretty much always packed. Not only is the location fantastic but the people here are always courteous, polite and professional. Everyone always greets you with a smile and thanks you for coming in. Truly blown away by the lack of customer service and the outright nastiness and snark attitudes of the person serving the food at the drive through window. Honest to God the young lady at the window insisted I was Sharon after I repeatedly told her no my order was for Shon and she kept insisting "Shon is the gentleman behind you" ... no you idiot my parents named me Shon the chicken biscuit and hash browns belong to me ... is it so hard to conceive that I was given a masculine name at birth. When she finally gave in and handed me my order she shoved it out of the window with the most exaggerated eye roll. What in the untrained madness is going on at this location? Who doesn't love Chick-fil-A, right? I wouldn't recommend this location during luck or breakfast during its busiest hours because of how the location is set near the front of an already busy shopping center. They have plenty of come set up to direct traffic but it's so busy in and around it's so hard to go about getting in line. Nonetheless this location always has gotten my order correct, and has mostly great employees to help serve its customers. read more

I love Chick-fil-A. I drive by this location often because I shop in the Barrett Pavilion Shopping Center a good bit. The food is great here and the staff is friendly. My only complaint would be about how busy this location gets. They only have one lane for the drive through - many busy locations have two lanes. I haven't seen anyone outside taking orders in the drive-through line - at other locations, I've had people walk up to my car and take my order and sometimes even credit card payments. On two occasions lately, I have pulled out of the drive-through line because it was very long and moving very slowly. Luckily, there are many faster drive through options on my way home. read more

I generally love cfa and really enjoy nice hot fries or a half/half tea or just whatever I'm feeling at the moment. This location is such a letdown. It's usually busy and even more busy today than I've ever seen as I sit here and am still waiting for my order 30 mins later. You'd think when it's so busy they guarantees hot food but it actually doesn't. I have such high hopes and I keep coming back only to be disappointed once again. Blah! I typically have a great experience here when I come through in the early morning. Decided to stop by around dinner time and had a much different experience. The drive-thru attendant was very short and didn't answer any of my questions. I asked for a menu, she looked back at the other attendant, and looked back at me and shrugged. I mean I seriously thought maybe there was a communication issue and maybe she didn't understand me. I asked about the menu again and she stood there looking impatient. It was just such an odd experience for Chick-fil-A. Dining room is closed due to understaffing. This creates very long lines at the drive through. Most people do not have 15 minutes to wait for their order as they need to get back to work. If you open the dining room maybe the lines at the drive through would shorten and you could utilize some of the outdoor staff indoors? I love Chick-fil-A ! This location has new staff in the AM! Saturday the 21st the staff was late ( all late) according to manager. The window is supposed to be open at 6- it was 6:10 before I just had to drive up to window without ordering. Ever since remodel and new staff, things have gone downhill BADLY! Last timed I went in I received a granola parfait with no fruit or granola, just the yogurt, that's it. I asked for an unsweetened tea and got sweet tea; the whole staff was playing catch up, more than likely because they were late that day as well. Came in to this location against others based on the reviews. Haven't had Chick fil A in a while, so was happy to find one near work. Arrived and ordered a #3 meal. I was surprised to be served so quickly after ordering. I guess that's why they call it "fast food" haha. Fries were hot and nuggets were good. Lemonade was as good as always. After I was done, an employee offered to take away my trash for me. What sets this Chick fil A apart from others is a combination of great service and food. It's a core responsibility to serve food to the expectations of the customer, but taking care of them through the process makes them more likely to come back. They have exemplified this. 5/5. Would drive an extra 10 minutes again to visit this one versus others. read more

I came by this morning and I am so glad I did. It had been a rough morning with unruly children and a grumpy husband, topped off with a sick dog, but the employees at this Chick fil A are such a group of happy, peppy, and positive people that it is impossible to feel sad when you're there. I can't even pick a specific individual, everyone there that I saw deserves a standing ovation for their cheery smiles and happy dispositions while bustling about handling their work. Of course breakfast was delicious. The chicken is tender and savory and the biscuits are soft and a little bit sweet. The hash browns are golden brown and salty the way I like. The kids love the chicken minis with the sweet bread and little nuggets of chicken perfection inside. The coffee is always fresh and piping hot. The squabbling children finally quieted down while they tucked into their meal and I even saw hubby's first smile of the day as he took his first sip of coffee. Every time I come here this is what it is like. The staff are dependably the happiest group you'll ever see working together in harmony and the food is reasonably priced and always filling as well as delicious! Well the new building is nice but when you have a pregnant wife who only wants a Chick-fil-A milkshake, and then Chick-fil-A makes you sit in a 10 minute drive through to only tell you that they currently don't have milkshakes, you start questioning if you are at Chick-fil-A or McDonald's. Worst expertise in a drive thru I've ever had. You can't see the menu and the assistant taking my order was very rude. I will never return.

You cant go wrong with any chicfila. They all have great friendly service and good food, clean restaurants/restrooms. Every other major fast food chain should look at how chicfila treats their customers and the friendly upbeat staff and copy it. And its the same no matter what location you visit.
