This chick fil a did me wrong today 3-25-26 I did a curbside pickup order got there and it told me that I couldn't complete it and it ask me to speak to a memeber. I got off did not know that they were shutting down for the day and I believe it was either a manager or assistant mgr. everyone is friendly but one thing I hate about them being privately owned and operated is that when you change something like creamer instead of shake base for your iced coffee they don't allow you to do it because it may cost the owner more. They just can't seem to not mess up. I think of all the times I got my food from here they got it right twice. They aren't as fast as other locations. The employees always seem to be new. They sometimes even have to trade places cause the one taking orders doesn't know how to adjust or add items. The outside is usually pretty clean and they keep the area well maintained but that's all they have going for them. Don't trust the managers to be helpful either. Whenever I've called to complain about wrong items they either want me to return or swear they will add it to the app then it doesn't happen. read more

I'm so excited that this chick fil a finally opened up on Almeda. Today is grand opening day and and they have plenty of staff to handle all of the customers granted that the employees wearing blue is training the ones wearing red shirts. I love the food they service here and I hope the service here will be just as good as the one on fairmont. Update : they took curbside away so now service will be extra slow. This sucks. I only gave it one star because y'all wouldn't allow me to give it negative stars. My 15 yr old daughter , 1 year son and I went there on Wednesday night. I drive a grey sports car. They entered it as a silver sadan When we go there the chick who was standing at curbside in the drive thru kept side eyeing my daughter and I. I paid no mind to her. She asked me for my name I told her Dana she said Daniel???? I corrected her and I again repeated myself and said Dana. She then said ok and wrote down Daniel. Then I place my order. I said I wanted a number 1 delux no lettuce and no tomato Colby jack cheese with a large lemonade, a chicken cob salad, and large lemonade and a 5 piece chicken nugget kids meal with a lemonade. So then we saw that they had watermelon mint lemonade. So we both changed our mind and we told them to cancel our other lemonades and that we wanted the watermelon mint lemonade. So they said ok. When we get the drinks we ended up having 4 drinks 1 kids lemonade, 2 wm lemonades and 1 lg lemonade which, we didn't even want and they changed us for. My daughter told them that, that's not what we wanted and that she thought that the wm lemonades were large too, because we were never told that those only came in 1 size. She had to repeat herself loudly because apparently they didn't understand what she was telling them. So we get home. I open up the bag and see that my Chechen cob salad was literally a lil larger than the side salad. So I went back up there told them. No sooner than I pull in one of the workers were like " what now?" I then told about the salad, they were all insistent that that was the normal size of the cob salad. Which, I believe is some bull, because I've had that salad several times and it was never like this. The manager had an attitude as well. So I look on the bottom of the salad to see if by chance they might have stuffed it into a small container, I noticed the lettuce on the bottom was wilted. At this point , I told them I nolonger wanted it and that they can have their drink. I supposedly got a refund but still have not received It yet. So I went home hungry and wounded up not eating anything that night. Called yesterday, told the lady in the phone what happened, she puts me on like at least a 5 min hold. Then she comes back and apologizes because she was helping a catering order. So she asked me for the receipt number then she asked me for my name and then she asked for my birthdate which, I thought was odd. So she then proceeds to tell me that I would be receiving an email before the day was over with. Never received an email. Btw I never gave them my email address on that phone call. It might be a bad thing that this new restaurant is located right next to the gym, but I had a great experience here! We came in to redeem a free sandwich from a Rockets promotion, and to our surprise, the interior of the restaurant was very clean and modernly decorated! We also noticed that they had motion sensored trash receptacles which was something I've never seen before. As always, there's few things better in life than a classic Chick fil a Chicken Sandwich with their Chick fil a sauce. There was plenty of smiling staff members, and the service was great! Stopped by the drive thru and placed a simple order. Grabbed the order at the window and decided to check the bag once we drove off, in the parking lot next door, just in case. I have been super excited about this Chick Fil A opening! As soon as after harvey, there was a lot of construction going on in the area, and the 24 hr fitness lot got a huge makeover. Then they put up signs saying they were going to be installing a Chick Fil A!!! So the new location is finally open and I went to check it out for dinner. The location is a bit odd. I guess they were limited on space. They built a double lane drive through with the restaurant in the middle. So you can't enter on any side without crossing over either the entrance to the drive through or the exit of the drive through. This can be dangerous if you have small children. As far as the staff, they are still new so the staff is still training but it is not as smooth as other locations I have visited. I'm sure with additional training it will get better. Overall, I am so happy to have a chick fil a in the neighborhood and look forward to enjoying it for years to come. read more

Arrived at chick fil a ordered at 9:23 I ordered from both the breakfast and lunch menu so I understand it may take some time to complete the order but it took them over 25 min to get the order out not only that but 2 items were missing drove back to the chick fil a just to be told that the missing items we're gonna take a while to be made so I asked if my order could be replaced since by the time the order would be ready the food that I have already been handed has been sitting for a good 10 min she said the meal would not be able to be replaced and I don't have my receipt since cashier did not return back to me the cashiers name was Adrianna.
