As tasty as chic fil a is, the last few times i've been here, the order has been completely wrong. I went through drive thru and I ordered the southwest salad with crispy chicken, 2 packs of the crispy red peppers and 2 packets of avocado ranch. My friend ordered the same thing except for spicy chicken. We got the 2 packets of ranch but no crispy red peppers and they gave us both spicy grilled chicken. I was very disappointed. Where is the quality control? How can an order get so messed up? My stomach is tore up from the spicy chicken-i intentionally ordered it plain because I'm sensitive to spicy foods. Make sure to check your order before you drive away. The majority of the staff are young teens. Their supervisors need to step in to ensure they are doing their jobs properly. I do love the friendliness of the staff, but if chic fil a is going to get my order wrong every time i go, it's going to make me not want to go. You shouldn't have to sit there and open everything up to make sure it's right. On the positive side, their waffle fries are delicious! I love the crispiness and crunch and they tasted very fresh. They have pretty Christmas lights up outside, so it's very inviting. read more

This location is always busy. But the line flows and they truly work together as a team to accommodate each and every customer. The staff were great and friendly. The lobby is spacious and the restrooms are clean, they smell good and had sanitizer at numerous posts in the restroom. The food was very fresh and hot. We all ordered nugget meals with fries and a drink. We got cookies for dessert and they were so good and gooey. We ordered a chocolate milkshake and boy was it good after eating our meals. read more

Gold standard of fast food restaurants. High quality product that always meets expectations. The service is fast and efficient with never an error. The staff could benefit from some training on how to count change when their gizmos stop working. One person tried to give me $5 more than necessary because she was unable to count change without the aid of her computer. However, everything else was top-notch! read more

Everything you expect from a good Chick-fil-A. The Masters of the Drive Thru, serving up the Lord's Chicken (not open on Sunday, if you reside under a rock.) This Chick-Fil-A is elite. They get you in & out of the drive thru line in an unbelievably quick amount of time no matter how long the line. The food is always delicious. I love that, though it is a fast food restaurant, there are a variety of healthy options for my fellow healthy eaters. Personally I love the grilled nuggets & the grilled chicken cool wrap with the avocado lime ranch. My fiancé & I also love to treat ourselves to their delicious milkshakes every once & a while. Ignored at drive thru window for five minutes then told to pull forward pulled up had to go inside because they couldn't find my car,went inside holding yellow sign from my car windshield. Multiple employees looked at me and said nothing. Finally one girl sticks her head out the window and yells hey he's in here. Twice now we have picked up food in the last month from here and both times at least one person's sandwich was missing. Unfortunately, we didn't know until we arrived home to pass out the food. This establishment has always been on top of things and sent out complete orders with hot food. Tonight the fries were cold and tasted like they had been cooked much earlier in the day. I'm not sure what's going on but I hate that I passed up Texas Roadhouse next door to this place for soggy fries and strange tasting chicken nuggets. I was so excited I ordered the 12 piece and was debating the 30. Glad I only have to throw the smaller portion away. Taste like it had been sitting for a while or returned by a customer after they've had it for some hours. Never again -_- read more

I go to this chick fil a a lot and I'm always satisfied. The staff is friendly , food is always hot , and they try to get everybody in and out. I've only had my order messed up once since I've been going but it's all good they fixed it right away. If I could give more stars I would, this is my favorite chick fil a by far. read more

I've been going to chick-fil-a forever and this is the first time I've had a bad experience. In town for work and wanted something for a quick breakfast and usually chick-fil-a is a sure thing but not this one. I ordered my usual breakfast burrito but there was nothing usual about it. The burrito wasn't rolled, the ends were tucked in, and it was overfilled with egg to the point that the chicken was basically outside the burrito completely. Chick fil A is our go to on road trips because we can usually count on good quality and good service no matter where we are. Unfortunately, this was one of the more disappointing CFA visits for us. After waiting nearly 10 minutes for our food, I was served this egg white grill. It looks like mold to me but whatever the explanation is, this is one of the most unappetizing eggs I've been served and I was horrified that I had already taken a couple of bites from it. read more

I go to this chick-fil-a quite a bit, sometime multiple times in a day (as I work "across" the street) And customer service here had always been good, until it became GREAT yesterday. So normally our service and our food is fantastic from Chick-fil-A but today was an absolute sh*t show! Not only did it take us 15 minutes to get food sitting at the window, we were not acknowledged and three cars behind us got their food and left from the line?! What gives?.. Three chicken biscuits and you can't get those out with an orange juice and an Arnold Palmer and not even an acknowledgment or a thank you for coming in or we appreciate it???? This chick fil a was unreal! It was slammed and they were SOOOOO EFFICIENT!! I have never been in a drive thru that ran like this one. The line was easily 8 cars deep, suddenly 2 employees come out the restaurant & begin taking orders on iPads. Then as you drive up there is another employee taking payments. They were hustling and it made the line move very quick! Well run chain!! read more

They never disappoint, the service is quick and friendly, the atmosphere a bit lively and definitely a family friendly place. Really impressed with the pace of the food. We had a chance to eat the appetizer and really enjoy it before the salads came out. We finished the salad with a few minutes to spare before the main entrées came. The steaks were all cooked exactly as we requested. The sides tasted like good old down home Southern cooking! By the time we finish the meal we were stuffed. The table next to us had some of the most well-behaved children. I had seen or experienced in a restaurant in a long time. I asked the server if I could use my special birthday dessert coupon and donate to that table and they did not have a problem with that. Of course, I asked the parents before I did it, and I have never seen such overjoyed children in quite some time. I'm not so sure. The parents really enjoyed the chocolate overload that game with the dessert but the mother assured me they would be able to handle any hyperactivity that came about as a result. Lol. The menu has a wide variety of options but I chose the basil chicken stir fry lunch special. The hot and sour soup appetizer with an egg roll started the meal off right and came included with the lunch. The basil stir fry was tasty and the portion was fantastic, especially for the price! What a steal! The inside of the restaurant is very cozy and probably better for smaller groups although I'm sure arrangements could be made for groups of larger sizes. Service was spectacular. The only down side was that they didn't tell me ahead of time that they don't accept Discover credit card. But other than that, everything was great!
